My Name is Raj Kumar Pandey and I have cancelled 2 tickets having PNR number as [protected] and [protected] also their is one ticket which has been cancelled automatically because it is a waiting list having PNR number [protected] as all these 3 tickets have been cancelled and according to Indian Railways the money should be refunded automatically in our account after 2-3 days but it is not refunded in our account as I have cancelled the ticket 12 days earlier their is no response from IRCTC, So due to this complaint I want to pay your kind attention towards this issue so please refund our money and give us all the details about the procedure and also give us all the information about our cancellation money.

    Your kind attention is drawn to the fact that i have booked 2 no. Of retiring rooms at ahmedabad against the pnr no. [protected] for 6 no. Of passengers @ rs.875/­ per room as per the prescribed norm. But at the time of check in, the retiring room in charge arbitrarily collected rs. 880/­ vide money receipt no. Z­754273 dated 6th may, 2016 stating that the on line booking is illegal and he will not allow the passengers if the same amount is not paid by us. On the above circumstances as myself with my family members were on the tour i was compelled to pay the same amount on protest. On returning to my home from my tour i put forth my grievances before irctc to consider the same at their level and refund the excess amount collected arbitrarily from me. Here i am to point out that i have booked retiring rooms at sambalpur, vadodara, ahmedabad, somnath, dwarka; but no where except at ahmedabad it was collected. Under the above circumstances i would like to request you to kindly consider my case judiciously and make necessary arrangement for refund of the amount collected arbitrarily.      It is to inform that I have booked 2 no. of  retiring rooms at Ahmedabad  against the PNR No. [protected] for 6 no. of passengers @ Rs.875/­ per room as per the prescribed norm. But at the time of check in, the retiring room in charge arbitrarily collected Rs. 880/­ vide Money Receipt No. Z­754273 dated  6th May,  2016 stating that the on line booking is illegal and he will not allow the passengers if the same amount is not paid by us. On the above circumstances as myself with my family members were on the tour I was compelled to pay the same amount on protest. After returning  back to my home from my tour and I put forth my grievances before you to consider the same at your level and refund the excess amount collected arbitrarily from me. Here I am to point out that I have booked retiring rooms at Sambalpur,  Vadodara,  Ahmedabad,  Somnath,  Dwarka; but no where except at Ahmedabad it was collected. But it is regretted that it was ignored whimsically. Here I am to say that once the the reservation is made through the iRCTC Portal it is ok. If the same is wrong how in other stations they had not charged extra money for the same. Indian Railways should confirm as to whether IRCTC is authenticate or not? If it is authenticate than why they had collected extra charges on the genuine reservation?  Under the above circumstances I would like to request you to kindly consider my case judiciously and make necessary arrangement for refund of the amount collected arbitrarily.

      Dear sir,

      I am a regular user of buying Rly. Tickets thru. my www. irctc.co.in account. I have applied to booking 2 Railway tickets from Solapur to Pune in Ac chair car on 25.09.2016 for journey on 26.09.2016. The transaction was not complete due to technical fault but an amount of Rs.937.84 has been debited to my credit card account.The Axis Bank transaction ID is[protected].

        Hi,

        I have raised tdr against pnr number [protected] on 5th july at 01:26:48 hrs.

        Train no. 12365.
        Train name : rnc janshatabdi exp.
        Train departure time from patna (Pnbe) : 06:00 hrs on 5th july 2016
        My ticket was from patna (Pnbe) to rnc on 5th july 2016

        I got response from irctc about tdr is 'your case was repudiated by south eastern railway (Se) citing that ã¢â‚¬å“no refund admissible in this caseã¢â‚¬'

        Please check the rules (Gazette of india-extraordinary, part ii sec-3 (I) and rules (8), (9) in the link provided by railway : https://www.services.irctc.co.in/betaDoc/Amendments_RefundRules_2406.pdf

        Under this rule how can indian railway can reject my tdr.

        It seems that irctc has not forwarded my tdr at right time otherwise how they can reject when i raised tdr 4 and half hours before train started. If irctc is having bug in system then they need to compensate me.

        Now tdr is also not reflecting in my tdr history. But i took screenshot before itself which i am attaching here. I am asking this from customer care but they are not responding properly.

        I need my refund asap.

            I have my account suspended five times. I have run out of phone numbers.
            IRCTC cooly have replied on mail that the reason for suspension is auto, for which I am no way responsible. they have also on mail have advised me to generate new id with a different phone number.

            5. chotuAV.

            I have sent minimum 20 bus mail to IRCTC to their id [protected]@irctc.co.in and their standard reply is that its has been raised to higher ups and I am supposed to wait. I have broke tickets only for my personal travel. This arbitrary cancellation has led to great inconvenience. Please have the same resolved since I have rune out of mobile numbers. only option is to approach IRCTC legally if this is is not resolved.

              Water leakage in ac coach

              I am travelling to Lucknow but there is a continuous leakage of rain water in my coach(C2 73). Being a female passenger it is highly inconvenient for me to face such a thing even in AC coach.

              Please look into the matter so that this wont be repeated to any other passenger in the future....

              Dear sir/madam

              This is with reference to the recent booking done on irctc. My pnr :[protected] train no:12224. Current seat nos.
              We have always booked tickets on irctc however first time facing with an issue.

              The train journey is booked for 6 passengers of which two are senior citizens. However it is very shocking to realise that no lower birth seats are allocated for the senior citizen passengers. Considering the old age health issues how uncomfortable will the journey be from thiruvella to mumbai which is almost a 2 day journey..

              Requesting the issue to be resolved nd that lower birth seats be provided for the senior citizen passengers.

                Dear Sir / Mam,

                I am trying to book Tatkal tickets from my personal IRCTC ID, but error is coming which says "
                You are permitted only 2 Tatkal Tickets between 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM per IP Address".
                I am always getting same error massage from last 2 month.

                The issue is : other people can able to book a ticket with the same network
                Example:-
                I am trying to book a ticket from office, my colleague also trying to book a ticket with the same network.
                I am getting Error on 11.03
                And he booked a ticket on 11.05.

                Surprisingly the error statement is completely wrong as i have not booked 2 tickets between 10 to 12.
                Kindly resolve at the earliest as this is only benefiting the agents and normal public is suffering.

                  Dear IRCTC,

                  I am using irctc login as sankar_msc for more than 8 years, just 2 months before i got an error message stating that your account suspended, i wrote a mail to [protected]@irctc.co.in, they told the reason is "Use of auto fill scripts or enormous hitting on site", i asked for the proof, coz for creating one more user i need to buy a new mobile connection & new mail id, this is horrible, but i asked one help that request to delete my account, so that i can create a new login with my existing mobile no & mail id, but they won't agree for that, finally they sent a mail that they forwarded the to concern department for the proof, it happens on 22.08.2016, till now there is no response, what will be the solution, request to do some action to resolve it.

                      I booked retiring room on 18 june for my friends through irctc website. Pnr [protected]. Rr referance no - ghyrr464133, transaction id - [protected]. But my friends could not take the train because the train was canceled from railway authority for landslides problem at lmg - scl section. So in such case i could not check in retiring room guwahati, i got the full refund of train ticket but my retiring room refund is still pending and yet to get back in my account. If i had not check in on 18 june in retiring room owing to train cancel than i should get the full refund of retiring room but its still pending from your side. I contact irctc, they registered case with ticket id: "irctc 3679788 and irctc 3668197" and forwarded the matter to chief commercial manager (Refund) n. F. Railway, hqs - maligaon, guwahati via letter no - 2016/irctc/ertd/retiring room refund/ (412)/0344, dated 14.7.2016. Copy of that is attached. After that no communication or refund i got yet from ccm, n. F. Railway.
                      Ccm nf railway maligaon said such is not registered in it. And ccm is not refunding rs 400

                        Dear sir/madam, i had booked a ticket from jhansi to pipairya journey date 02 july 2016, but the train got late from more than 6 hours. i had filed the tdr on the same day on 02-jul-2016 18:14:02 hrs. the status of tdr showing cr registered. i was waiting for the train but the train got late so much so i have filed the tdr. please help me on this asap. as per rule total amount of ticket should be refunded if the train gets late more than 3 hours. pnr: [protected] transaction id: [protected] date of journey: 02-jul-2016 ticket amount: 580.0 tdr filing date: 02-jul-2016 18:14:02 hrs tdr zone: west central railway (wc) registration no:[protected].

                          I booked a tatkal tiket for the train 14013, but the train was late more than 3 hours, so i did't travelled and raised a tdr for the same.
                          It is around 10 days now and the amount is not returned by irctc.
                          And the status is conitnously showing as cr registered.

                            I tried to book train tickets on sept 19 2016 from sta (satna) to hwh (howrah) for oct 13 2016 train name:kolkata mail train no:12322 through sbi netbanking enabled money rs 519 has been deducted from my account but tickets has not been booked.
                            I again tried to book for the same train on sept 21 2016, the same thing happenend so 519+519 has been deducted from sbi account.
                            Two transactions failed:
                            In irctc.co.in... refund status tab shows
                            Transaction id: [protected] settlement failed ticket not booked paytm
                            Transaction id: [protected] settlement request ticket not booked paytm
                            Payment has not received from bank.

                            So, to whom i need to complaint to irctc or sbi bank?

                            Please do the needful to get refund the money total rs.1038/-

                              Tatkal quota of sleeper class for the given train was full before the commencement of tatkal timings.
                              On[protected], I was looking for a tatkal ticket from Nagpur (NGP) to Surat (ST) in sleeper class for date[protected]. But when I logged in to my irctc account & checked for the same at 10:50 AM on 21.09.2016, I found out that all the tickets were already sold out & it was showing a status of "REGRET" even before the start of tatkal timings which is 11:00 AM as per IRCTC rules.
                              Need clarification on this.
                              Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                              Not at all acceptable this charge,
                              IRCTC charging for verifying availability of the given options while booking ticket if you choose an option (at least one lower birth/same coach only).

                              They are taking charge first and then asking do you need to continue or not.
                              either you choose yes or no, you will be charged that cannot be refund.
                              Refund policy takes cancellation charges too from people, why should I give money for cancelling, It does not happen in private sector then why government sector is doing this blunder are you special, you are just providing us service and we are paying for it, you are not special.

                                Dear Sir/Madam, I am traveling with the Tarin no-15602 from Delhi to Guwahati on the date 15-09-16 in coach no-B3 my train is 3 hrs late and its Toilet is too much smelling, already used pillow has provided. Now I reached Allahabad and no taking response, sir please take necessary action if possible.
