I had filed for TDR as there was a derailment on the line and hence the train was delayed for more than three hours.

Here are the details;

I got an email on the 1st of October stating the following below. Does this mean I won't get my refund???

Dear Customer,
The TDR filed against PNR Number [protected] with reason Train Late More Than Three Hours and Passenger Not Travelled. has been repudiated by the Chief Commercial Manager/Refunds CR due to reason, NO EDR HAS BEEN FED AGAINST THE PARTICULAR PNR AS PARTY HAS TRAVELLED as per the Indian Railways Refund Rules https://www.services.irctc.co.in/betaDoc/Amendments_RefundRules_2406.pdf
Please note that the decision about the repudiation/ rejection or amount of refund has been taken by the concerned Zonal Railways as per extant Refund rules of Indian Railways and not by IRCTC.

    I have reserved 2 tickets in garib rath express, from bam to ypr. I have selected lower berths and also selected the restrictions that "if it is not available then don't confirm the seat." after that also seat got confirmed and i got in middle berth, both the seats. When i called to customer care that representative didn't respond me properly. My pnr number is [protected] and train number is 22883. Doj is 4th of november 2016 and date of booking is 3rd october 2016.

      Dear Sir/Madam, I had booked a ticket from MAS to SBC journey date 27Sep2016, but the train got late from more than 10 hours.I had filed the TDR on the same day at 27-Sep-2016 10:00:10 HRS.The status of TDR showing CR Repudiate.As the train was very late, I had to take another train for my personal commitments. Please help me on this asap. As per rule total amount of ticket should be refunded if the train gets late more than 3 hours.         While booking a return from BLR to LKO, I don't see flights from LKO to BLR that are going via some other city i.e. non-direct flights.

                  I purchased 6 tickets online from tirupur to rameswaram by train no 16618 rameswaram express on 25-09-16 at around 7. 45am. I used my debit card of corporation bank from-where a sum of rs. Inr1207.5 (2 times detected) is debited on 25-09-16 at 7. 41am & 7. 51 am. Total detected amount :rs. 2414. 98/-sms info: atm withdrawal of inr 1207.49 done from your a/c *43...667 at irctc noida on 25/09/2016 07:51. Avl bal is +1346.27 (Above sms recieved in my mobile no.[protected]). But i found neither any ticket nor any booking history.

                        1. i had booked tickets for 12472 in august and had got waitlisted tickets my seat was a2 39
                        2. however there were quite a few empty seats in the compartment
                        3. these get alloted to other customers after payment of extra funds no proof with me same for tatkal tickets
                        4. his is during offseason suggest booking of agent tickets be restricted so that you get genuine travellers book tickets
                        5. railways are loosing out on customers due to agent booking with so many empty seats
                        6. the attendant too in the train asks for bakshish at the end of the journey
                        7. the attendant on the train journey provides drinks to people at double the rate i think this should be stopped with immediate effect
                        8. one of my co passengers big bag was being flicked during the course of the journey luckily she saw and checked the bag and got it back immediately and the culprit got out of the train
                        9. the cleaner attendants since the train was empty from katra to ludhiana would sit in the ac compartments
                        10. for 2 ac the toilets need to be more cleaner and with jet pipes the mug chain is tooo small in the western type toilet

                            Your kind attention is drawn to the fact that i have booked 2 no. Of retiring rooms at ahmedabad against the pnr no. [protected] for 6 no. Of passengers @ rs.875/­ per room as per the prescribed norm. But at the time of check in, the retiring room in charge arbitrarily collected rs. 880/­ vide money receipt no. Z­754273 dated 6th may, 2016 stating that the on line booking is illegal and he will not allow the passengers if the same amount is not paid by us. On the above circumstances as myself with my family members were on the tour i was compelled to pay the same amount on protest. On returning to my home from my tour i put forth my grievances before irctc to consider the same at their level and refund the excess amount collected arbitrarily from me. Here i am to point out that i have booked retiring rooms at sambalpur, vadodara, ahmedabad, somnath, dwarka; but no where except at ahmedabad it was collected. Under the above circumstances i would like to request you to kindly consider my case judiciously and make necessary arrangement for refund of the amount collected arbitrarily. If the same is wrong how in other stations they had not charged extra money for the same. Indian Railways should confirm as to whether IRCTC is authenticate or not? If it is authenticate than why they had collected extra charges on the genuine reservation?  Under the above circumstances I would like to request you to kindly consider my case judiciously and make necessary arrangement for refund of the amount collected arbitrarily.

                              I am a regular user of buying Rly. Tickets thru. my www. irctc.co.in account. I have applied to booking 2 Railway tickets from Solapur to Pune in Ac chair car on 25.09.2016 for journey on 26.09.2016.                                 Hi,

                                I have raised tdr against pnr number [protected] on 5th july at 01:26:48 hrs.

                                Train no. 12365.
                                Train name : rnc janshatabdi exp.
                                Train departure time from patna (Pnbe) : 06:00 hrs on 5th july 2016
                                My ticket was from patna (Pnbe) to rnc on 5th july 2016

                                I got response from irctc about tdr is 'your case was repudiated by south eastern railway (Se) citing that ã¢â‚¬å“no refund admissible in this caseã¢â‚¬'

                                Please check the rules (Gazette of india-extraordinary, part ii sec-3 (I) and rules (8), (9) in the link provided by railway : https://www.services.irctc.co.in/betaDoc/Amendments_RefundRules_2406.pdf

                                Under this rule how can indian railway can reject my tdr.

                                It seems that irctc has not forwarded my tdr at right time otherwise how they can reject when i raised tdr 4 and half hours before train started. If irctc is having bug in system then they need to compensate me.

                                Now tdr is also not reflecting in my tdr history. But i took screenshot before itself which i am attaching here. I am asking this from customer care but they are not responding properly.

                                I need my refund asap.

                                    I have my account suspended five times. I have run out of phone numbers.
                                    IRCTC cooly have replied on mail that the reason for suspension is auto, for which I am no way responsible. they have also on mail have advised me to generate new id with a different phone number.

Please have the same resolved since I have rune out of mobile numbers. only option is to approach IRCTC legally if this is is not resolved.

                                      I am travelling to Lucknow but there is a continuous leakage of rain water in my coach(C2 73). Being a female passenger it is highly inconvenient for me to face such a thing even in AC coach.

                                      Please look into the matter so that this wont be repeated to any other passenger in the future....

                                      Dear sir/madam

                                      This is with reference to the recent booking done on irctc. My pnr :[protected] train no:12224. Current seat nos.
                                      We have always booked tickets on irctc however first time facing with an issue.

                                      The train journey is booked for 6 passengers of which two are senior citizens. However it is very shocking to realise that no lower birth seats are allocated for the senior citizen passengers. Considering the old age health issues how uncomfortable will the journey be from thiruvella to mumbai which is almost a 2 day journey..

                                      Requesting the issue to be resolved nd that lower birth seats be provided for the senior citizen passengers.

                                      Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      I don't know for what reason Rs. 11.5 were deducted from my SBI bank account. Atleast it should ask for permision.

                                      All of sudden it is showing as ""To Transfer INB Commission of IG0CTSJPB8".
