    We hereby have two cotvm in vapi station but none in on state or working condition.
    Those machines are made for convenience. so it would make traveling easier. but right now they are just two boxes lying on the floor like trash cans.
    So with due respect i request you to repair the machine as soon as possible so it could be made useful to all who in need. and fulfill its sole purpose of manufacture.

    People with unreserved ticket are boarding in reserved compartment and sleeping on the ways, near entrance/exit doors.

      Railway services are getting pathetic day by day. It’s second time as i have observed worst experience interacting with railway services. I booked a ticket a few days back for new delhi to kota of kerala s kranti express to be travelled on 02/11/2016. Over ticket, there was mentioned departure timing 14:15 however train moved at sharp 13:40 from new delhi without any prior notification. When i approached to concerned staff to get the ticket cancelled he didn’t do. He misbehaved and showed unprofessionalism. Railway staffs even don’t know how to speak to customers. It seems there isn’t any working procedure defined for railway staffs, they work as per their wishes. They behave like illiterate. Just because of this incident i missed my urgent seminar. It’s unbelievable that how can such mistake happen by biggest organization like railway. Railway should hire sensible and educated person who can understand customer grievances or else arrange training for their staffs that how to treat to customers as it’s a bigger service industry. I want apology letter from ministry of railway and compensation for this loss and harassment.

      Even after registering complaint on consumer forum no revert received from IRCTC. Can i expect any satisfactory revert pertaining to my complaint. I booked a ticket and there was departure and arrival timing was not mentioned on ticket because of that I missed my train. I want my money back.
      It happens just because of irresponsible staffs. Need to provide a skill training to these staffs.

        I am trying to get my email verified so I can operate and buy tickets online. My phone was immediately verified. Attempts to activate my email has failed since October 25, 2016. I have written multiple emails, to which I keep getting auto-replies.

        I cannot buy tickets. I need irctc log in details to buy tickets even from other websites. This is gross mismanagement. If they cannot manage it then allow people to buy tickets from elsewhere. If I had the option I would definitely not use your website.

        My email docket number is IRCTC #4254078. Everytime I email them with my docket number, a new auto reply comes with another new docket number, giving me a docket number of the reminder email, which they will never respond to. If I had time, money and energy, I would have tried to make irctc suffer, but I have neither of the above. So, I may have to just travel by air, because I am now left with no other option.

          Hello team,

          I made 2 reservation for the same train for the same number of passengers however i have been charged differential amounts. below are the details.

          Trans id [protected] – ltt to sec – rs 4456 (4 passengers including 2 sr ctz)

          Trans id [protected] – sec to ltt – 5931 (4 passengers including 2 sr ctz)

          Can someone explain & help with the refund on the higher amount charged

              I have booked a ticket from Indore to Howrah on Journey dated 27th October, PNR No - [protected]. Only two tickets are partially confirmed to RAC and rest of other tickets are not confirmed. They are in Waiting list. I have booked the TDR file also. Till now no mail came to me for refund. Only two RAC passenger took the train and rest of them didn't. IRCTC customer care only send the auto generated mail. I have attached the refund certificate that My wife took from the TC in the train itself.

                It is so shameful to find an insect in the life nimbu pani served in swarn shatabdi going from new delhi to amritsar train no. 12029 seat no. c13 12. i am a physician working for punjab health and family welfare. to my surprise when i complained to the staff about that they asked me to throw it and get another one. it's such a shame on the quality of food served. alrhough cost of travelling is getting higher each day but food quality is getting worse. don't play with the lives of other. such a shame on the food quality control. you guys just serve anything. disasterous and insane indeed.

                  On 1/11/2016 i booked an e-ticket from rayagada to bbs for the date of journey on 2/11/016. A successful transaction has been made from my sbi account of rs.329 on pos irctc 85505 at irctc txn#492542.in this regard a msg also received about the above amount deducted from my sbi account. But until now no msg in this regard received, no mail received, no details in booked history found or no any deducted amount credited to my account. Request the deducted amount please be credited to the same account from which account it has been deducted.

                    I have booked train ticket with a pnr no.-[protected], train no.-59386, doj-29.10.16., sl, gzb-moz, dep:21.35, mohd asif+2.
                    It is very disappointing that irctc have booked a ticket of train no. - 59386 which has not plying from this station as i have seen in railway timetable at ghaziabad station when i have been complaining for this act of railways and some railway officer has checked the train no.in front of me and confirmed that it is a matter of negligence from irctc.
                    When i email to irctc @ [protected]@irctc.co.in they have sent me ticket id-[irctc#4260392].
                    Now what would i do as the mental and physical harassment given to me and my family is beyond imagination at that night.
                    I am afraid that if you cannot offer a better level of service then many o[censored]s will give up the tradition to travel by rail.
                    Please help me in all respect and compensate you fault at the earliest.

                      I am sudhakar from chennai. i tried booking a train from chennai central (mas) to salem (sa) on 26th oct 2016 (journey date: 27th oct) in tatkal. after booking the ticket, i got a message as "no seats available. transaction dropped" but the amount 178 was deducted from my bank account. till now i didn't get any refund for my deducted amount. so please take this complaint and process my refund. i have attached the image for the dropped transaction.

                        We have booked below mentioned train from Nellore( NLR ) to KrishnaRajaPuram( KJM )

                        From Station: NLR
                        To Station: KJM

                        Booking Date: 30-Aug-2016
                        Boarding Date: 31-Oct-2016.

                        The SMS we received and the "print ticket" option in irctc has shown the scheduled departure is on 31-Oct-2016. But it did not show the time of departure. So, we have no clue about the train arrival and departure timings.

                        since the date of journey is on 31-Oct-2016, I have checked the "Find Train schedule" option in IRCTC under "enquiry" tab. The schedule showed that the train will arrive Nellore( NLR ) station at 23:52 and departures at 23:53.

                        so, with the information that I have, it is more obvious that the train will arrive at 23:52 on 31-Oct-2016. Hence, we reached NLR station on the 31-Oct-2016 and we came to know that the station has left NLR on 30-Oct-2016.

                        Since the information provided for us from IRCTC is not correct. I am requesting IRCTC team to kindly revert back the amount that we have paid.

                          In train no. 12284 hazrat nizamuddin to ernakulam which depated from saturday 29th october 2016, the pantry was supplying the used food boxes, (the foil boxes which was used to supply breakfast, collected back) was filled again with lunch and dinner and supplied back to the passengers. this caught redhandedly and the pantry fellows had no answer. kindly take action against this un hygenic conduct.

                            My name is Sanjay Tiwari.I booked a ticket from Tatanagar to Howrah from the online portal of IRCTC. I entered all necessary details like ATM pin and account number of my SBI bank account. The message displayed read as "Your transaction is being processed". However instead of getting a copy of the ticket or a confirmation message on my mobile number my account was logged out automatically. I received a message from SBI regarding my transaction which shows a purchase 'worth rs1437 on POS SBIRCTC at IRCTC txn#[protected]. My IRCTC username is 'Ritasanjay'. Please help me in either receiving my money back or getting a confirmation of my ticket.

                                Respected Sir/mam,

                                I am the regular passenger travelling in Indian railways. Maintenance of bathrooms are worst, ladies facing the lot of problems with this.

                                And the foremost thins is HIJRAS, where we are giving lot of respect to them but they are misusing this. They are harassing ll the passengers in train for money, using vulgar language.
                                Please don't allow them to the trains without tickets.
                                Please do kind action on this.

                                  I booked a ticket from ernakulam to trivandrum on 21-sep-2016.
                                  The train was more than 5 hrs late and i cancelled the ticket. I filed tdr for the same. It shows tdr status as cr registred for more than a month now. My refund has not been initiated and i have not got refund till now. My ticket details are given below:

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    I have booked one ticket in the name of Rajesh V Shetty on 16/08/2016 from Mangalore Central to
                                    Lokmanya Tilak Terminus.

                                    The journey date was 01/09/2016. However on 01/09/2016 the train was delayed by 6 hours and so Mr.
                                    Rajesh Shetty did not travel on the said date and took other mode of transport to return to Mumbai.

                                    I had filed TDR on 01/09/2016 only at around 1 pm.

                                    However today, after enquiring with the customer Service I came to know that my TDR has been rejected
                                    giving the reason that the person had travelled on the said ticket.

                                    Please note that Mr. Rajesh Shetty had not travelled on the below mentioned ticket on 01/09/2016.

                                      Today, I try to book a cc car ticket in janshatabti 12022 from tata to hwh, after payment through net banking, site of irctc was shut down, payment was deducted, but I didn't received the ticket also not received any message about regret and refund, after some I try to call on no [protected], no one received the call.
                                      I was booking ticket in emergency using current booking .What a burst service in emergency and for poor and medium class family those who HV only small money to book ticket once.
                                      I request to irctc to improve your server quality and ur refund policy so we can book ticket again using same money, and I kindly request you to refund my money.

                                        Dear sir,
                                        My self Shivraj today (27/10/2016)
                                        When i was travelling in Nandigram face so much problems.
                                        There was few regular people who come in my coach S7 at 5.30 from nanded stn.

                                        I was slept some one shake me and start talking rudely...

                                        Sayig that we are regularly doing updown in train. This is govt. Property not your fathers, are you purchased whole train, like this they were talking to me.

                                        They were teachers and going to Himayat nagar and Islapur.

                                        I complaint to on duty TC but didn't take any action.

                                        Please do the needful.
