I have booked 3-tier ac ticket from rayagada to howrah on 22nd october 2016, here the details are
Transaction id : [protected] pnr no. : [protected] train no. & name : 18006 / koraput hwh exp
Ticket conformed b1, 62 and i came to know when i reached station, i saw the display train cancelled and enquired attandent in the station they are given information its cancelled but, i didn't receive any msg from irctc regarding cancellation. i called on customer care number[protected] executive he was telling that there is update regards my quarry and again i called 139 its is keep on telling we will connect like that and more over the call was chargeable. let me know how long it will take to receive my money back to my account. this is the only proof i have train was not running on 22nd check and return my money back. its been more than 15 days i didn't receive any positive response from your side. they are not responding properly.
Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have IRCTC credit card. still now I am unable to find my reward point details. please help how will find all details for my irctc credit card. same time I check details from IRCTC website but unable to find option. please take care of my complaints.
