    Hi team,

    I had booked the train ticket for the journey in the chennai mail 12658 from sbc to mas on 2nd dec 22:40 hrs. But later i got to know the train will be delayed and will be started from sbc only by 03 dec 04:00. So i filed a tdr against the category "train delayed by more than 3 hours and passenger not travelled" and did not travel in the train.

    Could you please let me know when the tdr will be processed and as per the rules full amount would be refunded?

    When we buy the water from the pantry some of them sell rupee 15 and some of sell 20 rupee (Bottle name -- Health plus and bibo). My train no. Is 12591.

      Place of Incident - In Telangana state

      My parents were travelling from Mumbai to Orissa in Konark expressin sleeper coach. My mom went for washing her face and she was carrying her purse. One person snatched her purse and jumped from running train.
      My concern is why there are no security guard in each coach. And people who doesn't have the sleeper tickets are also being allowed to enter into sleeper class. Even though we are paying for sleeper class but its more like general. Ticket collectors are not doing their job properly and there is no security guard during night time.
      If this thing continues common people will stop travelling in train. My sincere request please take the initiatives and increase the security system and dont allow outside intruders.

      Hi I have booked a ticket with PNR "[protected]" I want to cancel it date of journey is 2nd December 2016 please guide me how to cancel it as my account is not showing booking history neither it's showing in old transaction kindly guide me how to save my money help ASAP
      1. Log-in at 10 am is very difficult. Captcha is mostly illegible.
      2. Precious 3/6 minutes are over until we can Log-in to the site.
      3. The confirmed tickets are over and only waitlisted Tatkal tickets are available.
      4. Unnecessary Ads are flooded at the sight.
      5. For ordinary passengers it is not possible to book Tatkal Tickets online

        I used to travel between Bangalore and chennai. Most of the time, trains are late by 30 mins or even more than an hour. The lalbagh express has to reach kr puram by 8.30 but it used to reach by 10. It is very slow always. Please, make the trains to follow the at least to the nearest timings.
        We are paying a lot and cancellations charges, tax charges are high, but the experience we face is not worth to it.

          I want to trevel from benaluru city to chennai on december 4, 2016. As i booked sbc-chennai mail (12658) and the train was delay by fifteen hours when i login my irctc account and wants to cancel the ticket, its is not done as chart is prepared.

          But according to the rules of irctc if any train was late or delay by more then 3 hours or more then the money should be refunded. But here it is not done so please take care of these kind of situations of the consumers...

            I want to trevel from jalander city to new delhi on december 3, 2016 . As i booked shane-e-punjab (12498) and the train was delay by more then three hours and when 1 login my irctc account and wants to cancel the ticket, its is not done as chart is prepared.

            But according to the rules of IRCTC if any train was late or delay by more then 3 hours or more then the money should be refunded. But here it is not done So please take care of these kind of situations of the consumers.

              I am experiencing this issue from last 3 month. Every time I try to book tatkal tickets in first trial it always debit the amount but no tckts has been booking. In second try the tckts hets booked and amount debited thats fine. But whatabout the first debit???? It always refund me with 180 deduction. This is not fair. This is my 3rd time i am experiencing same issue. And now it has put limitation that only 2 tatkal tcktcs can be booked from a IP. What is this?? First of all in first try it just debit the no ticket booking was done and second chance is not possible now. Is it fair? Login session is also very less. User gets logged out before the OTP comes. Very worst service.

                The ticket with status RAC is cancelled by me.as per the norms on the website of IRCTC only 60 rs should be deducted as the ticket is RAC but they have deducted 180 rs per ticket.also there customer care no is switched off I have also send the mail regarding dis but they didn't take any action .I m highly disappointed also plz provide me there contact no

                  I traveled by Shatabdi Exp in November 2016 between Salem and Chennai and the ticket charges included 175 for Catering and 238 for Dynamic Charges(not sure what it exactly means though). The food is absolutely not worth the price. In the list of items they served includes 1)a bread sandwich which perhaps contains 10 gms of scraped carrot in between the so called sandwich and nothing else. 2) Tea - The quality of tea is nothing better than usual sleeper class train pantry 3) Soup - it contained just starch and nothing else, no taster either 4) Meal box (much better than the other items served) 5) Small samosa, which was ok. First thing, these many items are absolutely not required during a 4.5 hrs journey. These are included for name sake and variety sake. For the quality the total price should not be worth more than Rs.100, but we are charged 175. Can railway revise the charges and improve the quality of food served and provide just what is needed?

                    Train was late more than 5 hours from the scheduled time so i filed a tdr and its been more than 4 months my money has not been refunded by irctc many complaints through email was sent to irctc but no specific reply was sent to me as to when the money will be refunded.                       I have booked 3rd AC tickets for New Delhi to Nagpur on 1st January from mobile app IRCTC CONNECT on 30th November. When I was done with the payment, the app displayed the message"booking not allowed ". So I thought it might not be booked. I again try to book the tickets two times the same message displayed again.
                      After a few moments I received message from Bank regarding deduction of money thrice from my account even when i do not receive any tickets. A total deduction of 1735*3=Rs. 5205.
                      Next day I tried booking tickets for new Delhi to Nagpur on 30th December, the same thing happen and my bank account deducted Rs. 685.
                      And the strange thing happen is that I have received a mail from regarding ticket information but that wasn't my ticket. I think that app may be hacked or there might be some technical issues related to it.
                      I also tried calling on customer care number, but it was busy all the time or it did not receive my call from last three days.
                      I request you to look into matter and send me the ticket information on app and mail so that I can cancel my tickets.
                      The only details i have regarding booking the tickets is that my name, age.

                          I had booked a ticket from Sivan(sv) to mathura (mtj) for 30/11/2016 in train no. 151702 cprmtj express whose arrival time at mathura is 21:55, via mathura (mtj) to Vadodara (brc) on 1/12/2016 whose departure time is 01:30 in train no. 19020 dehradun express.but due to the 6 hours of late arrival of train no. 151702 am not able to catch train from mathura .then after when I register to cancel the ticket the site is showing zero rupee refund and I am registering the cancelation of ticket before 4hours.

                            On 17th Nov-16, i cancelled my two ticket, in which PNR No. [protected] & [protected] due to some my personal issue. As per IRCTC executive amount has credited in my bank account on 19th Nov. But in actual today is 30th Nov, but till now amount is not credited in my HDFC bank account. And already 10 days has been over. On 24 th Nov i again called to IRCTC customer care, but that time executive told to me if amount is not credited in your bank account, than send your bank statement from Booking Date to Refund Date, after that i send the statement also and provide the IRCTC TICKET ID # 4429618. After that i received a mail from [protected]@irctc.co.in

                            We would like to inform you that your below enclosed email has been forwarded to the concerned department.You will receive a reply in this regard shortly.

                            Yesterday again i called to customer care of IRCTC, for status of my refund, this time also executive provide the same thing that your complaint has been forwarded to the concerned department. But concern department did not reply any message and provide the IRCTC TICKET ID#4466330.

                            I want to know that how much i wait for this and why it is not resolved earliest, because the mail is forwarded to concerned department on 26th Nov. And today is 04 th Dec. But still it is pending.

                            After click on make pament, we filled all details of credit card then click on process. after that that shows transaction being process. but after some time it displays transaction timeout but amount 4290 cut from my account. txn#[protected].

                              I am using IRCTC to book personal tickets for travel since many years. but without any prior information or notice my account is suspended. The best part is when i tried to register in e-wallet the transaction took place & debited my account two times with Transaction id :- IGAAITOQQ4 & IGAAITOSP1 but after making payment the page just showed " SORRY TRY AGAIN"
                              I am feeling sorry to state the day by day government is making things complicated for general public by adding such features which is not tasted for problems.

                                I wish to highlight that, my IRCTC account has been suspended for no valid reason or prior notice or intimation.
                                When contacted Customer Care it was learned that account has been suspended.
                                But i assure that no such activities were carried using my account.
                                My account has been used only by me for booking e-ticket of me and my relatives..

                                Now customer care says i need to re--register with new email id and new mobile number.
                                I cannot afford to have new number.

                                After two subsequent follow ups IRCTC is not at all bothered to give response

                                  We travelled from Lucknow to Delhi from gorakdham express on 13th November. We booked 6 tickets on one pnr and only 2 were confirmed. While Mr. Anand Saxena and Mrs. Madhu Saxena were travelling they cancelled the other tickets. Since the other were senior citizens they didn't preferred to travel in uncertain conditions . Hence they travelled by bus. So when they didn't travelled we should get the refund of the amount. So I am lodging this complaint as I didn't availed four tickets for which I am charged. Kindly provide the refund for it.

                                    I have done my flight ticket booking through IRCTC, and i have cancelled that, for the same they have to refund me around 1200 rupees, and it was happened in august month, I had contacted them many times through mail and through telephone costumer care number, they are not responding properly they even not worried about costumer time and patience and importance, they are behaving a as irresponsible employees, its because of that they do not have any higher level monitoring, every thing is going under costumer care employees only, so all they are very unacknowledged guys, and I think its a private organization, but they are behaving like worst then public organization employees, this is completely expressing their monopoly I ticket booking, Here i am requesting Mr. Suresh prabhu or Railway ministry (i don't know it will be viewed by them or not) but please eliminate this type of mono ruling in public sectors.

                                      We have booked the ticket for PNR [protected] in this we have 2 senior citizen but we have not received any concession. I had ticked the box but still no concession is received. I cannot cancel this ticket and get reissued ticket as I need confirm tickets.

                                      The customer care team is also not supporting us and giving us the required concession.

                                      Please assist us on priority and get the concession on the same ticket.

                                      No resolution has been provided till date. I had first complaint on 26th Nov and again second complaint on 18th Mar, but still no resolution. Today i received a call from number 7463940340 stating they are calling from IRCTC .. They said they would refund me 1120 for my two tickets and he asked me to give my KOtak Bnak Acc No and CRN no . I was not comfortable to share my account details over a call to some unknown person so he said speak to office and dissconnected the call. Is this the way the people from IRCTC talk to client .. I need my refund of the amount before my journey or it would be very promising for each one.

                                        I am using itctc id "srbhutra" since many years for booking tickets for my family.
                                        suddenly they have blocked my ID and after 13 days they have replied stating that it is blocked for usage of some refill forms and enormous hitting on website.

                                        I am not a software professional to use such forms and on an average I use site for booking once in 2 months. There is no way to reach them as phone no. is never reachable as either it is busy or kept on hold.

                                        I request them to re-activate my ID.
                                        Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
