I have tried calling irctc when call is connected then no executive are receive a call? I loss rupees-50 for calling but no is pick up a call?

My pnr no is [protected] -
I want to know why my tdr request is rejected. I have filed the tdr 3 hrs before the train arrival i. E. Around 3 p. M.
3 hrs before only i got to know that the train is late by more than 3 hrs, actual time of arrival to nagpur was 11 p. M. I. E. 5 hrs late.

Please refund my money.

    I am booking ticket for my father. Three times, I made a Payment through my ICICI Account[protected], but PNR Number is not generated from IRCTC. Money will be refunded after 1 week. But, I lost my valuable time and availability of reservation is gone. It is causing mental tension. What to do as I have that much money in bank account? Till time I lost Rs. 781 and substantial time. If PNR is failed to generate, IRCTC should immediately pay back amount with interest.

        Dear sir/madam

        I was booking the train ticket on the double decker 22626 bangalore (Bnc) - chennai (Mas) for the 20th of dec and twice i logged in and tried to purchase the ticket, the money was deducted but it said the service was not available at this time whilst issuing the ticket.

        However, an amount of 535 + transaction fee = 546 rs was deducted twice and i do not have any ticket as well.

        You have made an online payment of inr 535.0 with transaction id [protected] towards payee irctc indian railway from your account xxxxxxxx on dec, 19, 2016 at 18:31 hours.

        Also earlier the availability was in the general category and now it is showing me only tatkal tickets for which i will have to pay 200 rs extra which is really unfair too.

        I would request for a refund of the above amount of 1192 rs = 546 x 2 through my icici account. I am also unable to book in the general quota so please compensate me for the additional charges for booking a tatkal as well

          Dear Sir/Madam, I had booked a ticket from COIMBATORE JN (CBE) to CHENNAI CENTRAL (MAS) journey date 14DEC2016, but the train got late from more than 6 hours.I had filed the TDR on the same day at 14-DEC-2016 05:46:11 HRS. The status of TDR showing CR Repudiate.I was waiting for the train but the train got late so much so I have filled the TDR little late.Please help me on this asap. As per rule total amount of ticket should be refunded if the train gets late more than 3 hours.

            I am Shabbir kapra . I booked three tatkal tickets from sawai Madhavpur to Mumbai Central on 12 December 2016 of amount of rs 1920 . From the account of my friend Abdul Qadir on IRCTC . Our journey date is 13 December 2016 in JP -BCT exp .the train no is 12956. But tickets gone into tatkal waiting list of 44, 45, and 46. The waiting list does not clear on 13 December 2016.So my friend got SMS that your tickets have been cancelled and tickets amount that is rs 1920 has been refund to your account after deduction of rs 180 rs for tatkal charge. So the amount refundable is rs 1740. but the amount yet not been credited to my account . So it is my humble request to you to request them to refund my money ASAP because I am a student and 1740 is not a small amount for me. Please work on this complaint ASAP.               Payment is successful but ticket is not getting booked. It says "Currently this service is unavailable. We regret the inconvenience caused. Please try after some time."

              My account got debited 4 times with the amount, but no ticket was booked.

              Let me know how do i get my refund back.

              This incident happened 4th time from yesterday.

                I booked tickets on IRCTC via Paytm on 10 Dec, out of which train 12498 got cancelled. The details are:

                PNR:[protected], TRAIN:12498, DOJ:12-12-16, 2S, ASR-NDLS, Dep:15:10,
                PRITAM SINGH, D9 73,
                Fare:170, SC:0.0+PG CHGS+AGENT CHGS

                As per mail received from paytm, they have initiated the refund amount and asked to contact IRCTC for the reversal of charges and ticket amount. I also received mail from IRCTC regarding the refund.
                Kindly advise how much time will it take.

                  I had made a booking on train no. 19040 avadh express on 9th dec 2016 from surat (St) to bdts bearing pnr no.[protected] in class sl. Since, the train was late 14hrs 55min (Ie by more than 3 hrs.), i had filed tdr online through irctc website and booked another ticket on train no. 19038 avadh express on 10th dec 2016 from surat (St) to bdts bearing pnr no. [protected] in class 3a. This train was also late by 6hrs 7min (Ie more than 3 hrs) and hence tdr was filed online for this ticket also. Eventually, i travelled from surat (St) to bdts on 10th dec 2016 by train no. 19020 dehradun bdts exp by ticket bearing pnr no.[protected] in class sl.

                  Passenger details: peter jacob, m-35 and jacob thomas, m-65

                  Both tdrs have been processed with result for pnr no.[protected] being a refund of rs.60/- against rs. 295/- and that for pnr no. [protected] being cr repudiate against a refund of rs. 800/-. As per irctc refund rules full refund is permissible in case of train late by more than 3 hrs. But this has not been refunded to me. I request irctc to process the refund of the full journey amount as per extent railway rules.

                    I had booked an tatkal ticket last week. while log in there ticket were 101 tickets available. and at the time i am completing my transaction i was in wait list 79(TQWL 79).
                    And the ticket was auto cancelled by irctc it self. and i got sms that amount 355 will be refunded. once i enquired customer service they told amount will get credited in 6 days. but i did not get any amount from irctc.

                      I was travel from muradabad to sultanpur without ticket on 15.12.2016 by train 12392/Shramjeevi SF Express in S6 coach, TT came to me and charged ticket fare with penalty and i paid for it, TT had not wear his name plate also so it is not possible for me to write his name.he charged me Rs. 350 for fare and Rs. 250 for penalty.later on i checked ticket fare on IRCTC site which shows that the fare amount is Only Rs. 300.he charged me Excess amount of Rs. 50.kindly provide me refund of Rs. 50 which is excess charged by railway department. Receipt given by TT is attached here.

                        I have booked a ticket from ANVT
                        to PNBE on 4th Aug, 2016 and Date of Journey was 5th Aug 2016.
                        For reason the train was late more than three hours and passengers have not travelled, I filled the TDR for the same in IRCTC against my ticket and the
                        status was turned to CR Registered, but the amount was not refunded yet.

                          There has been an issue with my refund of Rs 2030 in my bank account.
                          I had made a cancellation of ticket on 29th of November, 2016 (PNR : [protected]).
                          I was supposed to get a refund of Rs 2030 within 4-7 days. Whereas my status on the site shows amount sent to bank but I have gotten no such amount on my bank account.                             But this train got delayed by more than 11 hours, so i filed a tdr filing date: 05-dec-2016 23:12:45 hrs.
                            But the irctc people said that train arrive on 05-dec-2016 10:00 hrs (Morning).
                            So they rejected the tdr.
                            Please refund my money.

                            Now a days irctc cheated a lot to common people.

                            I'm unable to book any tickets in the Rajdhani express because it is showing NOT AVAILABLE for the whole month. Why is it so? Please try to fix this as soon as possible.
                            We informed coach attendant Mr. Prashant, as per him he informed the same to TTE.

                              I am very sad that IRCTC, such a reputed company has very poor logic implemented in the website.
                              I booked a retiring room at 08:12:37 PM on 01 Dec, 2016 for 12 hours, Check in date : 01-Dec-2016 and Check out date 02-Dec-2016. Logically, It should be booked the room for 01-Dec-2016 08:00 PM to 02-Dec-2016 08:00 AM but It had been booked for 01-Dec-2016 08:00 AM to 01-Dec-2016 08:00 PM, that too when I booked it at 08:12:37 PM.
                              Can someone from IRCTC tell me how it is possible to book a room for past time?

                              I would suggest the company to do the proper testing before launching any component of website to live and of course I want the compensation for the inconvenience cause.

                                  Today morning i go through the site of IRCTC .From there i am trying to book ticket.Every thing happened smoothly but at end (the time of transaction), Money from account get deduct but i didn't get the ticket.
                                  I am trying to call on IRCTC complaints number but no body is there to pick the phone call.

                                    With reference to refund against pnr number [protected] with reason train late more than three hours and passenger not travelled., it is advised that tdr claim case has been regretted stating no edr has been fed against the particular pnr as party has travelled on[protected] by chief commercial manager/refunds /null. As per your appeal, chief commercial manager/refunds /null has been requested to reopen the case with remarks case wrong repudiated with reason no edr has been fed against the particular pnr as party has travelled. Please reconsider the case and process the refund as train late more than three hours and passenger not travelled. For further processing along with supporting document provided by you. On receipt of refund amount from the railways, it will be credited to the same account of the customer through which booking was made through opted payment gate way.

                                      Hi Sir,

                                      I am travelling from secunderabad to bubaneswar in Vishaka express today. i am suffering from motions. when i am using toilets, mug is not available.

                                      i requested TT to provide a complaint book but he rejected why i dont know.
                                      this is how railway department is working.

                                        I booked a ticket for gujarat on 18 dec 2016 but i am unable to cancel it it is showing the dialog box
                                        cancellation not allowed
                                        what is this i have got many such complaints like this
                                        is this the u r providing us
                                        shame on u all
                                        what are u doing sitting there
                                        also i cancelled a ticket last time but no refund took place
                                        this is the service u r providing what
                                        i appeal to see my message as quickly as possible
