    I have booked a ticket of 4 passengers from TPTY to VSKP on 4th 2016. Out of four one ticket has been cancelled by myself (i got the refund) whereas remaining three one got c onfirmed & the other two in waitlist. So i thought of filing a TDR.

    I have filed a TDR by 13.22 PM where as my Train schedule departure is 14:45 PM.

        I was trying to book a Premium Tatkal ticket from IRCTC website for Train No: 12150 on 9th Dec 2016. Transaction was failed and ticket was declined despite successful payment. Also, Tickets were still available at that time under this quota. I want to know the reason for failed transaction. It resulted in me not getting the ticket for 10th Dec 2016.

          Today when i checked running status of Dehradun Shatabdi Express(12017) before boarding Shatabdi Express found that train will go upto Saharanpur only due to some maintainance work going on track.There were no announcement for same.When asked the ticket checker, informed that today train would go upto Saharanpur only.
          Passengers were not at all aware of this fact.On my request train passenger got information by an announcement.But think of those elderly people, ladies with kids who had to complete their rest of journey by road.Is not this an harassment of bonafide passengers who paid for full journey but complelled to travel by road.
          Railway knows very well that hardly anyone would file a TDR.There should have been sms alert at least 24 hours ago so that people can change or cancel their journey.

            I was booked rail tickets through IRCTC .From then money decucted my account. And when i get mini statement from ATM counter then shown in statement Rs.400 Rs 658 Rs 400 deducated from my account several times. where i m not using my debit card such times to withdraw or shoping. plz help us what to do. I request u to stop corruption. And save all. If problem not solve then we can't trust anybody. And stop to shop though Debit card and stop to savings in SBI.

              Hello I have booked 3 tickets under PNR [protected] for the 12th Oct 2016 (Raipur-SGP).
              The train was running 4-5 hours late due to some track maintenance issue and same was confirmed by station master.
              My family decided not to travel.
              Charting was done so I was unable to cancel the ticket, however after filing the TDR the IRCTC team is asking me to courier the Original TTE certificate/GC/EFT issued against the PNR number.
              I wanted to know how can someone pick the proof without going station and your people don't even provide the same.
              Please don't harass the consumers and treat them well.
              Look into this issue asap please.
              Common man's money is so important and it comes after really hard work.

              After filing the complaint I got a call from +91-[protected] and the person introduced him from IRCTC refund department.

              He asked me the respective information after asking for Email ID he asked me for Google account verification code and moving forward he changed my password.
              Later he asked me for CVV or last 4 digits of Debit card number.

              This portal has something wrong.
              Soon will launch a cyber complaint against it.
              Please be aware from such frauds.

                Hello,

                We booked 2 tickets, PNR no- [protected] and [protected] of Karnataka Exp(12628) of date 2-Dec-2016 from NDLS to HBJ. When we reached station, there was announcement that train is delayed by 1 hour 50 mins, we decided to wait and we waited till 1:30 AM. During this time it was only announced that train is in yard for inspection . But no time for departure was announced.

                Ultimately we left the station at 1:30, and We have to travel till Gurugram and by the time Metro was also not functional. Looking at safety perspective after searching a lot we booked cab for Gurugram, and reached here by 3:30 AM.

                We was so frightened and tired that we slept straightaway. And we filed the TDR next morning at around 9.30 AM.

                But now by our surprise the TDR has been cancelled saying that we have to file TDR before train departure.

                How can we file TDR from station where there is no proper information of train arrival + limited internet facility. also the person is so deserted by the delay that he/she even cannot find a way to go back to home, and being a girl It was very much risky for me to take a cab at this hour of time.

                We want Railways to refund money in such scenarios, where delays are not even announced on station. On station it was announced 2 hours late, but actually it was more than 6 hours delayed.

                  i have paid rs, 750 twice
                  but transaction was dropped both the time but my money has been deducted.
                  now i had complained on irctc care thet said the amount is refund.
                  but it has been, 5 days the amount is mot refunded in bank account.

                    Train formation info on IRCTC app was entirely wrong and the reverse of the actual formation. Train was already late by the time it reached HBJ. On platform display though showed correct formation, gave us only 3 minutes time as the train almost marched in before that. this caused a lot of hard ship to all passengers. we had to make a rushed running towards the correct bogie in front near the engine from rear end as displayed in the app.It was very difficult and I was pushed down from running passengers and fell down. Kindly put only correct info always.
                    Secondly catering charges were double the rate displayed by IRCTC. Its just looting the passengers.

                      I was in the D3 compartment of Jan Shatabdi 12052 (Madgaon to Dadar) on Dec 6, 2016. The compartment was fully infested with cockroaches crawling on the floor and out of every single crevices of the train. There were cockroaches in between seats and everywhere near the leg space. This made it extremely uncomfortable for my fellow passengers and I to sit during the train's 8 hour journey. I ended up standing near the doors for most of my journey.
                      Please note that the train was in this state although there was a notice which said last pest control was done on Nov 26
                      This was my worst Indian Railways experience and I feel that things like this are a hindrance to health and overall growth of India.

                        Today i booked a E-ticket from Mumbai (Borivali) to Vadodara through IRCTC. After finishing booking of ticket with my Canara Bank account my IRCTC Account was not opened. but i found that the money is deducted from my account for the transactions but ticket is not booked.

                        Please do the needfull to get back my money back without any deduction

                          Dear Sir, during our journey from shegaon to CST on 04 Dec 2016 via amravati express, we have 24 reservations with us. Train reached at shegaon at 9:30 PM fully packed. Even there was no space at the door to enter inside the train, by pushing people we anyhow got the chance to go inside. When we moved to our respective reservation seats, many people already occupied that seats and on asking to leave that seats, they were started bullying with us and started arguing that "we are going for 6th dec programe in Mumbai and these trains and seats are free for us for 10 days and do whatever you want or you call whomever you want either tc or police, we dont care and we donot get up from seat and you people either having reservations dont come and also you are not allowed to do so during these days". Also these people abuses us. Sir we all 24 people travelled standing whole night from shegaon to cst including 70 year old man and 8 months old baby. Sir if they are allowed to go freely on train during that period, then why didnot you keep closed all the reservations for these trains on that period, so that many people like us should not get suffered in future. Also as we didnot get to seat at our respective reserved seats, we want the money of all 24 reservation tickets refunded. Sir i humbly requesting you, kindly look into the matter seriously and i am waiting for you reply.

                                I had booked the train ticket for the journey in the chennai mail 12658 from sbc to mas on 2nd dec 22:40 hrs. But later i got to know the train will be delayed and will be started from sbc only by 03 dec 04:00. So i filed a tdr against the category "train delayed by more than 3 hours and passenger not travelled" and did not travel in the train.

                                Could you please let me know when the tdr will be processed and as per the rules full amount would be refunded?

                                  My parents were travelling from Mumbai to Orissa in Konark expressin sleeper coach. My mom went for washing her face and she was carrying her purse. One person snatched her purse and jumped from running train.
                                  My concern is why there are no security guard in each coach. And people who doesn't have the sleeper tickets are also being allowed to enter into sleeper class. Even though we are paying for sleeper class but its more like general. Ticket collectors are not doing their job properly and there is no security guard during night time.
                                  If this thing continues common people will stop travelling in train. My sincere request please take the initiatives and increase the security system and dont allow outside intruders.

                                  1. Log-in at 10 am is very difficult. Captcha is mostly illegible.
                                  2. Precious 3/6 minutes are over until we can Log-in to the site.
                                  3. The confirmed tickets are over and only waitlisted Tatkal tickets are available.
                                  4. Unnecessary Ads are flooded at the sight.
                                  5. For ordinary passengers it is not possible to book Tatkal Tickets online

                                    I used to travel between Bangalore and chennai. Most of the time, trains are late by 30 mins or even more than an hour. The lalbagh express has to reach kr puram by 8.30 but it used to reach by 10. It is very slow always. Please, make the trains to follow the at least to the nearest timings.
                                    We are paying a lot and cancellations charges, tax charges are high, but the experience we face is not worth to it.

                                      I want to trevel from benaluru city to chennai on december 4, 2016. As i booked sbc-chennai mail (12658) and the train was delay by fifteen hours when i login my irctc account and wants to cancel the ticket, its is not done as chart is prepared.

                                      But according to the rules of irctc if any train was late or delay by more then 3 hours or more then the money should be refunded. But here it is not done so please take care of these kind of situations of the consumers...

                                        I want to trevel from jalander city to new delhi on december 3, 2016 . As i booked shane-e-punjab (12498) and the train was delay by more then three hours and when 1 login my irctc account and wants to cancel the ticket, its is not done as chart is prepared.
