        Dear Sir/Madam,

        I had booked ticket from Panvel to Surat on 24/12/2016 for journey on 26/12/2016. PNR no: [protected] and Transaction ID: [protected]. While 1st booking, payment of ticket is deducted but ticket was not booked and IRCTC page gone so I tried again and at 2nd booking, payment was deducted and i got the ticket. So for 1 booking, my account is deducted twice with amount 781.50. So request you to look into and refund my unnecessarily deducted amount 781.50.

          I had booked a tatkal ticket on December 11, 2016. while log in there were 101 tickets available. and at the time i am completing my transaction i was in wait list 79(TQWL 79).
          And the ticket was auto cancelled by irctc it self. and i got sms that amount 355 will be refunded. once i enquired customer service they told amount will get credited in 6 days. And now in the log in, its showing the amount is refunded to the hdfc bank account. Actually i have closed my hdfc bank account last month. I booked the ticket through my Icici bank account.

          Even I mailed about this to the irctc([protected]@irctc.co.in) with attached Icici bank statement. No response/reply for my mail.

          I am keep on calling irctc customer care number for past one week. but No response for my calls.

          This is my second complaint regarding this same problem in this website.

          I do not even have money for my daily needs(food and petrol fare) for this month. I am suffering from mental health problem depression and also economically I am suffering a lot due to this problem.

          I have attached the screenshots regarding this. Please do the needful at the earliest.

            I am sanjiv sharma and i would like to complain about the amount money that hasen't been refunded to me of the cancelled ticket, the refundable amount is 5100 and the ticket was cancelled[protected] and i haven't recieved my money as yet i had asked my bank about the refunded money so he said that he hasn't recieved the money .So i would like to request to refund my money as soon as possible.

              I have booked a ticket from Bangalore to Trichy for Feb 5, 2017. The ticket fare is Rs.905 is debited twice. I have given my Indian Bank debit card No for the reservation. But the amount is taken from my Indian bank as well as ICICI since it is synchronized with PAYTM.

                We have booked some online tickets for our marriage purpose.
                PNR's listed below -
                [protected], [protected], [protected]
                But due to train route diversion between Kanpur (CNB) to Lucknow (LKO), train got cancelled in Kanpur station as per status on journey dates.
                As per communication with irctc care team (a very late reply) that "we have filed the TDR request".
                Then again after a long time I have received mail that your TDR request repudiated.
                Firstly passengers can book tickets 4 month before (very difficult to plan) & then IRCTC/Railways cancel the train without any prior intimation.
                At least they should give an intimation via sms or mail.
                At that day the train status showing cancelled at Kanpur station & if train depart next day or delay then there is no sense of travel.
                I am tired of sending the chaser to [protected]@irctc.co.in...no reply at all. What a passenger can do in this situation ?

                Could you please tell me why TDR request was cancelled ?
                Very unhappy with IRCTC/Railways service this time.

                This has been resolved, after a very duration I got the reply.
                Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                Just booked tickets in tatkal through online. Got transaction no. [protected] and pnr no. Is totally empty and i didnt even get a single msg neither for regarding seat confirmation nor refund. And when it comes to booking, money will be deducted first and no confirmation about proper statement

                    Today, I booked tatkal ticket from https://www.irctc.co.in and after entering the payment details during first attempt, the site went down and the page expired. Then I went into my booking history and found that the ticket wasn't booked. After checking it twice after 2-3 minutes, I went ahead and booked another ticket and thought the earlier debit from my account would be refunded but then after some time, I saw two tatkal tickets for the same journey are appearing in my booking history.

                    The PNR numbers of the two tickets are as mentioned below:

                    I called to IRCTC customer care, requested to cancel / refund PNR [protected] and they refused to provide any help for this duplicate transaction due to IRCTC fault.

                    I also mentioned that during tatkal hours IRCTC does not permit to book more than 1 tatkal ticket from same id than how can second ticket is booked.

                    This is the complete case of harassment to consumer, your making consumer payable for system issue at your end.

                    IRCTC is a government body and they should take responsibility of any such kind of issue due to their inefficiency.

                    If government body is responding in this way than how can we expect good conduct from private sector. and this is the time our respected PM is requesting people of our country to do online transaction in cashless mode but this type of incidence is totally against his vision and mission.

                    I request your help to take up with IRCTC to refund ticket charges of duplicate booked tatkal ticket, PNR [protected].

                      I am regularly using irctc website for booking tickets. But yesterday i made a booking for garibrath. I paid using paytm wallet.. But i didnt got the tickets.. So i made another payment using icici netbanking.. That also same like that. My cash debited from account and didnt got the ticket. Because of that my trip cancelled. Today also i booked ticket for mangla lakshadeep exp using my another irctc account and my another hdfc account.. The same happen again. Total i lost around 14000 rupees.

                      Though railway is saying 1Rs. insurance for travelers who are booking E-tickets booking but while online ticket booking there is no option to pay premium and about insurance n IRCTC website. it is big cheating by railway to passengers .
                      I hve booked tickt from irctc.co.in on 19 dec 2016 in tatkal quota from durgapura to surat. my money got deducted but tckt was not booked. refund my money rs. 592 asap. i am a student and i m in dire need of money. dont deduct my money unnecessarily for your corruption.

                            I tried to book 3AC 3 tickets from Egmore to Tenkasi dated Feb 3rd through IRCTC through netbanking. After I gave the OTP I get login failure message and amount got deducted from my account. I did not get the ticket which I booked. Request your assistance to return the amt which was deducted.

                              Dear sir,
                              I wish to inform you about my experience o[censored]sing irctc site for rail ticket booking, using icici debit card and the loss of rs. 470 incurred by me.
                              I was booking rail ticket on site irctc using my debit card. I selected train, entered passenger details and proceeded to make payment using my debit card. After entering all the necessary details, i was taken to the screen as usual mentioning "do not click, refresh"etc.
                              After about a minute, irctc site gave the message in red about time out and suggested to wait for 15 minutes / try different mode of payment...in order to get confirmed bookings of ticket, i did not prefer to wait but booked the ticket using my citi bank visa credit card. The transaction was successful.
                              However, to my surprise, i received sms from icici that "you have made debit card purchases of rs. 470 on 23rd dec. Info. Min*irctc_paytm" needless to mention, rs 470 were deducted from my account and i am at loss...
                              Can i expect an early reply from you and settlement of matter.
                              It is very clear that icici has transferred this money to irctc as the same is debited to my account and ticket was not issued to me.

                                On 14.12.2016 I booked an e-ticket vide PNR No. [protected], I have booked this e-ticket through Android IRCTC Mobile app connect. Due to train is more than 3 hrs so I have not travelled and chart was prepared I cancelled my ticket by filing TDR on-line well before the scheduled departure of the train. But now I cant see any filed TDR option in the Mobile app now and I did not get any TDR refund. please tell me how and when I will get my TDR refund and to whom I will contact in this regards. thank you

                                    On 22nd december i tried to book 3 tickets through sbi buddy for my journey from ledo to guwahati but during the transaction money has been debited from my account but tickets has not been reserved and it shows failure message. I face problem because i was totally rely on the Irctc service i hope they will look into my matter and soon money will be refund to my account. The transaction id is: [protected].

                                      I am Imsenmong from Dimapur; Nagaland, I booked an e-ticket on 21/12/16 time 1:03 pm from Guwahati(GWH) to Dimapur(DMV) with date journey on 21/12/2016 in Nagaland express trian no. (15669). My transaction id [protected] generated after payment process made to IRCTC. And the amount debited from my account is Rs.540 . But I haven't got any information regarding the ticket. And till today the IRCTC members are not taking any heed regarding this matter and the costumer care number couldn't be reach. I want my money to be refunded back to my account ASAP. Or else I will file a FIR against IRCTC with reference to fraud.
                                      Kindly take this matter very serious and refund back my money.

                                        I have booked my ticket on 8 dec 2016 for power house to kiul jn of 700 amount and sone personnel reason I have cancelled it but till date I have not received my refund amount customer executives saya that we have refund it on your paytmag bank but I have pay it by my hdfc debit card and it's not only happen with me many other customers are unsatisfied of irctcs service I read many customers complain they also says that refunded amount showing on paytmag bank what is paytmag bank it's completely technical fault of irctc

                                        I DIDNT GET THE REFUND AGAINST CANCELLATION [protected]
                                        I booked the ticket on 28dec 2016 for rs 1320 transaction number is [protected] but the status show the amount was refund to paytmag account on 31-12-16 bt I don't know what is paytmag . And I didn't get my amount to my bank . Please help me if any one know any details please contact me on [protected]@gmail.com

                                        I booked train tickets, I paid through my debit card.
                                        Now I cancelled my ticket. They says that your amount is refunded to PaytmAG but I have not receive my amount what should i do fo this. Cancellation details are as follows

                                        I am also seeing the same issue. Did anyone got the amount back? Anyone knows how to check PAYTMAG?

                                        While booking an e-ticket on 5th May, 2017 transaction got failed and ticket was not booked however, amount of Rs. 1970 got deducted from bank account. I see in IRCTC web site it is showing that amount is refunded to PAYTMAG but not in my bank account. I don't know how to get into PAYTMAG and why amount is not credited back into my bank from where I paid.
