I am active user on www.irctc.co.in since long years (5-8 years). My wife created her separate account (User id: richa524) as she needs to travel very frequently in her marketing field. Her id was blocked stating fraudulent activity without any information. We raised many complaints on care portal and [protected]@irctc.co.in, not getting any response leads me to tag them on twitter. This outburst on twitter by me resulted my irctc account also blocked (User id: kushal524) stating "erroneous hits on website". These complaints have been raised on care portal since may 2016, since they dont acknowledge or just replying concerned department would revert soon since may 2016. Useless service. Already provided all confirmation from my side that this is completely genuine use. Still not response.

Can i have our both id active?

    I had registered a TDR on 21st August 2016 . Mahananda Express was late by 12 hrs on that so I didn't travel and cancelled my ticket & registered a TDR immediately . As per policy I am supposed to get 100% refund but I havn't received any amount.

    TDR Details are stated below :

    Reason For TDR: Train Late More Than Three Hours and Passenger Not Travelled.

    It is highly frustrating & unprofessional from a government organisation . I hope my problem would be resolved soon.

      I had accessed the IRTCTC website to book tickets from Mumbai-Ahmedabad (Shatabdi Express - 12009) on 07/10/2016. The site allowed me to make the payment but to my surprise the tickets did not get booked and the IRCTC page showed some "Error message".

      I am enclosing details of payment debited to my account - requesting you to help clarify when i will get back my money.

        Hi support team,
        I have booked a sleeper class ticket from dli
        To lkn for mahananda express on 9th aug,
        2016 and date of journey was 15th aug, 2016.
        For reason train delayed more than 3 hours and
        The passenger has not traveled, i filled the tdr
        For the same in irctc against my ticket and the
        Status was turned to cr registered, but the
        Amount was not refunded yet.
        I am not sure what else i might be missing to
        Get amount refunded. Please let me know what i

          I had booked my train ticket with pnr no.[protected] in train no.14660 on 11.8.2016 from jaisalmer to jaipur. But that train got cancelled due to heavy rainfalls. But i have not got my refund. I contacted to irctc customer care through phone, but then customer care told me that the train charting was done on that day and they have no information about its cancellation.
          As per irctc customer care advice, i contacted to the station master of jaisalmer station from where the train was to start, the station master checked the data and told me that the train was cancelled and may be due to some technical error its not updated in the irctc system. He has given the same information on my email generated ticket along with his office stamp. I sent that data to [protected]@irctc.co.in.. But those people are not not agreeing on this information. I requested to itctc on twitter also, but they are also saying the same thing. It wad 2nd ac tatkal ticket worth rs 1786. It is big financial loss to me. I even requested those irctc fellows to contact jaisalmer station from where the train was to start, but they are not coming to the point. I want my money back.

            Dear sir/madam,
            I have booked train ticket from tumkur to dharwar my mobile irctc app using my user id:thiru13198.

            Thrice i have tried to book train ticket one on 30th september 2016 night and second time on 1st october 2016 afternoon, and third time on 2nd october 2016 but all the time money deducted from my bank account and ticket not booked and didn't get any transaction id also.

            I have called the customer care and informed about the deduction, they promised me of refund in two or three days but still i have not got yet. Please do the needful as soon as possible.

            I would like to request you that please refund my money to the bank account mentioned below.

              I booked ticket in irctc website yesterday with tatkal quota.

              Pnr:[protected], train:18646, doj:08-10-16, sl, sc-jer, dep:10:20,

              Status was available, but during payment process status became ckwl-106.

              At night i received a message

              Chart prepared

              Train number changed, pnr changed, destination changed... I can't go bbs... I had urgent work at home... They did not book another train from bbs to jer.. I want money back. How can they book ticket in another train and different timing...

              Like 99% people i don't remember train numbers and pnr numbers... When i received the 2nd message i thought it's for the same train. I guess nobody will notice pnr numbers and train numbers i just saw berth no /seat no yesterday night. Today morning i saw its for another train... And i can't go to bbs, if i may have to wait in bbs station for another train for up to 12 hrs.. If they had booked another train from bbs to jer, i wouldn't have complained. If i go, i will reach home late. So better i will not go. I want money back

                Hi Sir,

                Almost 20 days over no one responding to my mails. One of the Executive Manvendra singh, sent mail as " We would like to inform you that your given user id-dvm_1987 is inactive due to Use of autofill Scripts or Enormous hitting on site. Therefore, you can not use it again . ".

                i didn't use any autofill script in my office system (at the time of tatkal ticket booking i will be in office so it is not possible to install other third party softwares) and i sent mail to them provide the details of software. Simply blocked my account without intimation.

                I using my credit card past 4 years, so i remember my cc number easily (16 numbers) it takes for me 30secs max to enter the details. But it again asking as ROBOT or human confirmation at the end of the booking.

                still it is not resolved and we don't use any third party apps .
                PNR Number [protected]: This is totally ridiculous. I haven't travelled on 5th september, then how can a TT make it that i have travelled?? I want my money back, i[censored] want i can send you the booking details of next day.

                  I have travelled in 2 A.C on 5th October in Navjeevan express from Surat to Vijayawada. Even it is 2 A.C the train we experience too much shaking and jerking of train. I travelled with my wife who is pregnant. Even a normal person can't sleep and experience uneasy stomach. After the journey my wife feels too much pain because of that jerks. I didn't understand whether the track is not good with that high speed or suspension is not good. But please take it serious.

                    Booked tatkal ticket with status wl, irctc confirms ticket got confirmed which was not.

                    Didn't received any message so, i was in a assumption amount will get refunded. Which i didn't get.
                    Called customer care they says ticket got confirmed.
                    When checked pnr status it says flushed pnr/pnr not yet generated
                    This is not fare i should get amount refunded

                      IRCTC has provided us with an option that "book only if confirmed tickets are available". I marked that option while booking Tatkal. Since tickets were not available, it cancelled booking, but charged whopping thousands from net banking. What sort of algorithm is this? Why is the money cut from sbi net banking even when I availed the option? What does that option mean at all, if anyways the payment gateway proceeds towards banking?

                        I traveled from kerala to delhi on 30/9/2016 by mangal lakshadweep expreess (Train no 12617) and returned from delhi by the same train to kerala on 5/10/2016 by sleeper class reservation ticket. The food served in the train is of very poor in quality and quantity. They charged exorbitant price of rs 87 for a veg meal consisting of two very small pieces of chappatti and a handful of rice and little curry (Two gravy curry). They charged rs 10 for tea and rs 20 for a bottle of water. Not rail water but of some other company. Many travelers are getting cheated.

                        The toilets were not cleaned at all throughout the journey nor the compartments. There was no garbage bin to keep our waste.

                        I hope the concerned department will look into the matter seriously and take action to improve the service.

                        Where the pantry worker charging extra rupees for water bottel.
                        Rail neer botel price is 15 and they are charging 20.

                          On what ground irctc has blocked my account (account - mayank_hzb)?
                          I've followed all their rules like not booking more ticket on tatkal. and ofcourse i am not an agent, just an individual passenger.
                          On asking, cust. care replies they have some criteria which they don't disclose. is irctc not smart enough to understand that if someone really wants to book n number of tickets, then getting a new mobile no. (to create a new account) is free of cost now a days.
                          O, is there any logic behind ur account suspension rule?

                            Tickets booked through online (Irct) and i cancelled the tickets due to non conformation more than four hours before the departure time. Detail is given bellow;-

                              I booked ticket from IRCTC on 27 AUG 2016 from GONDIYA TO PUNE, PNR is [protected] TRANSACTION ID is [protected] date of jorney is 8 SEPTEMBER 2016 boarding from nagpur .I filled TDR on IRCTC on 8 SEPTEMBER 2016 after chart preparation due to RAC staus of travelling passenger.and before 4 to 5 hours trains actual departure .After chart preparation final staus is RAC .So i filled TDR as per rule. But nowTDR STAUS shown as TDR REPUDIATED .THIS is so wrong witout any my mistake and without travelling by train my refund not given to me .I request to IRCTC to give my refund as earley as possible by doing necessary enquirey.

                                My transaction ID is [protected] and STR no is 9587BNC003.
                                I had booked my monthly seasonal ticket from Vaitarna to CST-Churchgate on September 30, 2016 to travel from October 5, 2016. However, it's already October 5 now and still the tickets have not been delivered. Even track your status option is not working in the website.

                                I called their customer care number, but even they couldn't help me. They said that they don't look after Mumbai local trains. You need to write a mail at [protected]@irctc.co.in. I wrote a mail too almost 3 times, but to no reply.

                                Please let me know the status ASAP.

                                  I booked on 2nd october 2016 rail tickets for two persons to travel from rajahmundry to secunderabad on 6/10/2016 by cocanada express t. No.12775 pnr:[protected] (Fare rs.1796/- plus 11.50) and return journey ticket from secunderabad to rajahmundry for same two persons on 8/10/2016 by train no.12740 with wait list 56, 57 fare rs.1146/- plus 11.50 were debited to my account but ticket not given/ sent to my mail or cell. And no pnr number produced.
                                  Transaction ref no. [protected] gaaacnbt2.
                                  I complained to [protected]@irctc.co.in on 2/10/2016 and 4/10/2016. Promptly system generated msg flashed to my mail asking me to quote "ticket id [irctc #4097824]" and ticket id [irctc #4105938] in future correspondence.
                                  What kind of service is this? Almost after 48 hours no responce for the amounts deducted from my account?

                                    I had tried to book tickets for the train "ghy scl pass", train no. 55615 today. unfortunately, the booking got cancelled, however inr 1932.50 has been deducted from my sbi account twice for the two transactions that i had tried to make. so i am at a loss of inr 3, 865 (1932.50+1932.50= 3865). i would much appreciate if you kindly look into the matter and refund me the money without much delay. my transactions id's are "[protected]" and "[protected]".

                                      This is to inform you that... On 26/7/16 i booked my air ticket from new delhi to lucknow but i have to cancel it due to some reason... And i talked to a customer care regarding this... And he told me that... I would be approx. 800 rp... On my cancellation but it's 2 months and i haven't received a single sum of money.
                                      Kindly look into the matter...
                                      Or i have to approach the consumer court.

                                        I had filed for TDR as there was a derailment on the line and hence the train was delayed for more than three hours.
