My account in IRCTC is suspended with unknown reasons. Could you please While I am able to login to the account, however it does not allow me booking tickets indicating "Bookings not allowed as your account has been suspended". Kindly let me know the reasons and help to re-activate the account at the earliest and oblige.

    I booked a tatkal ticket on 9th Sep for Swarn shatbdi NDLS- ASR for 10 sep 2016. This ticket goes to waitlist no117. I am continously checking my pNR status. Last status i checked by 1155pm. the ticket comes to 49 W/L.

    By midnight i got the the message at 130 that my ticket got confirmed, which i saw in morning psot my train timings gone.

    I am unable to board my train just due to negligance of IRCTC.
    No passengers will wake up for whole night for the confirmation.
    I missed my train, i need full refund. as per the rules, if train is in the next morning, chart should prepared, 1 day prior to departure.
    why this was not happen to this case.I need my refund

        2 of my accounts were suspended successively because irctc thinks i use auto fill scripts or hit their site enormously. Both are false. I have only booked 2 tickets in the past month and my credit card allows quick transactions through a password i set and irctc thinks it is autofill script i use. Please revoke suspension of my user id - muditj46 as I cannot keep on buying sim cards again and again to satisfy your needs of banning me.

          Dear sir /madam
          The prices for the aristocrat trains like shatabdi and rajdhani are high but the food quality is low.The bread served in shatabdi was attacked with fungi when I travelled in Amritsar to new Delhi shatabdi last week .No doubt the train helps to reach our final destination in lesser time as compared to other trains on the same route but the food quality is deteriorating day by day. The icing on the cake is that the railways have been set up for public welfare but now they are not offering any more service as the new changes in the tarif plans like the flexi policy have worsened the situation.

            Hi, I had booked a confirmed ticket for my dad from Thane (TNA) to Ankola (ANKL) on train 12619 on the 7Sep. PNR No [protected] FYR.
            The train was scheduled to depart at 01:00 PM but was however delayed by over 12 hours to 01:00AM.
            There was no intimation of the same and my dad who is a senior citizen had to go there wait and come back home and then go again.
            This is a huge inconvenience for senior citizen. People needed to going to the train station to get updated of delays. We provide our numbers for confirmation of tickets while booking. Why wasn't the same information used to notify of such delays. We expect some strict action to be taken about such inconvenience caused.

                I forgot my user ID and password in IRCTC ticket booking. i am not able to retrieve the User ID and not able to create the new user ID due to my existing mobile no already registered in iRCTC.

                I tried to get through [protected]@irctc.co.in. but [protected]@irctc.co.in gave two ticket IDs and after that no response.
                So please help me to get my user ID through my mobile no : +91-[protected]

                    Sir, on 27.4.16 I boarded on the Mangala Express at thivim railway station Goa. Train came at 4:20am thivim stn and I entered the general compartment . I placed my bag under the seat n fell asleep having done night shift. The incident took after 2 hrs of boarding the train when I realized my bag missing by 6.30 went the train left the kankvalli stn. I checked the general compartment for 2hrs, but finally the train halted at Ratnagiri. Reported the incident to TTE AND RCF. Complaint no. 00422.They told me that at chiplun the RCF will write FIR which the rcf constable Mr. AB wagh. His mobile no.[protected] reported the FIR.
                    My details are as follow
                    my mobile having imei no.[protected] was robbed on 27/04/16 in between tivim n kankavli while travelling in mangala express. D phone was inside a small jhony walker trolley bag.                       I had high fever and was not in the condition to travel on the same date due to which i had to file tdr for the refund of the ticket. I was trying to file tdr before 4 hrs of journey but the site was not working properly due to which i could not processed. Anyhow i managed to file tdr before 2 hrs of journey and i also could not found the option of sick in the list during filing tdr, so selected randomly the option which was available at that time.
                      This is my hard earned money and request you to kindly refund the money back for which i shall be highly grateful.

                        My account at the irctc site has been 'suspended' and i am not aware of the reasons. I am a frequent user of the irctc site and now i am unable to book tickets through this site.

                        I have been told to re-register with another mail and mobile number. I do not have any other mobile number, so this solution is not feasible.

                        Therefore, either you give me the specific reasons for the suspension or reactivate my account at the earliest.

                          Irctc doesn't have any sense of being on time. Such a pathetic service to be honest. How can a 10 hour train journey be delayed by a further 5 hours. Please stop railways as a whole if this is the nature of service you are providing. I am traveling to bangalore from kochi and i am in train for the past 15 hours. This should be a joke.                             And the food they are selling is worst. The way they are cooking in the pantry car is dirty and unhygienic.
                            Pantry services are giving food at high rates, as per rules the actual rate is 50 but they are selling at 120.

                                I tried to book a tatkal ticket on irctc website from Sealdah Rly Stn to Malda Town Rly Stn and after completing all formalities I tried to pay through Axis Bank Debit card. But after the money debited from my a/c, it went back to irctc website and shown error message. Since then neither I was unable to book another ticket thinking it must be a mistake neither able to see my booking history. And no sms from irctc was received. Almost every other weekend I face this kind of dillema on irctc website. They should upgrade their servers for tatkal services. And I request to credit my refund of Rs. 676.34(including s.tax)to my bank a/c.

                                I had booked a ticket at 27 August 2016 from Kolkata to Amritsar through paytm wallet, after cancelling it we got a message informing me your ticket PNR [protected] has cancelled and 580 amount will be refunded to your account but there is no refunded amount in my paytm wallet. How much time will it going to take?
                                I cant able to book the ticket in talkal. In few seconds all the tickets are waiting list. How can we go for emergency. Premium talkal also the cost is too much. So please consider this complaint.

                                    I sandip kumbhani have tried booking one tickets from tambaram to ramanathapuram on 2nd sep 2016 from irctc website twice. While booking everything proceed smoothly till the payment page but as i have entered all the payment details and as so money has been deducted from my account but after processing there is a error showing that "sorry there is no ticket available transaction dropped". But all though why there is payment deduction happened. I want my money back in my account.

                                      How can I trace without any details & it's emergency travel.

                                        The matter is that i have booked a ticket for PNR [protected], Date of ticket booking 13 March 2016 and date of journey 15 March 2016 17:30 hrs. After this i have filed TDR on 15 March 2016 16:42 hrs. because the train was late more than 3 Hrs. to its actual arrival on the boarding station and the TDR request was outward rejected by Chief Commercial Manager without citing any reason.Then after i was complaint to irctc regarding rejection and then irctc reopen the case.My TDR status is displayed on irctc website is CR REGISTRED, but refund is not received till date. According to rule 11 of part II-sec 3(i) of refund policy of ministry of indian railways, it is said that "in case of e-tickets, the TDR is filed online before the actual departure of the train for availing full refund." TDR rule said that TDR request refund got 60 to 90 days from the date of TDR filing. My request to you is that see this matter and force the give me refund to eastern railway(Authorised).
                                        I complaint to Centralized Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) dated 19 July 2016, after one and half month my case is closed and action taken is : Rs. 630/- has already been refunded through pay- order no. A-021530 dated 18/08/2016. Payment of Rs. 630.00 has been released in favour of IRCTC. IRCTC will make payment to party finally.
                                        But, now i mail to IRCTC for refund my money he is saying that once the refund is received from the railways the amount will be credited to your same account.
                                        if amout already received by IRCTC to Eastern Railways why IRCTC not refund my money in my account till date now.
