Payment is successful but ticket is not getting booked. It says "Currently this service is unavailable. We regret the inconvenience caused. Please try after some time."

My account got debited 4 times with the amount, but no ticket was booked.

Let me know how do i get my refund back.

Attaching the image of successful transaction and no ticket booked.

This incident happened 4th time from yesterday.

    Dear IRCTC Team,

    I booked tickets on IRCTC via Paytm on 10 Dec, out of which train 12498 got cancelled. The details are:

    PNR:[protected], TRAIN:12498, DOJ:12-12-16, 2S, ASR-NDLS, Dep:15:10,
    PRITAM SINGH, D9 73,
    Fare:170, SC:0.0+PG CHGS+AGENT CHGS

    As per mail received from paytm, they have initiated the refund amount and asked to contact IRCTC for the reversal of charges and ticket amount. I also received mail from IRCTC regarding the refund.
    Kindly advise how much time will it take.

      I had made a booking on train no. 19040 avadh express on 9th dec 2016 from surat (St) to bdts bearing pnr no.[protected] in class sl. Since, the train was late 14hrs 55min (Ie by more than 3 hrs.), i had filed tdr online through irctc website and booked another ticket on train no. 19038 avadh express on 10th dec 2016 from surat (St) to bdts bearing pnr no. [protected] in class 3a. This train was also late by 6hrs 7min (Ie more than 3 hrs) and hence tdr was filed online for this ticket also. Eventually, i travelled from surat (St) to bdts on 10th dec 2016 by train no. 19020 dehradun bdts exp by ticket bearing pnr no.[protected] in class sl.

      Passenger details: peter jacob, m-35 and jacob thomas, m-65

      Both tdrs have been processed with result for pnr no.[protected] being a refund of rs.60/- against rs. 295/- and that for pnr no. [protected] being cr repudiate against a refund of rs. 800/-. As per irctc refund rules full refund is permissible in case of train late by more than 3 hrs. But this has not been refunded to me. I request irctc to process the refund of the full journey amount as per extent railway rules.

        I had booked an tatkal ticket last week. while log in there ticket were 101 tickets available. and at the time i am completing my transaction i was in wait list 79(TQWL 79).
        And the ticket was auto cancelled by irctc it self. and i got sms that amount 355 will be refunded. once i enquired customer service they told amount will get credited in 6 days. but i did not get any amount from irctc.

          I was travel from muradabad to sultanpur without ticket on 15.12.2016 by train 12392/Shramjeevi SF Express in S6 coach, TT came to me and charged ticket fare with penalty and i paid for it, TT had not wear his name plate also so it is not possible for me to write his name.he charged me Rs. 350 for fare and Rs. 250 for penalty.later on i checked ticket fare on IRCTC site which shows that the fare amount is Only Rs. 300.he charged me Excess amount of Rs. 50.kindly provide me refund of Rs. 50 which is excess charged by railway department. Receipt given by TT is attached here.

            I have booked a ticket from ANVT
            to PNBE on 4th Aug, 2016 and Date of Journey was 5th Aug 2016.
            For reason the train was late more than three hours and passengers have not travelled, I filled the TDR for the same in IRCTC against my ticket and the
            status was turned to CR Registered, but the amount was not refunded yet.
            I am not sure what else I might be missing to get amount refunded. Please let me know what I can do further or else you can send sms to mob no : [protected] or drop a mail to rajk.[protected]@gmail.com

              There has been an issue with my refund of Rs 2030 in my bank account.
              I had made a cancellation of ticket on 29th of November, 2016 (PNR : [protected]).
              I was supposed to get a refund of Rs 2030 within 4-7 days. Whereas my status on the site shows amount sent to bank but I have gotten no such amount on my bank account. Please take into consideration my problem. I have tried to call on customer care service but it charges my balance and no one responds.

                I have booked train from jhs to nzm on 5th decemeber via irctc
                Date of journey: 05-dec-2016
                Date of boarding: 05-dec-2016
                Date of booking: 05-dec-2016

                Chedule departure time : 05-dec-2016 23:40 hrs (Night)
                Tdr filing date: 05-dec-2016 23:12:45 hrs
                But this train got delayed by more than 11 hours, so i filed a tdr filing date: 05-dec-2016 23:12:45 hrs.
                But the irctc people said that train arrive on 05-dec-2016 10:00 hrs (Morning).
                So they rejected the tdr.
                Please refund my money.

                Now a days irctc cheated a lot to common people.

                My ticket booking date 12/12/2016 of Koyana Express from Kolhapur to CST Mumbai was failed but amount of Rs.655.00 has been deducted from my account here i am sending further details and ticket ID

                I'm unable to book any tickets in the Rajdhani express because it is showing NOT AVAILABLE for the whole month. Why is it so? Please try to fix this as soon as possible.
                We informed coach attendant Mr. Prashant, as per him he informed the same to TTE.
                During the whole journey action was not taken and we faced difficulties.

                  I am very sad that IRCTC, such a reputed company has very poor logic implemented in the website.
                  I booked a retiring room at 08:12:37 PM on 01 Dec, 2016 for 12 hours, Check in date : 01-Dec-2016 and Check out date 02-Dec-2016. Logically, It should be booked the room for 01-Dec-2016 08:00 PM to 02-Dec-2016 08:00 AM but It had been booked for 01-Dec-2016 08:00 AM to 01-Dec-2016 08:00 PM, that too when I booked it at 08:12:37 PM.
                  Can someone from IRCTC tell me how it is possible to book a room for past time?

                  I would suggest the company to do the proper testing before launching any component of website to live and of course I want the compensation for the inconvenience cause.

                      I am trying to call on IRCTC complaints number but no body is there to pick the phone call.
                      I think, all the number which is uploaded is totally useless.

                        With reference to refund against pnr number [protected] with reason train late more than three hours and passenger not travelled., it is advised that tdr claim case has been regretted stating no edr has been fed against the particular pnr as party has travelled on[protected] by chief commercial manager/refunds /null. As per your appeal, chief commercial manager/refunds /null has been requested to reopen the case with remarks case wrong repudiated with reason no edr has been fed against the particular pnr as party has travelled. Please reconsider the case and process the refund as train late more than three hours and passenger not travelled. For further processing along with supporting document provided by you. On receipt of refund amount from the railways, it will be credited to the same account of the customer through which booking was made through opted payment gate way.

                                Respected Sir/MAdam,

                                I have booked my return three tickets from Jaipur to Bandra (Aravali Express) dt.11.12.2016 in Sleeper as well as 3A, I got a Chart preparation message from IRCTC that my 3 sleeper tickets got RC seat and in 3A tickets 2 are on waiting and 1 got RC seat, so I didn't cancelled any of the tickets and my one ill friend travelled in 3A RC Seat and We two travelled in Sleeper class, as I was unaware of the fact that in Partial tickets confirmation we have to cancel other tickets, before 30 minutes of the train departure after 2-3 I called on railway helpline number Mr.Rishabh (As it was busy for 2-3 days) that I am not eligible for refund, so can i get benefit of doubt as I was travelling for the 1st time for so long journey and I paid for 6 tickets as we are only 3 persons to travel. My PNR Number for 3A is [protected] and Sleeper class is [protected].

                                  I am getting a message "Bookings are not allowed as your account has been suspended." in the my IRCTC account.

                                  IRCTC account name is rail_kam

                                  I had also written mail to [protected]@irctc.co.in. But there is no response.

                                  I am using my irctc online booking for many years.

                                  Please help me is resolving this issue.

                                  General feedback:
                                  Whatever logic to be applied for suspension should be built on the online booking site. Like only one ticket between 8am to 12 pm.

                                    Dear sir/Mam,

                                    Please resolve my issue, on 14th dec'16 I booked tickets from my login id (shashi1164). From ndls to Vaishno Devi & return journey. on that time i have done three transaction.

                                    During booking NDLS to SVDK
                                    successfully booked and amount debited 1166.50/- on[protected] at 22:04 hr)

                                    During booking of return ticket :
                                    1. first time amount deducted but ticket confirmation not done and ticket not booked due to some technical error.[protected] at 22:19 hr)

                                    2. Again I tried from initial stage and successfully ticket booked and amount deducted.[protected] at 22:29 hr)
                                    but in first case my ticket was not booked and also payment is not credited back to my account.

                                    Amount is still not refund.

                                    I also mailed to IRCTC having ticket Number : [IRCTC #4566284] [14-12-16 at 23:36 hr]- auto generated mail received from the same : but further no response came.

                                    again i reply on[protected] at 20:15 hr) then the generated new ticket number [IRCTC #4574517).

                                    And i am still waiting for what was issue and when my amount will be refunded.

                                      Dear sir/madam,
                                      I had booked a ticket from sta to hbj journey date 04-nov-2016, but the train got late from more than 12 hours. I had filed the tdr on the same day at 02-aug-2014 17:39:48 hrs. The status of tdr showing cr repudiate. I was waiting for the train but the train got late so much so i have filled the tdr little late. Please help me on this asap.
                                      As per rule total amount of ticket should be refunded if the train gets late more than 3 hours.

                                        I had made an attemt to book a ticket from bhopal to gwalior from jabalpur-newdelhi express (12192 / jbp ndls sup ex), but after making the payment through sbi online the message displayed was "session time expired", ticket was not confirmed but the amount rs. 256 was deducted from my account and was not refunded.

                                        O please look into this matter and refund my money as soon as possible.
