I am travelling by Garibrath 12188, my berth no is 32 which is a side middle birth.It is shocking how a lady travilling alone can get a side middle berth when more than 230 seats are vacant at the time of booking .
From last 6 hrs i am waiting for the TC so that i can get my berth changed. How a lady can sleep in the side middle birth when the space is so less and have to share the sitting seat during the daytime.
We have adopted advance technology in ticket booking but it has been observed that such silly things happens always.
Please up grade the system.

But still i have not received my money in my account all i get from IRCTC is a mail reply that they are processing it.

I booked a ticket in Tatkal & lost the ticket in journey. I had the photo copy of the ticket in my mobile. TTR insisted on original & he fined almost double the amount. I want to know what is the fine amount for not having the original ticket ( Tatkal) while travelling.

Despite of repeated requests to the catering staff I am not provided with registered / authorised brand of water bottle. Finally I have to rush to the shop on platform to fulfill my thirsty needs. I am travelling on berth no. 60 of B2 boggie. I am ready to witness against the contractor at any platform for the poor service rendered by him. My contact no.[protected]

        Through IRCTC website i took 3 E tickets on 3 Sep 2016 after 13 days from the account the paid for the E ticket. Rs11.50 was deducted 3 times from the same account.
        Request you to do the needful as It is an open loot of money through safe transaction.
        Please File my complain and refund the amount back.
        I know its a small amount but looting from from millions of people is not just.

          I have same problem. Irctc deducted rs. 11.50 extra without any detail, from my account without any confirmation after making online reservation of two tickets on 5th sep.

            Same thing happening 3rd time with me, whenever you try to purchase a water bottle from official sellers of irctc in train they ask for 20rs, and if you remind them about printed price they would say give me change of 5rs and if you don't have the change they will not give you water. This is pathetic, how can you refuse for it. Last time one guy promised me to give 5rs later and after that he came with changed dress, I was worried if he did same thing with many customers how much he can earn by this theft act. This should be punished and you guys should act on it fast, today I am traveling on bct to jp(12955) superfast my boarding station is Kota. Please do something.

              I travelled from ahmedabad to mumbai by the AMD-BCT DURONTO on the night of 14 Sep 2014 . Everything was fine till we entered Mahrashtra . We experienced the rain fall in Maharashtra as the water was leaking through the rough of the compartment and falling down through the rods attached to roof and beds making our bags and beds wet .The A2 boogie in one compartment has only 2 berths 43&44 and side upper and lower (46&45), while the space for remaining berths was occupied by the machinery which kept producing noise disturbing my sleep. The indian railways needs to look at the leakage of rainwater causing inconvenience to passengers .I request a refund for my two seats on which the water leakage was there .

                Dear Sir/Madam, I had booked a ticket from BD to PN journey date 07-Sep-2016, but the train got late from more than 10 hours.I had filed the TDR on 08-Sep-2016 19:26:01 HRS.The status of TDR showing CR Repudiate.I was waiting for the train but the train got late so much so I have filled the TDR little late.Please help me on this asap. As per rule total amount of ticket should be refunded if the train gets late more than 3 hours.                   Hi,

                  I have booked some tickets recently but after few days of booking i got an email from IRCTC saying

                  "Bookings are not allowed as your account has been suspended."

                  When i called to customer care they say the below reason :-

                  "your account is inactive due to Use of autofill Scripts or Enormous hitting on site .
                  Therefore, you can not use it again ."

                  I am a simple user not any agent and customer care also told me that you can use auto fill technique. So i want to ask that

                  1) why it is no where written in IRCTC website that after this much use of autofill, your account would be suspended ? Atleast give a prior warning.

                  2) And then they said that we can't reactivate your account. You have to create a new account with new email id and mobile number. So in order to create a new account i have to purchase a new mobile sim ?

                  This is very panic and the worst thing about IRCTC website.

                  So, I request IRCTC officials to please resolve this kind of issue and do the needful.

                    My mom's PNR number was [protected] ticket from Kalyan to ernakulam dated 11-9-16 She was boarding from Adoni in 3tier B1 /20 but there was no information in the station about coach and no station master was there to help her as usally the 3 tier coach will be on the front side from the engine but that day it came back side she was carrying 3 Luguage and having knees pain and not able to board the 3tier coach as the halting time is 2 minutes. By the grace of God one man helped her and she boarded s4 coach and then he managed to reach her to 3 tier in running train. Her age is 59 years and when she ran with 3 Luguages her knees got hurt and she got drastic pain and the whole day she tolerated in train with pain. I request you to see the mater and this should not happen again for other passengers as this type of changes if happen when the coaches are changed from front to back.

                      I want to know the reason that if you have written that you will take Rs. 10.00 + ST of Rs. 1.50 for every transaction (booking a ticket) on your IRCTC website, then why you are deducting Rs. 23.00 (Rs. 20.00 + service tax of Rs. 3.00) instead of Rs.10 + Service tax of Rs. 1.50 for a single transaction (i.e. when I am booking a single ticket, it costs me Rs. 23).

                        I had booked tatkal ticket for the train number 22630 ten dr express yesterday morning for today (14th sep 2016) but i find that
                        Ticket for some other train is booked that too for tomorrow (15th sep 2016). Please find the details below.

                        As you can see above how can i get the tatkal ticket for day after tomorrow get booked if the tatkal tickets gets opened just the previous day. As i found the wrong ticket got booked i cancelled the ticket but couldn't get any refund. I believe this is a system issue.

                        When i contacted the irctccustomer care they are telling tatkal ticket cannot be refunded. I completely agree with it. But if i had booked a tatkal ticket for 14th sept 2016 for the train 22630 ten dr and i get a tatkal ticke for 15th sep (How come tatkal ticket gets booked 2 days earlier???) that too for a different train 16527 / ypr cannanore ex.

                        I need my money back as this is clearly a software/system issue.
                        How can i proceed on this.

                          This is to draw your kind attention towards the kafiyat express (Superfast train) (Train no 12225 and 12226) running between azamgargh to old delhi. Kafiyat express is the only train running on this route daily. But the condition of this superfast express is deteriorating everyday. When the train started the number of stoppages were only 5. Now the number of stoppages in the train are currently 15 and this keeps on increasing. The train is delayed by 6 to 7 hrs everyday, even in normal weather conditions. There is constant chain-pulling. There is no proper sitting arrangement and charging ports. The cleanliness level has touched rock bottom. The train compartments have been changed to poor ones with no proper electricity facilities. The tt is not active in managing it.

                          The people who are regularly traveling via this are never able to reach their destination on time. This poorly effects students, working professionals and sick people traveling to delhi for better treatment.

                          I have been drawing your attention to the same for around 2 months now through tweets (@sureshprabhu and @railwayministry). Also i have put the complaint on the official website (http://www.coms.indianrailways.gov.in/criscm/common/complaint_registration.seam
                          ). I have tried calling on 138 but they say its not under their authorization.

                          As a indian national i have this humble request to kindly change this train condition or start new trains on the same line.

                            Dont know why irctc suspend my account as i am end user of the irctc..i frequently use irctc for my father and my tickits and family tickits and they suspend my account really its very bad. There is lots o[censored]ser that use it professionally but their account not get suspend nd mine suspend what ever i want my irctc wallet money of inr 1814. .i activate the wallet on my account and after that day irctc suspend my account..so my wallet rupees also gone..and its not a small amount .please help me for recover my rupees or account.

                              Sir, we booked on line ticket resevation ticket PNR NO.[protected] as on 5/7/16 I.E., PRIOR TO 84 days from journey surprisingly we got 2berth cinfirmed & 2 in waiting of 1&2 as per my knowlledge there is RAC between confirmed&waiting, it leads to posssibility of some malfunction or malpractice in railway portal sir, pl. look into the matter as this waiting system leads to shake our faith in online reservation . waiting for your reply.                               I am trying to book Tatkal tickets from my personal IRCTC ID, but error is coming which says "You are Permitted only 2 transactions between 8 AM to 10 AM per IP address/user ID".

                              I have booked General tickets last month but not Tatakal etc..

                              Really Pathetic, It is only giving advantage to Agents

                                I had missed my due to heavy rush in railway station and unable to reach on platform on same time, my wife and kid met with minor accident while running towards platform even though we tried to reach the platform but train got moved asked people to pull the chain but no one ready to do that i was waited till last box and requested guard to stop the train due his limitations and missed the train and not travelled as per plan. after that i tried file TDR but i could't find right option and for confirmation tickets we need to file TDR before 4 hours to train departure Anyway i managed to file tdr by selecting randomly the option which was available at that time.
                                This is my hard earned money and request you to kindly refund the money back for which i shall be highly grateful.

                                  Hi,

                                  I recently bought a 1 Ltr Mineral Water 'Rail Neer' at curry road railway station, Mumbai (Platform of slow train, a shop towards Dadar end). For the packaged cold water, I was charged Rs. 20 whereas, the MRP mentioned on the pack is Rs. 15 per ltr.

                                  Ideally, MRP should include the cooling and storage charges. Still, If I consider that shop keeper has included that above MRP, it should not be Rs. 5 for bottle of Rs. 15 i.e. 33%.

                                  I have observed that this practice happens in most of the IRCTC shops in Mumbai and travellers are exploited commercially. Also, the shop keepers do not provide cold half ltr water bottles so that buyers buy 1 ltr bottle. This increases wastes of water as, most of the buyers likely throw bottles with remaining water.

                                  Please take necessary action.

                                    Hello sir/mam,
                                    I wanted to inform you tha the window seat allocation algorithm is wrong for the train number: 12054/12053. I have booked a seat from irctc many times in this train with preference as window seat. When I get a seat confirmation mail, it is written Windows seat (WS) next to the seat number, but actually a middle seat is been allotted to me every time. Please check into this issue. One piece of information I can provide you is that the seat numbers in the train were changed a few months back, so this problem is being faced since then.
                                    According to me the actual window seat algorithm in that train should be (3n+2) where n=0.

                                    On 12 set 16, me and my friend visited rameshwaram for outing. Meanwhile at the Railway Station I asked for ice cream i tried to pay 20 rs as the MRP but vendor has asked 5 rs more than the mrp as cooling charge..whereas no extra charge is to be taken for cooling as I checked from consumer forum...
                                    I have reserved AC Iii ticket for pune hyderabad express.dated:[protected].Rs 352/- has been debited from my BOI bank, but i have not recived pnr no. The ticket was on the name of Rajani vaidya age 65 ( sr.citz)...kindly do the needful...Rajni vaidya
                                    This is in reference to the TDR that I had filed for PNR Number [protected] for reason "Train Late More Than Three Hours and Passenger Not Travelled.", . I had received the acknowledgement mail with Reference No:[protected], dated 09 MAY, 2015. I have never received any update or refunds as of now. Please look into it and revert.

                                      Today i booked a ticket through irctc in train no 12557, and an upper berth has been allotted to a senior citizen who is a 68 years old female lady. The incident is being happening with me twice.
                                      Please can you explain a lady who cannot even walk properly will climb upper berth.
                                      I request you to please go through it as its a matter a concern.
                                      Along with it I'm attaching a snapshot of the ticket please go through the same.
                                      Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      I had registered one complaint on dated 30-Jul[protected], but till date there is no action on the same, as 30 days has passed to resolve one complain, how many days you need to close this complaint???? yahi achhe din hai kya???

                                        My accounts were suspended because irctc thinks i used auto fill scripts or hit their site enormously. Both are false.

                                        I have only booked 1 tickets in the last month with my HDFC Credit card and irctc thinks it is autofill script i used.

                                        Please revoke suspension of my user id - hkwebtech

                                        I have just 1 sim card and i can not buy any more sim cards for this banned.

                                        Please give me proof if i have used autofill script.
