    Its great to see indian railways has progressed a lot. I travelled in rabti sagar pnr[protected] from erode to chennai on friday 12th august coach b1 seat no 34, 35, 38.. Then i requested tte for other place, he gave us b2 57, 58, 59. I requested for blankets and pillows, the coach attender was rude and he didn't provide us. I explained everything to him, yet no response. My kids slept without pillows and blankets. I kindly need a explanation for what has happened. Please look into the matter. Thanks.

      Today I am traveling with my family in double decker train from Bangalore to Chennai
      We have ordered tea to the IRCTC vendor and noticed that the quantity of 50% less than the actual quantity
      When we asked no response to us
      I am raising this complaint on the benefit of travellers
      Request you to pls look into the same and take necessary steps

        On 15.8.2016, i online cancelled pnr [protected], its refund not yet credited in my bank a/c. Irctc claim to have issued refund instructions to its payment gateway. Further, irctc not interested to look into this issue, where and how refund is still missing in network of irctc?? I have repeatedly contacted helpdesk - customer care irctc online & every time they say that refund claim has been sent to its payment gateway. I m senior citizen. Pl help me & to ensure credit of refund in my a/c soonest.

          There is no price chart available in the coaches, for which the passengers are not getting the correct price for items by caterers providing food, water, snacks. Some examples are:

          water bottle is charged for rs.20/- (instead of rs.15/-)
          tea is charged for rs.10/- (instead of rs.7/-)
          frooti charges for rs.20/-(instead of rs.15/-)
          veg meals are provided for rs.120/-

          hence it is earnestly requested to provide the price chart in each & every coach & as it was done in the stations kiosks.

            Pnr-[protected], train no.:12958, dt:[protected], from ndls to adi, class:2a, seat no. A5, 43
            I had asked for boiled veg food, the caterer took order thrice and in the end at 10:00 pm, refused to serve such meals and made me go hungry.
            I am still in the train, it is 8:00 am and no tea is served.
            These new caterers are not properly trained and can not maintain quality service in such premium trains also.
            The flush in the right side toilet is also not working, this implies poor maintainance.
            Kindly take necessary actions, as we are loosing faith in the quality of your services

              Dear sir,

              I have booked ticket to vijayawada from bangalore for journey on 10.09.2016 and the transaction of payment has been completed and payment online has been made through icici bank. But the ticket was not generated. The ticket are in the names of t k sreenivas, tk uma, s saroja, date of journey 10.09.2016 - train : 17212 - kondaveedu express. As the ticket was not generated, i checked my transactions and finding the booking not made i have rebooked the tickets. The amount is rs. 2176/-. Kindly arrange to refund the above said amount and oblige.

                Reason - train late more than three hours and passenger not travelled
                I have filed tdr on 27 september 2015 with irctc. But refund not credited in my account.
                I have followed up with irctc but got only one reply i. E. "request forworded to indian railway and we will refund once confirmed railway."

                Irctc cheating with me as i can see this incident history has been deleted from their record as wel.
                Please take a strict action on it.

                    I have tried to booking a railway tatkal ticket in the irctc site on 14/8/2015 journey was from ramanathapuram to chennai on 15/8/2015 by train no 18714 the amount rs 938.00 (In newdelhi at irctc 12027) has deducted from my hdfc a/c no [protected]but there is no ticket show in the list of booked history.                       Train number - 12043

                      The catering staff failed to provide soup, proper cutlery, ice cream to the passengers. We were provided with lunch just 20 minutes before reaching final destination. The staff also did not five any complaint book when we asked. Moreover, the staff behavior was very rude. For instance, when they didn't provide us with any kettle for tea, they asked to take and share it with the nearby passenger.
                      We were four family members traveling together and the whole experience was not up to the mark.
                      I hope you will look in to this matter and will take proper action.

                        Hi, i paid for a tatkal ticket today 20.8.16 at 11 a. M for jan shatabdi 12056 for 21.8.16 amount got deducted as you can see in the screenshot for there was not ticket generatef because there was not ticket available.. Please refund my money to the same account.

                          My login id "rmnair57" has been suspended by irctc summarily without assigning any reason. On enquiry, it was informed that i allegedly had used auto-fill option while booking tickets. Which to my best of knowledge and belief have not utilised.
                          Problem is not suspending my account, but my account had a e-wallet deposit balance which, they should have refunded to me immediately. It is grossly unfair, suspending my account, immediately after my depositing some money in the e-wallet account.
                          I would appeal to you to intervene to refund me my money back. Immediately.

                          Though this was promised so far no money is refunded to me.

                            Thrice money was deducted from my account and haven't got the ticket also, haven't got refund of money, very sad thrice tried to book this ticket was very imp for me for my aunt, it was very much urgent for me, very much dejected by inconvenience caused to me, kindly refund my money and improve your service to customers.its quite annoying when you pay your money gets deducted and you don't have tickets to travel.it was very important travel for me .this is complaint regarding irctc tatkal booking, I will show my bank status also I will upload bank status of money deduction .even after facing this much problem irctc has not even replied to informed me .it was question of doubt, full of dilemma, whether my ticket was booked bank status shows money deduction but irctc shows weird without pnr status .kindly go through this and resolve this issue

                              Dear sir/ma'am

                              I am a regular user of irct since many years.
                              It's being very shameful that how unnecessarily indian railways are charging high amount even if their is no waiting list.
                              I have tried booking 1 ticket from najibabad to delhi on 16-august-2016 on mussorie express (Train no 24042). While booking it was showing 50 waiting list.
                              Since i have to be on delhi urgently by 17th morning so i took reservation on tatkal. But when i catched the train there was no waiting at all, almost 20 seats were free. I even confirmed this with tt.
                              It's so wrong method of irctc to charge money of tatkal even if there is availibility of seats on train.

                              Kindly please return the money that i extra charged for tatkal.
                              Money charges was :rs 862
                              Normal fare : rs 405

                              Kindly please consider this complaint.

                                If a confirmed ticket is cancelled more than 48 hrs before the scheduled departure of the train, flat cancellation charges shall be deducted @ rs.240/- for ac first class/executive class, rs.200/- for ac 2 tier/first class, rs. 180 for ac 3 tier/ac chair car/ ac 3 economy, rs.120/- for sleeper class and rs.60/- for second class. Cancellation charges are per passenger.
                                This is what indian railway says before the schedule departure of train but the fair which irctc deducted is more than that is it a sham to railway or sham to mr. Suresh prabhu.

                                The journey date is of 22/08/2016 pnr,
                                [protected] and i cancelled it on 19/08/2016 48 hours 2nd journey date 25/08/2016 pnr,
                                [protected] cancellation date 19/08/2016 5 days before the train depart
                                As per ur rules dated 12 nov 2015
                                Says eticket charge for single ticket is rs.20plus service charge for sleeper and rs.40plus service charge for all ac tickets thrn why the hell irctc deducted so much

                                  Sub : session expired after making payment - no ticket booked but amount was deducted from my sbi account.
                                  My transation ref no ig0cnzgye2 for rs.643 on date 19/08/2016 and time 11:07

                                  I faced a problem while booking a ticket now on irctc.co.in from kacheguda (Kcg) jn to karur (Krr) on 20/08/2016 in kcg express train no 17615. After entering the details of the one passengers, i made the payment using sbi netbanking. After making the payment i got the message that the session is expired.

                                  I checked my sbi bank transactions and i can see a payment of rs.643/- made. However when i see the list under "booked tickets" on my irctc account (Tamildas30), i cant see any reservation made.

                                  Please help me refund my amount of rs. 643/- to my sbi account.

                                    I have a user id:adibalivad since a long time. But now it is shown that my user id is suspended. I got tickets up to 11.08.2016. Last time i got ticket on 11.08.2016, again i tried to take a ticket in the irctc web. But i couldn't get it and shown my user was suspended. What is the reason? What happened? Please help and continue of my useer id.

                                        Should not charge if the ticket canceled by IRCTC.

                                        1. Tatkal WL ticket should not charge if IRCTC cancel
                                        2. TDR - How do I know that I would miss my train 4hr before. unable to file
                                        Rs.1500 was not refund not even single rupee.
                                        3. Cancelling charge per ticket is more
                                        4. Tatkal quota is unable to use by people, might be IRCTC employees are blocking.

                                        only middle class people doing train travel, why this many charge...?

                                        Tatkal WL ticket should not be charged if IRCTC cancels ticket. If IRCTC is not able to provide reservation and cancel the ticket and not allowing passenger to travel, then under what grounds is IRCTC not providing the complete refund. It is unfair and highly unacceptable.
