    [protected], S10-48, from bsl-ltt, the incidence takes place on nashik road railway station in train, i already lodge FIR in nashik road GRPF, In my bag there is a HP Laptop, a Mobile, Cash upto 500 my college ID and other important things, While i make my online ticket i also done my travel insurance of 92 paise by railway so i want to claim my insurance sir my stolen iteams in bag so please help me sir regarding to this issue, Please.contact me:[protected]/[protected]/[protected]@gmail.comThank you.

But i have not got the ticket. I mail to irctc customer care, but the problem not resolved i need help, it's urgent, please help.please refund my amount 291 rs. .

        I don't understand why my request has been repudiated. The train had not even started from its source which is (781 Kms) from my boarding station by the time it was supposed to depart. I did not board the train and clearly, the train was late more than 6 hours. I filed the TDR when I checked the status that the train had not source even after my scheduled time of boarding the train. I need full refund of my money.

          i am Pawan. i booked a ticket in Toofan Exp in train no 13008 from abohar to faridabad. but train was late by 8 hours so i wanted to cancel my booked ticket because i could not reach faridabad on time but when i tried to cancel my ticket. It shows unable to cancel. that is unfair. i lost my work there and lost my money spent on ticket. please refund my money. my ticket detail is as follows

            We bkd for shirdi darshan thru irctc tourism. Our return train is delayed by 12 hrs. We are asked to vacate our room and sit in the lobby from 1 pm onwards. Inspite of vacant rooms available in lee comfort hotel we are not given any accommodation. Train delay is not our problem and this attitude is very bad. Our speaking to persons given in the mail is also of no use. We wil never venture another trip with irctc tourism again. Please try to improve basics. Add clauses for delay in train in your terms and conditions.

              Dear sir
              I booked three tickets from kalka to shimla on Dec. 19, 2016 from IRCTC website. Tickets PNR no. is [protected] The tickets stands cancelled but no refund has been graned to me. In my IRCTC id it is showing that the refund has been granted but it has not been received by me in my bank account from which I booked tickets. Please help

                  Sir i have cancelled one train ticket having PNR No 21L5409369 on 06th december 2016. The date of journey was to be entertained on 07 December 2016. the cancillation was made at New delhi Railway Station . Receipt No is 264451. I have been assured that the Amount will be remitted to my account. but even after a lapse of more then 24 days I have not received the Amount in my Bank account.                     My user id is - dipankar25, i booked a ticket today for ltt, from ulb - ltt. And i made the payment through axis bank net banking, the transaction id is - "inb/[protected]/indian railway corporation ltd/mumb" i also attached the screenshot. But i have not got the ticket. I mail to irctc customer care, but the problem not resolved i need help, it's urgent, please help.

                      Hi, i am holding sbi - irctc card for the last one year, till now i have not received loginid & password. I called customer care of sbi card and they suggested me to put mail to [protected]@irctc.co.in. Accordingly, i sent a request mail from my registered mail-id [protected]@yahoo.com to [protected]@irctc.co.in. No response from them and my loyalty card no. [protected]. Please advise.

                          This is with reference to ticket booking through my account of irctc, that i had booked a train ticket from ndls to jhansi on dt-22 dec. And the payment was done through my hdfc debit card. The payment was deducted from my account but the ticket was not booked. Message was forwarded on my mob. Containing deduction of rs. 1040 and ref. No[protected] at irctc12027.
                          The same ticket was taken again through net-banking. So my refund is still pending and not came back into my account. So please look into this issue and solve asap.

                            I am a frequent traveller in the chennai-bangalore shatabdi express. It is quite annoying to see the waiters begging for tips after the meals were served. When we asked the waiter why he collects the money, he says his salary is very low (₹4000 per month). It is surprising to see why the minimum wages have not been met. Or, it could be that the guy is lying. Whatever the case may be, this tipping or begging for tips culture needs to be stopped.

                                Dear Sir,

                                This is to inform you that, as per my several trailing mails to IRCTC regarding refund of amounts deducted during booking of two tickets but unfortunately transaction got failed and after the expiry of more than 1 month the amount still pending on IRCTC parts for refund.

                                Further I have already provided you the screenshot of IRCTC login’s failed transaction, login ID, bank statement but now action were taken and the amount still pending for refund.

                                I am tried to contact IRCTC sever times but the number given in site is seems busy all the time.

                                this is a kind of mental harassment to me as i am following with IRCTC since 28.11.2016.

                                Looking into the matter and refund my deducted amount at earliest.

                                  With bank of baroda AIIMS Bhopal branch. On 30-12-16 twice I tried to book tickets with irctc . The amount was 1475 each time. Transaction numbers were[protected]/ HBBR [protected] /IRCTC
                                  [protected]/HBBR[protected]/ IRCTC.

                                  The transactions could not be completed and I have yet to get my money back in my account.

                                      I would like to inform you that on 30th Dec'2016 i was trying to book a flight ticket from IRCTC application in which i had login as a guest user after some time i had received mail from IRCTC that"Flight ticket not booked but deducted amount from account" and in this mail Email team asked me to provide Irctc transaction id or user id but as i am a new user so i do have information about transaction_id so in response to that mail i had informed to IRCTC team that i had login in IRCTC as a guest user and Rs:5588.50 has been deducted from my account and i had requested them many times by mail to kindly call me as the toll free number of IRCTC[protected]is always busy but they didn't even respond and now i am totally feeling helpless that their is no customer care number on which i can call and IRCTC Email team are not able to call me or even mail me and acknowledge my concern.

                                      so its my kind request to resolve my issue at earlist

                                      I am having all the detail that the amount has been credited in IRCTC account which is confirmed by my bank.

                                        I purchased 1 ticket online for secunderabad to nagarsol by '17064' ajantha exp on 31st december, 2016 at around 18.10pm. I used my debit card of axis bank from-where a sum of rs. Inr 430 is debited on 30/10/2015 at 11:09 info:pur/irctc/new delhi/irctc/seq no 14182 (As per sms recieved in my mobile no. [protected]). But i found neither any ticket nor any booking history.
