On 30/12/2016 i booked a ticket from my id dawnrits from irctc with freecharge wallet.
During transduction amount deducted but ticket not booked. Now freecharge refuse to refund as they say that they have successfully paid money to irctc and noe railway will refund nd i m not getting any refund status on my irctc id.
so please refund the money.

    This complaint is regarding my not receiving the refund amount even after 10 days of cancellation of my tickets on 20 December 2016. The PNR Numbers of my cancelled tickets are: [protected] and [protected]. My irctc account under My Transactions Refund history shows that the tickets have been cancelled and the amount refunded, but the refunded amount has not reached my bank account.
    I have been communicating on customer helpline and through mail since 23 December 2016. My previous IRCTC complaint Ticket Numbers in reverse chronological order are:
    [IRCTC #4706093], [IRCTC #4699349], [IRCTC #4695416], [IRCTC #4695374], [IRCTC #4692297], [IRCTC #4678386], [IRCTC #4653638, [IRCTC #4650862], and [IRCTC #4642788].
    I had also mailed them my bank account statements several times in the past.
    I’m now very anxious about the whole affair. Please resolve the issue

      Ir, I'm a regular customer of your site IRCTC. It was very unfortunate that today while I was booking an e-ticket a notification informing "Rejected from Bank. [ Transaction Id: [protected] ]
      You can choose another payment option and try again." like this came. This is the first time I'm facing such a problem and I'm confused. i have done payment throught netbanking and freecharge wallet I humbly request you to see through the problem and fix it as soon as possible Your's truly, jitender

        we have making train ticket in irctc side from my id Nonu1997 for 02 passenger in tatkal service. after payment of first time directly escape from side...so we have login again and make ticket and payment..
        Then we have look in book ticket history and saw both transaction are confirm ticket..amount should be diffrence..
        1 pnr no. [protected] with tran.id [protected]
        2. pnr no. [protected] with trn id. [protected]
        then i am mail to irctc care and they were tell me about not cancel tatkal ticket... but this is site mistake. how to make another transaction confirm.
        because after one transaction site not allowed another transaction.
        so Plz do the needfull

          I have booked a tatkal ticket from BNW
          To GKP for Gorakhdham Express on 9th Nov,
          2016 and date of journey was 22nd Nov, 2016.
          For reason train delayed more than 3 hours and
          The passenger has not traveled, i filled the tdr
          For the same in irctc against my ticket and the
          Status was turned to cr registered, but the
          Amount was not refunded yet.
          I am not sure what else i might be missing to
          Get amount refunded. Please let me know what i

            Sir/ Madam,
            I had attempted to book a ticket from thiruvalla(TRVL) to Thrissur(TCR) on[protected] in yeswantpur express (train number 12258). But the transaction of payment was failed twice and i was shown that transaction was rejected by bank. Later i got two messages from my bank that an amount of 340 plus service tax was deducted from my sbt account with transaction ids[protected] and[protected]. So i humbly request to do the needful for the refund of my amount.

                    This is regarding the TDR that I filed against the PNR number [protected].

                    This TDR request has been rejected claiming that AS PER CHART, PASSENGER HAS TRAVELLED.

                    The train departure date was[protected] and I did not travel in this train since it was late by more than 7 hours and I had to attend a function in Kharagpur on 8th.

                    I would like you to verify the chart again. And if the chart shows as the passenger travelled, it was definitely not me, there has been some mistake from the TT side.

                    If you want I can show you the proof of where I was during which the train travelled.

                    I even wrote mail to IRCTC about 10 days ago.

                    IRCTC #4638397 got auto generated but no response from irctc.

                      I bought a cup of coffee at booth no 33, platform no 4 at new Delhi railway station. The coffee provided was stale and unpalatable. Despite request the vendor refused to replace it and on top spoke in a rude manner. Kindly take appropriate action against the vendor. Besides selling substandard product the vendor has the audacity to challenge the authorities and has openly stated that do whatever you can.

                          Sir/Madam,
                          This is in continuation of my earlier mails dt. 13th and 19th December, 2016 written to customer care, irctc, with no response from their side till date but mere assignment of ticket IDs 4604000 and 4552762.

                          2. To recapitulate, on part of the error occurred on the webpage of the irctc site, I was deducted charges twice owing to reservation made so. I am recapitulating the event below.

                          2. I tried to book ticket i.r.o. Sh. R Ratan Giri for journey from MUV to NDLS in the train no. 12559 on 11 December, 2016. I made the necessary payment by Citibank credit card. After making the payment, in the final stages, the web page of the irctc site went unresponsive giving me the impression that my booking had failed, although at the same time, payment from my card was deducted. On immediately checking the status in the 'seats available' caption of the site, I found that still same number of seats were available which existed before doing the reservation giving me the impression that reservation effort had failed. No message was, however, received on my registered mobile to this effect. As such, I proceeded with doing reservation by my HDFC card in which I was successful.

                          3. About 15 minutes after doing the reservation I received two messages from the irctc and thereafter mails indicating that I had made bookings twice. I am setting the details of these two tickets as under:
                          (i) PNR - [protected], Coach A 1, Berth - 7
                          (ii) PNR - [protected], Coach A 1, Berth - 33

                          4. My claim may be verified from the fact that both the reservations have been done on the same day with a few minutes in between difference.

                          5. I propose to cancel the ticket mentioned at part (ii) of para 3 above. However, proceeding with normal cancellation is frought with deduction of stipulated charges which happen to be significant. Moreover, it can be seen that I am not at fault in the matter. Kindly advise me through return mail how I can proceed with this. As said above, I am yet to initiate the cancellation procedure.

                            Dear Sir,

                            I am very much dishearted and not at all satisfied by the service you have provided me during my journey from kachiguda to tirupathi on date 27 and 28th in venkatadri express pertaining train number 12797 coach number B3.

                            The following are complaints:

                            1. Ac is not working well.

                            2. Toilets are not at all clean

                            3. Complaint was given to train attendee but, Ac technicia refused to solve the issue. Why?

                            4. No helpline numbers were available on any of the wall of train. Why?

                            5. From the help of ticket I have got numbers tried following numbers and no one picked up the phone. Why?

                            Informed to Tc also about these issues but of no use.

                            Now I am asking you with due respect to where are the service against my ticket ?

                            When you can't provide service you are not authorised to charge for it.

                              I am travelling in hwh - jodhpur exp in 2nd ac on 26th of december from kolkata train no: 12307, pnr no: [protected].in around mirajpur area one of the pantry tea boys named "prakash shaw" was picking up the used tea cups from the dustbin and was washing them for reuse. When we saw him doing so, he replied that he was just picking it up for counting. They even refused to give the complain register so that we could lodge a complain therethis is totally unexpectable and unbearable and an immediate action must be taken keeping in mind the sanitary and hygienic of the passengers.                                 I had booked a ticket for 3 passengers and we did not travelled because train was more than 10 hours late by its original time so i raised tdr against the pnr. I am expecting that sum of money to be credited to source.

                                Before filing tdr, i have already called several times at irctc customer care to check for any other method to get refund as trains were getting much delayed and i cannot travel in such situation since my father is a patient.

                                They have asked me to file tdr and amount will be refunded only if train would be delayed for more than 3 hours.

                                  Sir my complain is for tdrrelated. My journey is on 19nov2016 from ara to bangalore. The train is too late more than 3hrs. The rule is irctc above 3hrs late passengers file tdr. On this rule i am filed a tdr, my details is pnr-[protected], cancellation id-[protected] filing date is 19nov2016. The status shown is tdr repudiate. No refund from there. Plz return my fair amount.

Sir i am travelling in train no 15930 in the compartment no"b3".in fact of travelling in ac which we have paid we don't get proper supply from pantry car. Other hawkers and vendors have even not left the ac bogies.

                                      Hi.
                                      I travelled from bangalore to hyderabad on 22nd of dec 2016. We travelled in rajadhani express and it was a pleasant experience to us.. The food that was provided was good in terms of quality and taste. The bedspread and quilts given also was very good.. We enjoyed our journey.
                                      We left from hyderabad on 25th evening and this time we chose garibrath. As the name was the train. It was a very bad experience for us.. We had to pay 25 rs extra for obtaining bed sheets and quilts per person which was still fine... But atleast we expected them to be clean any hygienic.. We bought them mainly because we had a 4 year old kid with us. When we bought them there were bed bugs in the quilts and the spreads.. Which not my 4 yr old niece and she developed rashes. There were lots of bed bugs on the sides of the coaches also. The train was very dirty. All over it was a very disappointing experience.. I really don't know if this complaint will make a difference.. But i really wish it would. The pnr number is [protected].

                                        Ear Sir/Madam,

                                        I had booked ticket from Anand Vihar Terminal to Muzaffarpur on 26/12/2016 for journey on 25/04/2017. PNR no: [protected] and Transaction ID: [protected]. While 1st booking, payment of ticket is deducted but ticket was not booked and IRCTC page gone so I tried again and at 2nd booking, payment was deducted and i got the ticket. So for 1 booking, my account is deducted twice with amount 6965.00. So request you to look into the matter urgency and refund my unnecessarily deducted amount 6965.00.
                                        Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        My irctc account has been suspended and I have Rs.700 in my irctc ewallet. I have made a complaint regarding the refund on 22nd November 2016 but till now I didn't get any response. I don't have any idea what your customer care team is doing. Please solve the issue as soon as possible.
