Dear IRCTC Team,
I booked tickets on IRCTC via Paytm on 10 Dec, out of which train 12498 got cancelled. The details are:
PNR:[protected], TRAIN:12498, DOJ:12-12-16, 2S, ASR-NDLS, Dep:15:10,
PRITAM SINGH, D9 73,
Fare:170, SC:0.0+PG CHGS+AGENT CHGS
As per mail received from paytm, they have initiated the refund amount and asked to contact IRCTC for the reversal of charges and ticket amount. I also received mail from IRCTC regarding the refund.
Kindly advise how much time will it take.
