    I booked a ticket in 12876 tm on 16.12.2016 and should have received and refund of Rs 670/- the status shows that the refund has been made but i have not got any credit of the amount so far. Please look into it and let me know when could my money be refunded to me, its incorrect to block people fund for no reason and refund should be processed, the status shows refunded and the bank details are PAYTMAG, however i used a reputed bank to make the payment, calling the customer care does not help, as nobody picks only the fone keeps ringing, also the bankers customer complaint says there should be some kind of reference to track the refund, which is again not being found. please look into the matter and clarify. Thanks.

      Hi All,

      I tried to book 3AC 3 tickets from Egmore to Tenkasi dated Feb 3rd through IRCTC through netbanking. After I gave the OTP I get login failure message and amount got deducted from my account. I did not get the ticket which I booked. Request your assistance to return the amt which was deducted.

        Dear sir,
        I wish to inform you about my experience o[censored]sing irctc site for rail ticket booking, using icici debit card and the loss of rs. 470 incurred by me.
        I was booking rail ticket on site irctc using my debit card. I selected train, entered passenger details and proceeded to make payment using my debit card. After entering all the necessary details, i was taken to the screen as usual mentioning "do not click, refresh"etc.
        After about a minute, irctc site gave the message in red about time out and suggested to wait for 15 minutes / try different mode of payment...in order to get confirmed bookings of ticket, i did not prefer to wait but booked the ticket using my citi bank visa credit card. The transaction was successful.
        However, to my surprise, i received sms from icici that "you have made debit card purchases of rs. 470 on 23rd dec. Info. Min*irctc_paytm" needless to mention, rs 470 were deducted from my account and i am at loss...
        Can i expect an early reply from you and settlement of matter.
        It is very clear that icici has transferred this money to irctc as the same is debited to my account and ticket was not issued to me.
        Please let me know if you need any further details

          On 14.12.2016 I booked an e-ticket vide PNR No. [protected], I have booked this e-ticket through Android IRCTC Mobile app connect. Due to train is more than 3 hrs so I have not travelled and chart was prepared I cancelled my ticket by filing TDR on-line well before the scheduled departure of the train. But now I cant see any filed TDR option in the Mobile app now and I did not get any TDR refund. please tell me how and when I will get my TDR refund and to whom I will contact in this regards. thank you

              On 22nd december i tried to book 3 tickets through sbi buddy for my journey from ledo to guwahati but during the transaction money has been debited from my account but tickets has not been reserved and it shows failure message.                 I am Imsenmong from Dimapur; Nagaland, I booked an e-ticket on 21/12/16 time 1:03 pm from Guwahati(GWH) to Dimapur(DMV) with date journey on 21/12/2016 in Nagaland express trian no. (15669). My transaction id [protected] generated after payment process made to IRCTC. And the amount debited from my account is Rs.540 . But I haven't got any information regarding the ticket. And till today the IRCTC members are not taking any heed regarding this matter and the costumer care number couldn't be reach. I want my money to be refunded back to my account ASAP. Or else I will file a FIR against IRCTC with reference to fraud.

                  I have booked my ticket on 8 dec 2016 for power house to kiul jn of 700 amount and sone personnel reason I have cancelled it but till date I have not received my refund amount customer executives saya that we have refund it on your paytmag bank but I have pay it by my hdfc debit card and it's not only happen with me many other customers are unsatisfied of irctcs service I read many customers complain they also says that refunded amount showing on paytmag bank what is paytmag bank it's completely technical fault of irctc

                  I am also seeing the same issue. Did anyone got the amount back? Anyone knows how to check PAYTMAG?

                  While booking an e-ticket on 5th May, 2017 transaction got failed and ticket was not booked however, amount of Rs. 1970 got deducted from bank account. I see in IRCTC web site it is showing that amount is refunded to PAYTMAG but not in my bank account. I don't know how to get into PAYTMAG and why amount is not credited back into my bank from where I paid.

                    Sir I travelled through New Delhi-kanpur shatabdi express on 21/12/16. (PNR no[protected]The train was delayed by 20 minutes. And reached kanpur central at 9:15 PM. As per dinner time it must have been provided at 8 PM but neither soups nor dinner was provided.
                    So kindly look after your services because they are too poor.
                    Plus the food quality is deteriorating day by day. There were rats in the train and they create havoc .

                      On the day of journey i.e. 10.12.2016, the Shatabdi from Lucknow to New Delhi (12003) was running very late and had started from Lucknow at 12.30 AM on 10.12.2016. The customer care executives of 139 enquiry were time and again telling that as the train coming from lucknow was late, the train from delhi would depart only after arrival of train from lucknow. We were assured and started checking the time of arrival of train from lucknow (12003). However, the train from New Delhi departed at 1.40 pm long before the arrival of the train from lucknow. This breach in earlier stand taken by Railways led the utter chaos and by the time we reached New Delhi railway Station, the train had already departed. We were, therefore able to file TDR only at 2.30 pm, the earliest possible time after missing the train. We ultimately travelled to Lucknow on the same day by car and returned to new Delhi on 13.12.2016. The receipts of toll taxes paid on the way to lucknow and back during the journey is enclosed as proof.

                      As per the Indian Railways Refund Rules and TDR Filing w.e.f. 12-NOVEMBER-2015, the refund is available only in TDRs filed before actual departure of the train. However, in this case, the passengers including the undersigned missed the train due to wrong information provided by the 139 executives (The call records to 139 from my number [protected] on 10.12.2016 may be checked for cross verification). The confusion created by the Indian Railways led to the missing of the train which not only caused monetary loss but also the mental agony of not being able to reach in the family function. Ultimately we had to leave by car which was very risky due to the foggy weather condition. The breach of trust caused by railways in not refunding is also antagonising. In the circumstances, we claim the compensation for the monetary loss, mental harassment, agony, risk involved in travel by road which is the sole responsibility of the careless attitude and cumbersome mechanisms of obtaining information from Indian Railways. It may also be noted that status of running of trains is at times different at different mechanisms/platforms of Indian Railways available for obtaining such information.

                      The complaint vide No. W/NR/DLI/[protected] dated 22.12.2016 was also lodged with online portal of Indian Railways www.coms.indianrailways.gov.in. However, Railways have closed the complaint with the remarks, “As per railway rules in case of train late more than three hours TDR should be filed upto actual departure of the train and against pnr number [protected] you have filed the TDR on 10-Dec-2016 at 14:31:47 HRS, hence this case has been regretted by zonal railway due to not filed in prescribed time limit. Further If you are not getting proper response/wrong information from 139 then you may send your detailed grievance to [protected]@irctc.com to check and resolve the case.”

                      Being customer, it is expected that Railways would resolve all the grievances in a single window. While, the rules have been cited for the inability to accept the grievance, however, the laxity and the confusion created by the railways and the loss of customer consequent to that has not been addressed to. The silence of Authorities on the laxity of railways amounts to committing a grave mistrust with the customer and is liable to compensation.

                      It is therefore demanded that the Railways should be penalised for such laxity in the services for which they are charging huge money. Rs. 5000/- of a customer cannot be forfeited by railways citing rigid rules when the situation is out of their control and the trains are late beyond the reasonable time. This has to be explained by railways.

                            It is almost 1 year gone my amount is not refunded, every time I ask IRCTC guys either on phone or mail they say that we have send your query to concern department and nothing happens. Every time we have to follow-up,

                            These guys are mentally and financially harassing people and stealing their trust on IRCTC. This is simple cheating with customers.

                              I booked a ticket from NDLS to MDU: 16688/NAVYUG EXPRESS, date of boarding : 02-Dec-2016 from New Delhi, but the train got delayed by more than 3 hours so I have filled TDR for it.

                              Since the train delayed by more than 3 hours, as per the railway rules, i should get refund but till today I have not got any refund of the total price.

                                  I have booked ticket in west coast(22637) express from KPD to salem.Train already came late by 30 mins.After running for 30 mins it is put on halt by 1 hour 30 mins.The local catering persons tell that everyday they are doing like this.If there is any work going on, the train can start late from the source itself. why unnecessarily passengers want to wait.there are many children and old people in the train.
                                  Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                  I have booked a tatkal ticket yesterday(21/12/2016) but transaction failed. The amount of Rs8081.50 has been debited from my ICICI A/C. Now still I have not received my payment.

                                  Please do needful for me to refund my payment.

                                  I have cancelled my tickets 2 days before but my amount is not refunded till now. Kindly solve the issue asap otherwise i will complaint in next stage.

                                    I have made payment of irctc booking through paytm.money has been deducted but I have seen declined message at the time of payment and also I haven't received any ticket confirmation message from irctc.

                                      I booked my train ticket by irctc connect app for 29 mar 2017 by email [protected]@gmail.com through netbanking of Indian overseas bank for Rs1190.but I forget to notice the transaction I'd. During the process money was dedected from my bank account. but it showed secure.paytm.in error.but I not login to the paytm account. I waited 2 days but ticket was not booked and money was not not refunded.I wrote complaint to both irctc and paytm for two days but no action was taken. In my bank transaction it show "PAYTM-[protected][protected]@957410" . please take immediate action I had great belief on you

                                      i had booked a ticket in irctc but it went to failed transaction its already 36 days but still the amount is not credited into my account .. .when i contacted my bank they are saying that contact merchant for the issue ... so how much time it will take to get my refund back

                                        I Siddaram Reddy travelling from Bellary to bangalore on 19 th of dec in 16591 Hampi express train (pnr-[protected]), at yashwantpur station co passinger name krishnareddi giraddi (pnr-[protected]) has taken my cloth bag and got down.i contacted all station officer at Bangalore sbc, they told it is irctc ticket we don't have any details of the passinger like contact number, so I need contact no to call him, I am not able to get it, please help me in this matter.
