Cancellations of tickets amount not refunded

I booked a ticket through irctc to chennai and the tickets cancellation time was still there but even though the tickets had not expired when I cancelled my train tickets through irctc website they said the money would be refunded but it has not been refunded until now and which is a very sad thing as the website should have done that but they haven't so its my humble request to refund my money as soon as possible....

Not refund amount against valid tdr

I have booked ticket from ludhiana to sharanpur for the date 8-dec-2016 online via irctc but train late more than three hours and i have file the tdr before the actual departure of the train as per the rule book of irctc but they have rejected the tdr and not refunding the amount. Kindly look in this matter.

Repudiate reason for tdr registration

Refund money for cancelled train

later I booked another ticket in bus after 3 hours I get SMS train is running.
now I am losing money from train and bus also.

I boarded jaipur - pune express from surat station at 12:10 am towards pune. My coach is a2 and seat 25 and 26. Train no : 12940. On 14th december 2016. Amount after cancellation not refunded.

Amount after cancellation of ticket is not refunded.
We have cancelled railway ticket but the amount is still not refunded.
Tickets were booked and cancelled online.
Our journey date was 11 december and 12 december but due to some reasons we have to cancel the tickets. So, we cancelled tickets before 12 hours of train starting time but still no refund has been initiated.

3 times tickets go unbooked with money deducted

Hi,

I would like to bring incident to the notice of irctc. I tried booking tickets from bangalore-goa on friday/sunday. Every time after payment was made and approved, i received the notification "no seats/tickets available"

And i didn't find anything in by booking history.

While the whole experience was frustrating and horrid, i would like to know when will be the money deposited back to my account....

E ticket

Why e ticket is cancel automatically it should be given same priority as of i ticket and the ticket should be taken as same as i ticket we pay extra charge for it and the problem is faced during travelling or the e ticket should be cancel before the train arrival time of 3 to 4 hours or before chart preparation.
This should be an serious issue of ticket or the message should be send to the customer that e ticket is cancel before chart...

I jeevan lama jad booked an e ticket via credit card. From new jalpaiguri to howrah pnr - [protected] which was not confirmed on time and as rules it was automatically cancelled. But i still receive the bill for that ticket rs 921/-.

Missed flight due to train delay by 3 hrs

Dear sir,
on 8.12.2016, train no 12032 amritsar shatabti from JUC - NDLS got delayed by 3 hrs. the train was supposed to reach NDLS by 2307 hrs on 8.12.2016.Instead, it reached at 0430 n 9.12.2016, which caused me to miss my flight from Delhi to Pune, Flight no 9W 7072 at 0330 hrs on 9.12.2016. I had to book another flight at Rs 11024. This is my loss. I need a compensation. of the same. Else i have to take the case to consumer court....

Irctc money deducted without ticket book
