Sir, I have booked a train ticket ( ) from BZA to MAS, date of journey 14-Dec-2016. But the train was late by almost 5 hrs at BZA station so i applied for TDR. But the status is CR Repudiate. How can this be? according to rules if train is late more than 3 hrs you will give back all the money. And i came to know train running late only at BZA station.I want my money back

    Respected Sir/Madam,
    Recently I have travelled through Rajdhani Express and based upon my personal experiences/observations I would like to draw your kind attention towards certain issues mentioned below-
    1.The catering charges are "compulsory" for Trains like Rajdhani & Duronto if I want to travel in these executive trains.
    Explanation- Though if I consider on a rational & humanitarian ground, it's very likely to serve good on such long distance trains but what I think is that the meals can also be purchased from the authorised vendors/IRCTC staffs on demand or by pre-booking meals but it should not be a compulsions for the passengers to pay for meals if they want a ticket.
    2.The catering charges for Veg & Non-Veg meals in these trains are same for the sake o[censored]niformity but we know the actual price difference in there raw material & preparations.
    3.The quality of food served in these Trains is a matter of confusions, suspicion & it remains changing with the location & time of the day.
    So, in the above lines I have expressed my views.Therefore, understanding the veracity of the circumstances, I hope that you will certainly take necessary measures for the benefit of the passengers.

      Dear Sir/Madam, I had booked a ticket fromSBC to MAS Chennai Mail on 4/01/2017 but the train got late from more than 7 hours.I had filed the TDR on the same day at 04/01/2017 at 22:25:02 HRS.The status of TDR showing CR Repudiate.I was waiting for the train but the train got late so much so I have filled the TDR little late.Please help me on this asap. As per rule total amount of ticket should be refunded if the train gets late more than 3 hours.

        Sir, I am writing to lodge my very strong complain against the Indian Railways. I haven't got my refund against the cancelled ticket yet despite the lapse of 30 days. I never thought the careless attitude of Indian Railways. Now I have got no option but to go the consumer court against the Indian Railways. My cancellation id is [protected]. My PNR no. was [protected]. Train no. was 22411/NHLN- NDLS. Date of journey 21st Dec. 2016 and date of cancellation was 29th Dec.
        Kindly refund my money and oblige. I have written to Indian Railways regarding the same many a times

          Dear Sir/ Madam

          I tried booking ticket on Chakradharpur Howrah Express on 9th Jan, 2017 and the amount of Rs 1806.64 was deducted from my account, but it showed that transaction was failed and the ticket was not even booked. The amount for the same has not been refunded to my account yet even though the transaction has failed. Kindly look into the same and please assist. Please find the snapshot of deductions on IRCTC site as well as my bank account for proof.

            i had booked a ticket through IRCTC portal with log in-kamfriends on 25th Dec 2016. After payment confirmation site is hanged, and due to ticket had not been booked while amount deducted from my account.

            so many times i have contacted customer care department of IRCTC but nobody helping me except consolidation.
            in IRCTC id it is showing that "refunded on 02 jan 2016". while amount is still not been refunded in my bank account.
            I had mailed three times with ticket id.-4763847, 4784777 & 4785112, but i have been consolidated for genuine refund. its 16 days have been passed but its not refunded in my account yet.i am attaching the recent bank statement for the same.
            I dont have another option of Consumer Court except this last attempt.
            please do the needful.

              Tdr filled and cr registered 14 days over but money not yet received .showing still cr registered .please solve my issue.my ticket was partially conformed and i booked for four members but unfortunately two of them were traveled and remain not so i filled tdr on that but it is showing cr register but its more than 14 days till to date i didn't get refund against that please find attached details. cancellation id is [protected] .pnr no [protected].

                  I was trying to book a tatkal ticket on 3rd december 2016 through IRCTC website. the ticket didnt get booked but money got deducted from my bank account. on 5th december 2016 it showed in the irctc website, that my money was refunded into the bank account, but when i checked in the bank transaction history then it did not show any refunded amount from IRCTC.
                  the irctc complaint numbers are either not reachable or busy.

                    I was wrongly entered my email address while sign up irctc account. I received OTP code for mobile verification code only. Due to wrong registered email address in the user I'd of sadique071 i am not able to get OTP no for mail address wrongly registered. To sign in i am in need of communicated OTP codes from my actual mail address. Pl help me change my mail address in the register

                      This is Naveen kumar gudipudi i booked the Tatkal ticket from vijayawada to chennai, but Tamilnadu express got more than 10 hours late and i filled tdr about train got more than 3 hours late and passager not travelled but Tdr status shows CR Repudated.

                        My train 12307 was on Wed Jan 04(Sheduled departure 20:10:00) was at Agra fort station. I came to know that the train would be late more than 3 hrs.
                        so I filed TDR against My PNR Number [protected] and PNR Number [protected](TDR filing time :Wed Jan 04 18:18:48 IST 2017, and Wed Jan 04 18:17:34 IST 2017 respectively) before sheduled and actual departure of the train . As per railway rule for train late more than 3hrs, I had applied TDR before sheduled and actual departure of train, but it is repudiated by the Chief Commercial Manager/Refunds with reason of '' Invalid TDR stamp: delay''. Actual train depature time was about Thr Jan 05 3:00:00 which is almost more than 7 hrs late at Agra cant station. It is totally injustice.

                        On[protected], train no.12295 was indefinitely late of its scheduled departure time. So the refund of ticket fare was requested against my e-ticket PNR No.[protected], Tr. No. [protected], from SBC to PPTA, class-2nd AC, Coach A3, Berth 33, CNF. For this the CR registered by the railway and displayed in my e-ticket. I postponed journey.

                          I have booked a tatkal ticket from ALD
                          To ANVT for Train No./Name: 22427/BHRIGU SF EXP on Date of Booking: 10-Dec-2016 and Date of Journey: 12-Dec-2016.
                          For reason train delayed more than 3 hours and
                          The passenger has not traveled, i filled the tdr
                          For the same in irctc against my ticket and the
                          Status was turned to cr registered, but the
                          Amount was not refunded yet.
                          I am not sure what else i might be missing to

                            I booked ticket in Train No.- 22824 from bokaro steel city(BKSC) to Bhubaneswar (BBS) on 28-Dec-2016. The train was more than 12 hrs late. On 27-Dec-2016, I filed TDR before actual departure yet not received the amount. When I checked my TDR status it was written as CR REPUDIATE. It is requested to look into the matter and clear the amount as soon as possible.

                              I have discontinued using my older number and am trying to update my new number.

                              However, every time I try to do this, it gives an error (Screenshot below). All my e-wallet money is on hold since I cannot receive the OTP on my current number.

                                I had booked two tickets from Aljn to. Amh on 28/12/2016 PNR NO.[protected] TRANS ID. [protected] . Due to some inconvenience train was cancelled on that day. Some day ago I mail to [protected]@irctc about the refundable of fee But till the date I haven't received any money I haven't seen such type of service from irctc near about 12_13 day have past
                                So please refund my fare fee

                                    Dear sir,

                                    I had booked a tatkal ticket with PNR # [protected] (Chhatisgarh Express) for travelling from bhopal to bilaspur on 16.12.2016. the train was late (more than 10 hours). After cheking The status of train at around 04:00 pm I had filed the TDR citing the reason that the train is late more than 03 hours and hence i shall not travel by this train my ticket amount shall be refunded in my account.
                                    Thereafter I received an email from Chief Commercial Manager/Refunds ([protected]@irctc.co.in) on 21.12.2016 stating that your refund has been repudiated without mentioning any reason.
                                    After that I had sent request regarding the refund for the same to [protected]@irctc.co.in vide email dtd. 27.12.2016, 03.01.2017 and 09.01.2017 to but neither did I receive my refund nor any reply from IRCTC.

                                    Hence it is requested to please help me in getting my refund as this is absolutely unethical and unprofessional behaviour of IRCTC for not refunding the money eventhough the train was running late for more than 10 hours.

                                      I have been trying to contact them through email and phone which gone in vein.

                                      Chennai Helpline works and they never pick the calls. This is worst response from the team.

                                        I was booking a Rail sway ticket from using my net banking account, but I was not successful.
                                        After that I checked my account there were reduce my balance of RS. 4821/-
