Hi,
I have booked ticket on 18 Oct from Howrah to Puri. But the ticket not booked as it showed error in booking. But the money has been deducted from my bank account. Please arrange to refund the amount of Rs.1794.00 in same account.
Transaction details is ECOM PUR/IRCTC APIN/New Delhi/181016/11:36.

I have booked the same ticket again after half an hour and it booked properly.

    On 14 oct i was travelling through gomti express 12420 at Tundla station i reach at vendor stall shop no 4 names madhan petha bhandhar he is taking 20 rupess instead of 15 for railneer.this is not fair he is taking 5 rupesss more than thw actual price. i request to you please give you warning otherwise cancel his licence.it will be good for public and indain railway

        I have booked ticket from anvt - ald on 27 september for 26 october. At the time of booking my status was waiting 6 and 7 for which i have email as well as message. After some days i have checked my ticket status it was in rac i thought may be it will be conformed. Today when i again checked my ticket status it was showing waiting 31 & 32, how it possible? I can not understand. Is irctc a fraud website of ministry of railway even i have email also send by irctc as waiting 6 & 7. What if my ticket did not conform?. Can anyone suggest me what i should do next?

            I tried booking a ticket through IRCTC mobile app on 21st sep.I was booking a ticket From Delhi Sarai Rohila to Sri Ganganagar to travel on date 07/10/2016. But unfortunately when i was making the payment through my SBI debit card the amount of 1680/- was deducted from my card but my ticket was not booked.I also recieved a text confirming the deduction of amount from State Bank as well.As per telephonic conversation with IRCTC customer care executive i am attaching the pdf format of my bank account statement in which the amount deducted on 21st sep towards IRCTC noida is clearly shown.I have mailed my details to IRCTC many a times bt till yet not refund has been made in my account.I have provided my all the details many a times.
            Their Customer care service is really pathetic, they always keep telling wait for two or three days and their tecnhical staff are so illeterate that they can.t download the pdf attachments in the mail

              I had booked my train from bbs to rou in 18452 - tapaswini express, pnr no: [protected]. The time of departure showing on the ticket was 22:05. However, the train was scheduled recently to 21:20 and i missed my train.
              I didn't receive any alert any sms notifying me about this change.
              I also checked the status online 2 hrs prior to the previous departure and still showed the old, non-updated routine.

                I had tried to book tatkal tickets on 14th oct, 2016.
                i ws nt able to book the tickets but the money got deducted from my bank account.
                i tried for a 3rd AC ticket but could not book cause the network was slow.
                still the balance got deducted
                i tried for a 2nd AC ticket but could not book that either, still the money got deducted.
                in total i lost more than 7000 rupees.
                i need the refund as soon as possible.

                  I had train on 12th oct from vadodara. But due to high cold and fever i was unable to travel on 12th oct and i booked train on13th and traveled in that. I filed tdr to cancel ticket on 12th oct, but not find suitable tdr reason in drop down so selected "passenger not travelled as reservation provided in lower class". Please process the tdr and initiate refund for the same.

                  Less the money in my account but not done a ticket.
                  Train no 22807 staff is overcharging for water tea and foods 150ml tea for ten rupee and breakfast 3 slice bread two veg cutlet and butter tomoto ketchup of 50/-
                  Water 20/-only.dinner veg pulao and subgi 100/-. This is the starting of corruption, please take action to stop this kind of activities.

                    I was travelling from NDLS to LKoJN yesterday by Swarn shatabdi 12004 in coach C10 with my old father pnr:[protected]. During whole journey a bunch of pessengers (around 20 in number both boys and girls) kept on making loud noise for the all time and I requested them to talk slowly. These pessengers were actually had their seats at C9 coach but exchanged with the pessengers travelling in coach C10. Despite request they reminded unfazed. Other pessenger didnt raise any voice fearing some ugly fight. I raised the complaint against them twice through your sms service but nothing happened. TT just came and said them to talk slowly and earlier himself was shaing a gag with them. we suffered like anything for 6 long hours continuouslyand following that my father got anxiety attack. I request a full refund request for the same and I will request railways to take some measure to curb such situation. it was just a hell of a journey.

                      Hello team,

                      This is to inform you that, i have booked ticket online through irctc and my pnr no. is [protected], but my ticket has been cancelled due to waiting. while booking ticket irctc service charges has been added. my first complaint is that they have added 46rs has a service charge and same ticket can be booked from window without additional charges. what is the funda of deducting so many charges. another complaint is about refund of amount, if my ticket has been cancelled it means i haven't taken any irctc services then i should refund service charge by irctc which is not the case.

                      Request you to look into above issues.

                          I was doing a Tatkal ticket on[protected] through irctc website. The amount was deducted from the bank but the ticket is not confirmed and also payment is pending on IRCTC Website.

                          I mailed the complaint at [protected]@irctc.co.in and they have given me the A complaint No. IRCTC #4177102. But after that there is no response from there side.

                          Amount was deduced from Bank with following details "INR 719.50 Info.IIN*I-Debit*irc on[protected]:05:46". These are details details from mail by the bank.

                            I am currently on board in train no. 11058 traveling from PATIALA to BHOPAL JN.

                            I booked my ticket yesterday .
                            At first time I could not get the booking process complete bcz of some site issues .
                            So I waited n checked again my booked history if ticket was booked or not.
                            IT WAS NOT BOOKED

                            After some time I again tried to book the ticket.
                            This time I succeeded n got a confirmed ticket in B2, 34.
                            I also got the confirmation message on my mobile no. for B2, 34.

                            Now when TT came to check the ticket he told me that 2 tickets have been booked under your name in same coach B2, 47

                            I once again checked my history now n it is not showing any history of B2, 47.

                            I have neither received any confirmation message for B2, 47 nor any history is available for this seat .

                            Although my SBI account is showing 2 times money has been debited for booking

                            Please check my booking status n refund my amount of seat B2, 47 as I did not book it

                              Sir i am passenger of magadh express 12401 boarded on date 15/10/2016.my pnr no. is [protected]. Train is late and yet not reached the destination new delhi on 16/10/2016 till 3:50pm but on NTES website it is showing that train has arrived at new delhi railway station at 3:10pm ..this is too irrelevant information for us..you people are making fool o[censored]s.. right now i m in train and tarin is in rest position at tilak bridge but railway says that train arrived at new delhi railway station.. whats going on guyzz..simply you could say that you people cant handle railway.give your charge to other couragious youth.

                                  I have booked two tickets on 25th AUGUST, 2016, for me (Senior citizen) and my wife, in 3rd AC for journey on 18-10-16 by train no. 17488 (tirumala exp), and the berths were allotted vide PNR no.[protected], in different coaches B-1 and B-2 from visakhapatnam to tirupathy, through IRCTC website. Is there any possibility of allotting the two berths in one compartment, which will be of great help to my family to make journey on[protected].

                                    Sir pls mari compaint ye hai ki abhi mera resvervtion tha phir bhi o lok khade nahi hote hai kyaki o log bolate hai ki T.C aayega to hi ham hkade hoge .
                                    Haisa q hota hai o log nagpur se nashik jane ka tha aur withaut ticket mai kayi un logoko goverment ne savalat diya kay o logo ko gov ne savalat diya hai aur o bhi resarvation ke coach mai ye to galat hai aur uupaer se bolate hai .aur sir 18030/29 train ka coach bahot kharab hai usako change karo.

                                      I travelled in AC chair car C2 coach of train 12676. It had those brown seats unlike the usual blue seats. These new kinds of seats cause back problems easily. They cannot be pushed back beyond 15degrees. The window seats do not have arm rests, so we have to lean our head on the wall for comfort. Then we have the everpresent problem of cockroaches running everywhere. This is an AC coach that people book for a comfortable journey. Instead we live to regret ever travelling in it.

                                        I had booked a 2A ticket from Bangalore cantonment (BNC) to LTT for 11th of Oct 2016 for train number 11014. Scheduled time of boarding was 4:10pm.
                                        I arrived at 3:40pm and saw that the train had already arrived. The announcement and all indicators confirmed that the train was precisely what I had booked:Mumbai Kurla LTT express to Mumbai. I also asked passengers whether the train was headed towards Mumbai. They said Yes. So I boarded the train and occupied my confirmed seat. But to my surprise, the train departed early and headed towards Bangalore City and then went headed back towards Bangalore Cantonment.

                                        At this point, the TTE came to check tickets. I showed him my identification card. But he wasn't interested. He demanded a fine for travelling ticketless from BNC to Bangaor City and back. The fine he said was Rs 650 (for one way ticket in a 2AC from Cantonment to Bangalore City)x2 (for fine) for one way (Total amounting to Rs. 2600). Although shaken, I told him politely, that I saw that it was my train: Train no. 11014. He denied that it could have shown train 11014 and said that it is 11013. and kept demanding money in front of fellow passengers. He mocked me for believing that a train can arrive early and laughing with other passengers said that trains only get late. He then rudely demanded the money again. I did not have that much money (which is beside the point). Finally he said that, and I quote, "Since I am a human being, I will charge you a fine for general class w/o ticket which is Rs 400." I gave him Rs. 400. I told him that I did not break any law. Again, rudely, he said that its because of him being a human being he charged me less instead of the whole amount. Threatening me with a bigger fine, he walked away.
                                        My fellow passenger said that this is a regular practice. He would see this with every trip: The train arrives later than passengers; they board the train, the TTE humiliates and fines them for boarding a train that goes in the supposedly reverse direction.

                                        It is very cheap of the TTE to hand out some target number of fines. I have witnessed a man harassing a woman on the train, to which a TTE maintains silence, because such is a lesser crime in the eyes of the IRCTC.

                                        My experience was humiliating to say the least.
