Dear customer,

With reference to refund against pnr number [protected] with reason train late more than three hours and passenger not travelled., it is advised that tdr claim case has been regretted stating no edr has been fed against the particular pnr as party has travelled on[protected] by chief commercial manager/refunds /null. As per your appeal, chief commercial manager/refunds /null has been requested to reopen the case with remarks case wrong repudiated with reason no edr has been fed against the particular pnr as party has travelled. Please reconsider the case and process the refund as train late more than three hours and passenger not travelled. For further processing along with supporting document provided by you. On receipt of refund amount from the railways, it will be credited to the same account of the customer through which booking was made through opted payment gate way.

Kindly note that your refund case of pnr no. [protected] has been reopened & forwarded to ccm/central railway on dt.23-nov-2016 for further processing of your refund.     I am travelling from secunderabad to bubaneswar in Vishaka express today. i am suffering from motions. when i am using toilets, mug is not available.

      I booked a ticket for gujarat on 18 dec 2016 but i am unable to cancel it it is showing the dialog box

      what is this i have got many such complaints like this
      is this the u r providing us
      shame on u all
      what are u doing sitting there
      also i cancelled a ticket last time but no refund took place
      this is the service u r providing what

        I was booking a ticket for dated 27.12.2016 in balia sealdah express train for the station chapara to sealdah i had made payment thru hdfc online banking, payment was made successfully but ticket not received passenger name Tuntun Ray age 25 male, amount Rs.351.50
        Therefore i am requesting you to please look into the matter and refund the money as soon as possible.

          Respected Sir/MAdam,

          I have booked my return three tickets from Jaipur to Bandra (Aravali Express) dt.11.12.2016 in Sleeper as well as 3A, I got a Chart preparation message from IRCTC that my 3 sleeper tickets got RC seat and in 3A tickets 2 are on waiting and 1 got RC seat, so I didn't cancelled any of the tickets and my one ill friend travelled in 3A RC Seat and We two travelled in Sleeper class, as I was unaware of the fact that in Partial tickets confirmation we have to cancel other tickets, before 30 minutes of the train departure after 2-3 I called on railway helpline number Mr.Rishabh (As it was busy for 2-3 days) that I am not eligible for refund, so can i get benefit of doubt as I was travelling for the 1st time for so long journey and I paid for 6 tickets as we are only 3 persons to travel. My PNR Number for 3A is [protected] and Sleeper class is [protected].

            I am getting a message "Bookings are not allowed as your account has been suspended." in the my IRCTC account.

            IRCTC account name is rail_kam

            I had also written mail to [protected]@irctc.co.in. But there is no response.

            I am using my irctc online booking for many years.

            Please help me is resolving this issue.

            General feedback:
            Whatever logic to be applied for suspension should be built on the online booking site. Like only one ticket between 8am to 12 pm.

              Dear sir/Mam,

              Please resolve my issue, on 14th dec'16 I booked tickets from my login id (shashi1164). From ndls to Vaishno Devi & return journey. on that time i have done three transaction.

              During booking NDLS to SVDK
              successfully booked and amount debited 1166.50/- on[protected] at 22:04 hr)

              During booking of return ticket :
              1. first time amount deducted but ticket confirmation not done and ticket not booked due to some technical error.[protected] at 22:19 hr)

              2. Again I tried from initial stage and successfully ticket booked and amount deducted.[protected] at 22:29 hr)
              but in first case my ticket was not booked and also payment is not credited back to my account.

              Amount is still not refund.

              I also mailed to IRCTC having ticket Number : [IRCTC #4566284] [14-12-16 at 23:36 hr]- auto generated mail received from the same : but further no response came.

              again i reply on[protected] at 20:15 hr) then the generated new ticket number [IRCTC #4574517).

              And i am still waiting for what was issue and when my amount will be refunded.

              No response is coming from IRCTC, 3 times i mailed to [protected]@irctc.co.in but no one is there to resolve the issue.

              8 days passed, only auto generated mail received with new ticket number.

                Dear sir/madam,
                I had booked a ticket from sta to hbj journey date 04-nov-2016, but the train got late from more than 12 hours. I had filed the tdr on the same day at 02-aug-2014 17:39:48 hrs. The status of tdr showing cr repudiate. I was waiting for the train but the train got late so much so i have filled the tdr little late. Please help me on this asap.
                As per rule total amount of ticket should be refunded if the train gets late more than 3 hours.

                  I had made an attemt to book a ticket from bhopal to gwalior from jabalpur-newdelhi express (12192 / jbp ndls sup ex), but after making the payment through sbi online the message displayed was "session time expired", ticket was not confirmed but the amount rs. 256 was deducted from my account and was not refunded.

                  O please look into this matter and refund my money as soon as possible.

                      I booked a ticket through irctc to chennai and the tickets cancellation time was still there but even though the tickets had not expired when I cancelled my train tickets through irctc website they said the money would be refunded but it has not been refunded until now and which is a very sad thing as the website should have done that but they haven't so its my humble request to refund my money as soon as possible.

But because of some problem, we are alloted two seats in AC3 and TC has given us some certificate and asked us to file TDR online. I have filled TDR online, but even after 5 months and so many emails i haven't received my money back

                            I have registered account in irctc fpor on line booking ticket. Username & password are right but whenever i enter captcha. I shows error again & again. I can not proceed further. Please solve my problem. I have been doing on line booking for a long time but i do not know as rto how login problem of irror in captcha is occuring again & again. I ama unable to go ahead. This problem was not earlier. When i put correct captcha in upper case how can it be error. Please make it convenient and possible to solve my problrem and let me know remedy soon. Thanks in anticipation.

                              My Irctc user -id sekharpvvr. In the month of August-2016, I have deposited an amount of Rs 500/= in the e-walllet.
                              But subsequently, in the last-week of Aug-2016 / First-week of Sept-2016, my user account has been suspended and thereby I am not allowed to make use of my e-wallet funds of Rs 500/=.

                              In this regard, I am requesting the concerned authorities either to revoke my suspended irctc user account or refund my e-wallet unused funds.

                                I had booked ticket in IRCTC PNR :[protected].I got message informing train is cancelled, double checked in website and it showed canceled.
                                later I booked another ticket in bus after 3 hours I get SMS train is running.
                                now I am losing money from train and bus also.
                                I will cancel ticket now and please ensure and I get my money refunded.

                                  I boarded jaipur - pune express from surat station at 12:10 am towards pune. My coach is a2 and seat 25 and 26. Train no : 12940. On 14th december 2016. Previous passangers left the coach in pathetic condition. Train stops at surat for 12 minutes and as the passengers were traveling will lots of goods luggage they we unloading and did not allow the boarding passengers to board and we're talking rudely... They said as it's a marriage, we have lots of luggage will take time to unload.

                                  Please take necessary and strict action against the passengers. They littered all around the coach. I am sending some photos with this please check.

                                      Dear Sir/Madam,

                                      On 29th Nov-16, i cancelled a ticket, in which PNR No. [protected] due to some my personal issue. But in actual today is 10th DEC, but till now amount is not credited in my SBI bank account. And already 10 days has been over. On 7th Dec i sent mail to IRCTC customer care, but that time i got a ticket id IRCTC #4505242 for future correspondence for this issue .Kindly look into the issue and do the refund asap.

                                        Amount after cancellation of ticket is not refunded.
                                        We have cancelled railway ticket but the amount is still not refunded.
                                        Tickets were booked and cancelled online.
                                        Our journey date was 11 december and 12 december but due to some reasons we have to cancel the tickets. So, we cancelled tickets before 12 hours of train starting time but still no refund has been initiated.
