Life brand ninbu pani being served in shatabdi (amritsar) is worst in quality
After drinking most people start coughing as it has high content of kms
It tastes bad and has foul smell
Don't know why irctc serves such products
It's better you serve a slice of ninbu instead or a toffee

      Ma'am/sir,
      Iss train me chaai ka paisa 7 ki bajaay 10 liya kaa raha hai. puchne par kaha gaua ki chaai ka 10/-rs hi hai jabki mene online dekha, chai ka paisa 7/-rs hi hai.
      170 ml ka disposal cup toh diya jaata hai par chai ki quantity kam rakhi jaati hai.
      Mere canteenn me complain karne par vendor ko daanta gaya 10/-rs lene ke liye par jab dusare vendor se chaai liya toh usane bhi 10/-rs hi maanga.
      Please solve this issue.

        Dear Sir/Madam, I had booked a ticket from NDLS to MFP journey date 2Aug2014, but the train got late from more than 12 hours.I had filed the TDR on the same day at 02-Aug-2014 17:39:48 HRS.The status of TDR showing CR Repudiate.I was waiting for the train but the train got late so much so I have filled the TDR little late.Please help me on this asap. As per rule total amount of ticket should be refunded if the train gets late more than 3 hours.           Sir, i have booked one ticket from howarh junction to kiul junction on 28 june 2016 for 13 aug 2016 but ticket was not generated and fare amount was deducted from my iob sb account. Fare cost is rs 298.
          I also asked to irctc customer care on 3 july 2016, he told me that you will get refunded in 2 to 3 days but i have not got till now in my sb account.
          Kindly do needful. For your convienence i will attached bank statement.

              1- Train delayed by more than 5 hrs. but not get message.
              2- Mobile no is with IRCTC as ticket has booked online.
              3- Still official site is showing that the train is on time.
              4- When I reached station come to know about delay.
              5- Official site still showing that the train is on time.
              5- Due to this negligence there is wastage of my time & I have to suffer a lot as well.
              6- Can you provide the facilities equivalent to Airport by this type of negligence.
              7- Kindly confirm the reason of this negligence and also confirm the name of concerning department/ person for this negligence.
              8- And also confirm that can I go in legal against the concerning department/person for this negligence as I simply want compensation for wastage of my time.
              9- waiting for your reply.

                Hi,

                I tried to book a ticket on jul 01 from cch to gda using ewallet however payment went successful and ticket isn’t booked.

                In such scenario i am expected to get my ewallet money to be refunded but till now neither i have received it back nor i can see it under “ticket refund history”.

                Could you please help me?

                Above is the transaction id and remaining details about this transaction.

                I have dropped a mail to "[protected]@irctc.Co.In"but no update from them and it has been 22 days that i haven't received my money back.

                Every time when i ask for an update on that mail, the only thing which i get is the auto-generated mail from them opening new ticket for this.

                My registered email id is "[protected]@gmail.com"

                Few ticket numbers with them related to this issue are:

                Please help me to get refund.

                  Booked a ticket for my parents aged 81 and 77 years from bangalore to hyderabad by rajdhani express. I was shocked to see the allocated berth. Both side upper and in different sections. I wasn't expecting this from indian railways. No where in the world you get this kind of treatment for your aged parents. Can the concerned department respond to my mail asap.

                    Hi all,

                    I booked ticket on 26th of feb 2016 from pune to badnera.
                    Train num: 11039/maharashtra exp
                    Pnr:[protected].

                    There was accident at bhusaval junction and train got diverted from the junction and it never reached badnera.
                    I traveled till bhusaval and from bhusaval i got down of the train.
                    At bhusaval junction, tt told me that he can not to any thing as the ticket is made from internet. I never get any thing from tt.

                    Now my claim is also repudiated.

                    Please process my claim asap.

                        Hi team,

                        I created ewallet on 5th july 2016 so that i can book tatkal ticket easily. But when i try to book tatkal ticket through ewallet on 8th july, i received otp but payment confirmation page was not coming up and my ticket was not generated. Due to which i have to book ticket through net banking and then i again tried to book tatkal ticket on 9th july again same thing happened. So basically my amount of two thousand is in ewallet and i am forced to use net banking. Even i try on 14th normal booking and the result was same. And i have to book tickets through net banking. And when i sent mail to irctc. They are replying otp problem has been resolved and i will receive the password now. What a pathethic service of irctc. My 2000 rs are stuck in ewallet.

                          I m travelling in 21125 train in ab1 coach on date 19/7/16. My birth is near the door. The door of the coach is not working properly. It is openingon its own due to which the cooling of the ac is not proper and also foul smell from the toilet is coming. We asked the attender and the tc to look into the matter but they all are unconcerned. Plz do the needful as soon as possible

                              I booked a ticket. whatever bank chosen, the page is very slow. i couldn't book a ticket. please quicken the process of submitting the ticket fee through net banking in IRCTC.

                                When i booked a ticket on 16-jul-2016, the ticket was not booked but the amount was deducted. Today (18-jul-2016) the ticket amount of rs.793 was refunded whereas the commission amount of rs.11.50 is not refunded.

                                When a ticket is not booked, the commission amount should also be refunded.

                                Please let me know what is the procedure to get my money back.

                                  I booked two tickets for my parents in senior citizen category on 15/07/2016 in unchahar from on to delhi. When train was about to reach old delhi then at outer of station 4 to 5 suspected men came into 2nd a. C. Coach and asked my parents and another fellow lady passenger to help them in bringing luggage from seat to nearest door. They gathered there and covered all the luggage in between them. When my parents tell them to show th luggage they tried to throw the luggage from train near the outer bridge but somehow my father and mother with the help of another fellow sardarji traveller managed to fail them in their attempt. Immediately they ran away and jumped from the running train. My parents managed to avoid this mishappening today morning and reached home safely. Another important point to be noted here is that neither the attendant/tc nor the railway police was present in the coach during this 40 to 45 minutes period. This is big concern i request you for immediate action in this regard as those guys may try to repeat this in future.

                                      Never ever book your ticket with irctc.

                                      I have booked ticket with irctc, i suppose to travel on 4tht july 2016, but on that day in morning around 10am i got txt msg on my mobile its say train is cancelled so same time i have check my pnr stats on my mobile and shows train is cancel.
                                      After that i went to railway station to conform train is cancel or not so also they told me train is cancel.
                                      So i have arrange something else to get my destination and on the way i have email to irctc about cancellation of my ticket. So they reply me "on our system train is not cancel". Because train was delay about 5hr from its actual depart.
                                      I have shows all proof that i have save on my mobile phone. Still they don't wan't to believe, then i have a send them all pic. After that they have filled tdr for me.
                                      Now it's about refund so they email me:

                                      We would like to pass one information that if you face any problem in e-tickets like cancellation & online *tdr* filing then you have to send mail to [protected]@irctc.Co.In from registered e-mail id and apart from these query *for booking related general queries like refund, ers, online booking etc. *please send mail to [protected]@irctc.Co.In. Only

                                      We hope from the next time you will follow the same.

                                      As per the policy framed by railway board, refund is processed by the
                                      Zonal railway under whose jurisdiction station of the train falls. Irctc
                                      Only provides access to railway passenger reservation system through its
                                      Erver and internet connectivity to book the ticket through it.

                                        Reservation was done on 15 Jul 2016 by using credit card HDFC. amount of rs, 1456 was cut but ticket not generated. second time ticket was issued and rs. 1456 was deducted. ref; IRCTC 11779.
                                        pl. make my first transaction refunded back to my credit card.
