Dear team,

I sandip kumbhani have tried booking one tickets from tambaram to ramanathapuram on 2nd sep 2016 from irctc website twice. While booking everything proceed smoothly till the payment page but as i have entered all the payment details and as so money has been deducted from my account but after processing there is a error showing that "sorry there is no ticket available transaction dropped". But all though why there is payment deduction happened. I want my money back in my account.

    Booked ticket history is not showing properly

I booked many ticket without any problem but now I am facing a problem is my June month ticket booked history is not shown by irctc .     The matter is that i have booked a ticket for PNR [protected], Date of ticket booking 13 March 2016 and date of journey 15 March 2016 17:30 hrs. After this i have filed TDR on 15 March 2016 16:42 hrs. because the train was late more than 3 Hrs. to its actual arrival on the boarding station and the TDR request was outward rejected by Chief Commercial Manager without citing any reason.Then after i was complaint to irctc regarding rejection and then irctc reopen the case.My TDR status is displayed on irctc website is CR REGISTRED, but refund is not received till date. According to rule 11 of part II-sec 3(i) of refund policy of ministry of indian railways, it is said that "in case of e-tickets, the TDR is filed online before the actual departure of the train for availing full refund." TDR rule said that TDR request refund got 60 to 90 days from the date of TDR filing. My request to you is that see this matter and force the give me refund to eastern railway(Authorised).
    I complaint to Centralized Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) dated 19 July 2016, after one and half month my case is closed and action taken is : Rs. 630/- has already been refunded through pay- order no. A-021530 dated 18/08/2016. Payment of Rs. 630.00 has been released in favour of IRCTC. IRCTC will make payment to party finally.
    But, now i mail to IRCTC for refund my money he is saying that once the refund is received from the railways the amount will be credited to your same account.
    if amout already received by IRCTC to Eastern Railways why IRCTC not refund my money in my account till date now.

      My name is aakriti surana, i booked my rail ticket with PNR number - [protected] online for the date 14/11/2016 MTJ-BCT and when i cancelled it i accidentaly i chose axis bank instead of housing developement finance corporation ltd (hdfc) bank account due to which refund transaction has not been made properly. it has almost been a week since i cancelled my ticket so what do i do now to get my refund

        Myself Amandeep Singh from Hanumangarh Rajasthan. i did not use my irctc account for few months duration because in that period i did not conduct journey anywhere due to some problem so my irctc account is deactivated which is genuine for security purpose but now i wanted my irctc account to br reactivated and followed procedure to reactivate account, i send mails many times but still my id id not activated.

          Hi,

          On 17-Aug-2016 21:41:05 HRS, I cancelled a ticket (PNR [protected]) and was supposed to receive Rs 450. I traced my refund status on my IRCTC profile and there it is showing it has been refunded on 19 Aug 2016 with Trans. ID [protected] but I could not find this transaction getting credited to my account. Please have a check from your side and do the needful.

            The train is continuously jerking and it's affecting the journey very badly.
            A very bad rude.
            Also I thought this is an express and the train is stopping like a goods train...why?
            Driver not experienced or what is the problem?

              I was booking ticket from durg to bhopal on 25.08.2016 online by our user id bobsudheer in sleeper class. Amount has been debited twice by rs378/- on 25.08.2016 at 1.49 pm & 1.55 minutes and ticket has been issued single by pnr no [protected], date of journey is 02.09.2016, rac 14.

              I request you to reverse the amount immediately in my account.

                I tried to book air ticket on 27/8/2015 but my ticket was not booked @ that time. I also did not get any message of fund debited form my bank
                Account. Also did not get any message form irctc. So i am not worried about that. When i get my bank statement & we telly all my transaction

                  As per new refund rules railway is dedcting te clerkage charges of Rs 60 on waitlist tickets being cancelled prior to the scheduled train even for second sitting class.
                  But I want to raise complaint against IRCTC that for E-ticket in case of waitlist they are deducting clerkage charge even when auto cancelling of your ticket.
                  IRCTC is taking service charges while booking the tickets and deducting clerkage charges even when auto cancelling our waitlist tickets.
                  I am not able to understand that why IRCTC is cancelling my waitlist ticket in auto and also deducting the clerkage charges at same time.

                  They are veg meal at 100rs and egg at 120 and chicken meal at 150 . They are also serving water bottle without cooling at 20 rs ( irctc water bottle). If we are asking they are shouting and also they are not supplying even water bottle at needy times

                      I came to chalakudy railway station to drop my sister on 8th Aug 2016. Since it was night time around 3-4 am, I thought of staying there until my sister leaves. It was for Malabar express and the train was late for 2 hours that day. I checked in net and came to chalakudi station when the train reached Irinjalakuda.Since the train was coming to the first platform and its almost reached, I thought of having a tea near the ticket counter. At that time one guy named Niju (he himself told me his name as Niju, Station master was also there with him) asked me the ticket. I told that I didn't entered platform.But he put me a fine of 260 rs for not taking platform ticket. Actually there was an issue happened between me and the parking people in Chalakudy station. I was not knowing that it was a revenge, but after coming outside the parking area people told about the fine what I have given...Indian Railway is not suppose to be for doing revenge...I need my money back and need to give a warning for doing such illegal activity.

                        Dear Sir/Madam, I (Hemant Kumar) had booked a ticket from ANVT to PNBE journey date 10-Aug-2016, but the train got late by 12 hours. The train started on[protected]:15 Hrs while I had filed the TDR on 11-Aug-2016 06:38:10 HRS. The status of TDR showing CR Repudiate. I was waiting for the train but the train got late so much so I have filled the TDR little late. Please help me on this asap. As per rule total amount of ticket should be refunded if the train gets late more than 3 hours.                           I raised complaint in IRCTC and the complaint was ssigned aticket ID [IRCTC #3868723] but no reply is given

                          Please specify why I got no refund for cancellation of ticket against PNR Number: [protected] .As the ticket was booked on 16Th Aug 2016 for journey on 18 Th Aug 2016. In no case a tatkal ticket can be booked before 2 days of date of journey. so I thought it to be normal ticket. i spoke to IRCTC customer Care executive they say it's a long train . And time of tatkal should be calculated from day of origin station. Tatkal ticket cancellation rules say 24 hours before date of journey and not the time from origin station. These information are no where written in tatkal ticket cancellation rules. The rules must specify these things. When I am getting harrased I am knowing these things.

                          For error in system from your end why should Customer be penalised.

                          Please refund cancellation amount, if required escalate the issue or I shall take up matter with legal court.

                              I had booked 9 train tickets of puri jagannath express on 5th august and canceled them on that day. though i had received the cancellation sms on my phone same day, i have not get back my money yet now.

                                When travelling from Kochuveli to Bangalore on the 21st Aug.2016 the following was noticed.
                                1.The compartments were very old and pathetic.
                                2.The toilets were already stinking from the starting point.
                                3.The curtains in the coach were badly torn.
                                4.The Air conditioning was being switched off at night.
                                5.Only one plug point for charging mobile phones in each section of 6 passengers.
                                6.The dustbins were damaged and in poor condition.
                                After paying high charges for a berth in the 2nd AC coach one would expect much better facilities from the Railways. Hope there is a marked improvement in the quality of the coaches operating in the southern sector after this complaint.

                                  I was traveling from Nagpur to Pune in Azad hind express 12130 on 15-Aug-2016 PNR no. [protected] and in morning pantry car tea vendor sold me about tea of 10 rs instead of 7 rs. When I asked him to return me the 3rs change he arrogantly said it costs rs10 and said go and complaint wherever you want to. Pune station was about to come and I was in hurry to get my luggage out so I didn't complain about this matter immediately to any TC also I was traveling with my family and did not want any kind of trouble at that time. Its not about the matter of 3rs, its the matter of attitude of that pantry vendors have and they don't even fear of complaints.

                                      I booked a tatkal ticket using E-wallet option. There was a failed transaction in my account with E-wallet but the amount was not refunded. I could not see anything in the refund status and there is not e-mail confirmation on what happened to the money.

                                      They agreed that there was no intimation from payment gateway regarding the failure and so they could not do the automated refund. now I received the amount back to my account. But it is really bad to see this kind of explanation from IRCTC and very poor testing happened in payment gateway and no security for money.
