    I booked ticket from irctc, using net banking facility (on 03/08/2016) . Money was immediately deducted from my bank account. But the ticket was not booked.
    And money is still not refunded.

    So i request a refund for this[protected].

      My family & I were to travel from Kopargaon Station to Yeshvanthpur, Bangalore on[protected] by Ahmedabad - Yeshvanthpur Express. On reaching the station we were informed that the train had been cancelled. We understand that the fare would be returned to the passengers immediately without applying for the same. However, IRCTC has still not refunded the amount. PNR numbers are as under:

            Sir,
            My name is Sonali Ray Khan and my user name is sonali106 .During the booking time, 2 failed transactions are made from your side.

            1) [protected] 5th july Rs.433/-
            2) [protected] 14th jun Rs.1373/-
            I Send you all my Bank statements details according to your requirement but still now You can't refund my money.Again I am sending my all bank statements where you will see my money goes to IRCTC A/C. but IRCTC can't send me the refund amount of (Transaction No. [protected] & [protected]).

            But your official says that, [protected], [protected] was a settlement-failed transaction for which no amount was debited towards IRCTC. That is we didn't receive any payment authorization from your bankers to book the ticket. IRCTC are 100% layer and frought. Already I have submitted my bank statement 3 times, where clearly shows that in case of both transactions ([protected], [protected]) amount was debited towards IRCTC. Today I going to my bank and check every thing where clearly shows that amount was debited towards IRCTC.
            Now I feeling bad experience with IRCTC service. Please refund my money as early as possible

                Sir, I am Radha kushwaha I come to Delhi from banda to up sampark kranti/12447. Mera tatkal ticket waiting me tha lekin bad me conferm hokar S4/56 net me dikha rha tha lekin vaha koe aur baitha tha jinka bhi S4/56 seat nom. tha. vo us seat se hatne ke lie taiyar nahi the and mughse ladaye kr rhe the. Mai TC ko rat 2:00am tak dhudati rhi lekin vo nahi mile na 1 bar bhi ticket check krne aae. Jisase mughe bahut problem huee. Bad me TC 4:00am par aaya tab pata chala ki usaka AC me ho gaya tha and vo seat meri thi. Jise batane na AC vala TC aaya na hi hamare dibbe vala. Sir, my PNR No. [protected].

                  In irctc ticket reservation pages we got to see ads increasing. ads placed near important buttons like next, replan.
                  Few ads covers the page, not displaying the details.

                  Railways looks greedy by admitting these ads over and above the exhorbitant rates on service charges, taxes, cancellation fees etc.

                  I request to take immediate action and make irctc look more decent.

                    I had booked a ticket bearing PNR NO [protected] in train no 12822 / DHAULI EXP in chair car. My ticket could not be confirmed and remained in Fully Waited List even after preparation of chart. The cost of booking was Rs. 371/-, however I got Rs. 260/- as refund amount. Please explain the details as the cancellation charges is not applicable in this case and only clerkage amount is supposed to be deducted.

                      I booked a ticket today at irctc site and was amazed by the way the booking is done. Booked a ticket in kolkata rajdhani (12302) for my parents, father is senior citizen and mother is near to that age, but got two upper berth tickets in spite of selecting at least 1 lower berth. There were 137 seats available, if i go via an agent paying extra money, we easily get lower berth tickets, but if we do the booking i do not know how the allocation works, do not get lb tickets. I think ir should get their priorities right and rectify the ticket allocation process instead of asking aged ailing people to get up upper berths.

                          I booked one train ticket from chennai to tiruchchirapali (train no 16177) on 08/08/2016 on the internet but the transaction failed due to system fault at the irctc website. the amount of money amounting to rs. 808/- was, however, debited to my sbi account. their failed transaction id is - [protected] dated on 29/07/2016.

                          So please do the refund to my respective account.

                          I booked ticket from irctc on 24th July 2016 at18:13 in Jaipur -Coimbatore express. From Jaipur to katpadi...I booked ticket and payment deducted bt ticket is not booked. payment thru Net Banking - ref:[protected]/07/2016 18:15 - Indian Bank.
                          Kindly look into this matter and refund money soon.

                            I have booked a ticket today (28/07/2017), for date 02/08/2017 from shialdha to bolpur in sialdha rampurhat exp.
                            Ticket amount Rs.346 has been deducted from my account but ticket not send.

                            Pls. Resolve my problem as soon as possible...
                            Date has been wrong ly placed it will be 2016 insted of 2017 in both the cases...

                              I am facing this problem since last two days. I need to book the ticket as it is urgent. But i am unable to do so.

                                Life brand ninbu pani being served in shatabdi (amritsar) is worst in quality
                                After drinking most people start coughing as it has high content of kms
                                It tastes bad and has foul smell
                                Don't know why irctc serves such products
                                It's better you serve a slice of ninbu instead or a toffee

                                    Ma'am/sir,
                                    Iss train me chaai ka paisa 7 ki bajaay 10 liya kaa raha hai. puchne par kaha gaua ki chaai ka 10/-rs hi hai jabki mene online dekha, chai ka paisa 7/-rs hi hai.
                                    170 ml ka disposal cup toh diya jaata hai par chai ki quantity kam rakhi jaati hai.
                                    Mere canteenn me complain karne par vendor ko daanta gaya 10/-rs lene ke liye par jab dusare vendor se chaai liya toh usane bhi 10/-rs hi maanga.
                                    Please solve this issue.

                                        Sir, i have booked one ticket from howarh junction to kiul junction on 28 june 2016 for 13 aug 2016 but ticket was not generated and fare amount was deducted from my iob sb account. Fare cost is rs 298.
                                        I also asked to irctc customer care on 3 july 2016, he told me that you will get refunded in 2 to 3 days but i have not got till now in my sb account.
                                        Kindly do needful. For your convienence i will attached bank statement.

                                        ek ka toh reservation ka tha but uska mere Bank A/c Se rupay kat gye the

                                        aur dusra reservation confirm nhi hua toh cancel ho gya
