Hello team,
I booked a tatkal ticket from ludhiana to new delhi. following are the details:
Name:- amritpal singh
Train no./name: 12460 / asr ndls exp
Class: chair car (cc)
Pnr number :-[protected]
Date of journey:- 07-nov-2016
Tdr filling date:- 07-nov-2016 10:10:53 hrs
Cancellation id:- [protected]
Ticket charge:625.0 service charge:46.0 total:671.0

Train was suppose to reach ludhiana station by 8:00 am in the morning but however it was late by more than 3 and half hours and hence i didn't board a train and filled for tdr. it is showing cr registered as status in tdr column and i am not sure when it is going to be refunded.
Please let me know when can i get my refund.

I have canceled my train tic through irctc account having pnr [protected] and [protected] on 10th november and i got the message that money will be redirected to u but i didn't get my money back so i request u to please solve my problem nd refund my money to my account as soon as possible

    Dear irctc I have booked two tickets with pnr [protected] and [protected] with a option of book only if lower birth is allotted and your system gave me upper birth. My mom is 58 she can't travel with upper birth. Kindly refund my payment as it was your system fault not my fault failing in doing so will take further action against you but I won't allow you take my money like that. My number is [protected]

    I had booked [protected] and [protected] this ticket under the option of BOOK ONLY IF LOWER BIRTH IS AVAILABLE and the tickets I got are all Upper birth . Kindly provide lower birth or provide me full refund

      Hi,

      I have file the TDR against the PNR. Number [protected] for reason "Train Diverted and Train Not Touching Destination Station.", and I had received the Reference No :[protected].
      This is your kind information this TDR filed before train departure from Chandigarh station. I am not getting SMS/email for train divert other route on this day.

      When i got too knew than i immediate filled the "TDR” on dt: -01-July-2016 just before 2.30 hours of the train departure. After almost three months back the amount i got it's just only Rs.40 as
      refunded amount as per the irctc. However, my original ticket amount of
      Rs.1470/-.

      My requesting you please refund my actual amount I don’t know why this less amount has been refunded. This is not my fault it’s totally Indian railway fault, if any train route divert they should be notifying and liable to pay full amount as per refund rule.
      I had booked the booked the ticket almost one month before and after almost 4 months back they refunded only Rs.40 /-

      Please Clarify me on this why this small amount refunded.

        I have booked a season ticket for Mumbai Suburban Service on 13.11.2016, details as per below

        destination - Matunga Road

        The amount of Rs. 905 has been debited from my account, but the ticket has not been received. Also i am also not able to track the ticket through webtrack and after mentioning the STR Number the tracking window shows bad request. Kindly check and provide the details and provide the solution ASAP.

            Respected sir/madam,
            I had booked an e-ticket from anvt to dbg
            In anvt-jyg special (Train no. 05528) on 28th august 2016
            And date of journey was 31st august 2016.
            Reason behind this is train delayed for more than 3 hours mean to say it was suppose to arrive in anand
            Vihar at around 11 pm night however been announced to arrive at 3 pm next day, hence late by almost 16 hours.
            Hence none of the passenger has travelled and we asked the station manager what to do in case and he suggested us to file a tdr through irctc. I did the same and right now its showing as in 'cr registered' status.
            Sir i would like to tell you that its been almost 3 months and no money has been refunded or processed in my account, and the ticket is worth rs 8675/- which is a big amount and its almost half my salary.
            Sir for the person like me who belongs to middle class such amount of money matters a lot
            Hence kindly look into this matter and do the needful. I will be highly obliged to you.

              Whenever I try to login I am getting a message either as wrong credentials. Only one time I have booked the ticket 2nd time after 15 or 20 days I am unable to login for the above reason. My user name is : prabhedha and pass word is POU216 I hope you will enable me to login and book tickets from Ballari to Bangalore and vice versa. Now I am at Ballari, Karnataka.

                With respect to the email above, where the TDR has been repudiated saying that TDR was filed delayed by 10.30 hours is incorrect. The information provided by the zonal officer is given below:

                    Dear Sir/Mam
                    I had booked one ticket for my sister Puja kumari on 14th nov 2016, Transaction id [protected], PNR [protected], in Train 12365 from Patna to Ranchi and the date of journey was 15th Nov 2016 from IRCTC Website login id abhayril05.
                    My allotted seat no. was 30/window side in D11 Coach.when i reached the mentioned seat number i found one person already occupied that seat after inquiry i found that he also had counter ticket of same allotted seat i.e 30/window side in D11 Coach.
                    Confirming the same from Railway staff i found that in the list which was available with railway staff the seat was allotted to that guy who had occupied the seat and requesting for resolution to provide another seat to my sister the TT denied that he don't have any spare seat and further he said that he is not responsible for such situation go and complain in DRM Office, see how rude a person can be is this the humanity and he is working for the people and using such absurd language .
                    I was surprised that how such a big organisation can do a blunder mistake of allotting the same seat to two person and making profit with customer money.
                    She had to travel alone and she had her examination on next day, can you imagine the amount of tension generated by such kind of situation.
                    I want to raise this complain to the top management so that the same can't be happen again with another customer and request to refund my ticket cost with compensation amount.

                      PNR No [protected] Train Number 21125 Indore to Gwalior 11/11/2016 Shweta Pawar at the time of train departure TC has informed me this coach is general sitting coach you have sit and go not co ordinate with me, as I am female i am completely harassed as per the railway behavior & I was travelled alone, It was very miserable situation, I need to reach Gwalior on urgent basis due to some urgent scenario, How I was travelled in general coach it was miserable, no female is available there, How I was managed only I know, kindly co ordinate & claim to Indian railways

                          While its showing avalability of 99 seats in non ac sleeper before 11am. At and after 11am it shows not available. Same condition of availability for booking of 3ac sleeper also. I was trying to book from mdp to ctc. Do the booking is not allowed for common people in anga express plz clarify. Now i am unable to travel in emergency on that train. Please help common people and stop corruption of agents.

                            Sir i have booked one rail ticket through irctc website from tatanagar (tata) to howrah (hwh) in 12866 / lalmati express on 17 oct 2016 pnr - [protected]. but that day the train terminated short of disatnce at kharagpur (kgp). immediately i claimed my refund through tdr vide registration no.[protected] in irctc site, where from one week after status showing as cr registered but no refund made to my bank a/c till today 14.11.2016. i complained to [protected]@irctc.co.in for this, they replied regretting that it is under decision of south eastern railway and irctc can't do anything in this regard. so it is my request to you, sir, kindly intervene in this matter and resolve the issue and refund my money... regards, rajib kumar chakrabarty, mob.- [protected], transaction id: [protected], cancellation id: [protected].

                              above is my TDR file details,
                              on 28 oct i went to board my train where i have RAC reservation(2 tickets), there was so much rush, that i could not board enter the train, all without ticket people where full inside, when i asked police and TT they told it's my problem.

                              i didn't have net there, i took a general tciket and anyhow went to lucknaw from where had to go bihar by bus.

                              after reaching lucknaw, i had filed TDR but it is not approved.

                              i am asking i have the reservation then whose resposibility is to confirm, that i gets the seat.

                              now a days sleeper, 3 tier AC is general class, situation is worse, this is where Modi government is failing.

                              I need my amount back, this is not ravan raj,

                                Travel date[protected] Train no 12602 chennai mail boarded from mahe station from there full of Bihari groups inside the reserved compartment and one TTR locked the shutter in between compartment i[censored] do like this how can people will cross through compartment few TTR brought money them and allowed to sit inside reserved compartment but those guys where holding open general ticket. Full boys group was sounded on the entrance of toilet ladies how can cross them and go .we just want to know is this general compartment or not or please change the bogi name as this train is full of general compartment .waste and worst irctc service. Worst TTR bribe policies I really fed up with this really uncomfortable travel in my life

                                  I am booking tatkal ticket through irctc website but ticket is not book due to network problem and balance is deducted in my account. I am receive message in my mobile phone that purchase worth rs 525.42 on pos sbirctc at irctc txn#[protected]. My irctc a/c dont show any booking history. But my bal. Is deducted. So please resolve my problem.

                                    1. In the train pantry car staff has different identity card of different contractors. Some were of Roop caterers and Satyam caterers Pvt. limited. All employs were not of that train they were of Mangla express and Durunto express.
                                    2. All the staff of train pantry car was charging more amount as per irctc rate list. Example-veg. meal price has been taken was Rs 120 (Rice, dal, four chapatti, vegetable curry and pouch of pickle.) Standard tea and Tea with tea bag was charging Rs10. Some items which have MRP but the pantry staff were charging more than MRP. They give us the other things that are not in the rate list. Example Flavour tea, coffee, we want single dal, sabji, cutlet, Janta meal etc. These things were not given by pantry staff.
                                    3. When we ask for menu card/rate list. Then they give us the other hotel menu card.
                                    4. When we ask for complaint book to register the complaint then they don’t give us the complaint book.
                                    5. All the pantry staff including manager was doing miss behaviour. When we raise our issues.
                                    6. We have written the complaint on Kota Railway station. Which complaint no.32. Dated 10/11/2016. Sign by office in- charge station superintendent Kota W.C.R.

The ticket is not appearing in the booked ticket history although amount 1591 INR deducted from my account. Kindly help to know the ticket details or let mw know how to cancel asap. Urgent.

                                      I ordered non veg meals, but I was given veg meals.since I opened the meal, didn't hesitate t o proceed.while the vendor came for collecting charges for food.I mentioned their mistake but he didn't accept that, demanded money for non veg meals.without any way I paid.I regret for this.I want to mention this as a defect in the service.

                                        On 9/11/2016 myself Mantu Ujjainkar boarded train no.13026 ..pnr no. [protected] from bhopal on coach B3 62 and 64 with my mother Seuli Banerjee .a pantry boy from the station came to sell idli n other breakfast items ..we ordered 2 idli plates costing 100 rs...he said they are also accepting 500 and 1000 notes..he took my 1000 note and never returned back.i request u to take strict action against such employees in ur station and please refund my 900 rs back..i m a middle class person and i value my earnings.please intervene
