There must be a transference in berth status (Available) while booking ticket especially when tickets are available within hundred.
Through this pnr i have booked ticket for six person out of which two senior citizen and two person more than fifty age. Basically i was tried to book with condition to have lower berth, not available. Then i thought if i get any two middle berth also we can adjust to travel at least, out of sixty five available berths and i have booked the tickets, finally i got all the ticket in upper and side upper berth status.
Due to this ticket status and i have cancelled all the tickets there is no other way either. Almost 80 per cent of money deducted against the ticket cost and rest refunded to my account.
The problem is that if the berth status should have shown in the system (On count basis) i would have not even try to book the ticket. Now i lost my 80 per cent of money due to this effort.
Kindly enhance the system to show the berth status (Availability) in the page while booking the ticket.

    I booked ticket on 27.6.2016 at about 10 am, one sleeper class ticket from Hyderabad to Mumbai in Hussain sagar express in the name of B Sudarsanamu, age 52 and Date of journey is 17.8.2016. Amount of fare Rs 448 is debited to my ICICI credit card account 4xxx1003 but till date the ticket details are not appearing in Booked ticket history. Pl update my ticket details in Booking history.
    In case my transaction is not successful, inform me immediately so that I can book one more ticket.

      This is to inform you that i booked train ticket from agra to nizzamuddin for 13th june 2016 for 5 individuals which was rac at the time of booking later on it was confirmed. When we went to railway station we got the information from t. T. E. That the train is 5 hours late and we boarded another train after 4 pm. Though the train was late i filed tdr before boardin another train. And after some time, i recieved email from railways that the tdr was repudiate with the reason train was late only 32 minutes how ever we boarded another train after 4:00 pm till that time trains was not there. Request you please check with the concern department

      i received call from irctc from number [protected], and they said are ready to transfer amount in my credit card and they were asking for credit card details and they tried to make transaction of 9000 but it got decline as i gave them wrong information and i asked them it is confidential information i cannot share with them but they insisted me to share the same, they were very rude and i have the recording of the same .

        Hi Team,

        I have seen weird behavior of irctc.co.in after 5 years o[censored]sing irctc account. After I logged in to irctc.co.in, It says "Bookings are not allowed as your account has been suspended." I called to irctc customer care and asked for re-activating my account. they said it have been blocked forever because of fraudulent activity. I am amazed hearing that since I am not sure what fraud activity I have done. Now they said I have to create new account with new mobile number and new email ID. Seriously horrible process that to get the irctc account I have to change my mobile number, that is really worst process ever I have seen.

            Respected sir,

            I am here to register complain regarding irctc as they have cheated customers.

            I have done reservation from bhopal to anuppur at amarkantak express of date 05/07/16 of pnr [protected]. I have selected lower birth seat and also marked the option that book only if specified seat allowed, but after payment processing they have allowed me upper birth, this happens previously many times also.

            Help me to get the respective seat and also take strict action against irctc that they are cheating customer and charge them .

                1. Refer to my pnr no [protected] (Train no - 12840) booked on 26 jun 16 using irctc through net banking.
                2 during payment option first i did payment through sbi netbanking after complition of transction, irctc side shows it was not completed so choose other option, so i did payment through hdfc net banking and transaction was completed and ticket was booked.
                3. After booking i have received sms from sbi regarding deduction of charge for irctc ticket booking. (Reference of on line transcation with hdfc and sbi with reference no is attached herewith)

                    I wish to inform you about cancelled my ticket on journey date[protected], pnr no [protected] (From ngp - sc). I cancelled & tried to file tdr, & file it approx 7.00 hrs.0n 9 june, whereas the departure scheduled of train no 12792, is 11.50 hrs on 9 june 2016.

                    Rest of rules, i dont no, but as a middle family indian i urged you, that this is not good & acceptable, that a person not travelled and also cancelled their ticket (Due to personel health reson) & tried to file tdr. & also journied by telangana exp (Ngp to sc). Different train on same date, which departure time is before 2 hrs from previous train.

                    By this message i want to send my view to indian railway, that present ticket refund rule is not good & also we can say it is "loot" yojana made by railway to middle man & poor people of country.

                        It is a normal ticket and not a tatkal ticket

                        I cancelled my ticket and only 50% of the amount got refunded why is that ?
                        I paid 390 and only rupees 180 was refunded why?
                        Since it is not a tatkal ticket
                        I should get atleast 80 percent of my money
                        Why is railway deducting so much

                          On February 26th 2016, the train was terminated short of the destination. There is still no reply from IRCTC reagarding my TDR. I am not able to see the TDR history on the irctc site as they have updated the site and not kept the old data.

                          its been 4 months now and there are no communications regarding this.

                            On 21st June 2016, at 9.00 am, At Baroda station on platform No.3 I have purchased 2 cups of Nescafe delivered by machine. He charged Rs. 10 per cup which was half in quantity and also charged Rs. 20/- for bottle of Railneer bottle. His behaved very rudely.                                   I have booked online ticket under PNR [protected], Due to train running late more than 3 hours i have filed the TDR. The status showing CR Register however doesnt understand the meaning of the same and no refund yet.
                                  In Anther case i have filed TDR for PNR [protected] wherein the status showing as EDR updated however i ahve not received any mail to know the refund status or whether claim rejected.

                                    Dear Sir,
                                    I wish to highlight that, my IRCTC account has been suspended for no valid reason or prior notice or intimation.
                                    When contacted Customer Care it was learned that account has been suspended for fraudulent activities.
                                    But i assure that no such activities were carried using my account.
                                    My account has been used only by me for booking e-ticket of me and my relatives..
                                    Not only mine but my fathers account has also been terminated on the same grounds.
                                    Now customer care says i need to re--register with new email id and new mobile number.
                                    I cannot afford to have new number.

                                    After two subsequent follow ups IRCTC is not at all bothered to give response

                                      I have booked ticket from new delhi to cuttack by rajdhani dated 13.6.16 (Pnr [protected]) throgh credit card. It was wait listed ticket and not confirmed so ticket auto cancelled and refund credited rs 7035 against booking amount rs7230+ charges (7426.61). After that i booked tatkal wait listed ticket for new delhi to bhubneshwar (Pnr no-[protected]) through credit card. Ticket again not confirmed and amountrs 9360 credited in my account against payment of rs 9799.73 (Rs 9555+charges). I want to know - if ticket auto cancelled due to non confirmation then why so much charges deducted from booking amount. If you can not provide service then what charges levied. Is this not government sponsered loot?. Irctc should denied if ticket is not available and not cut the customer pocket. I strongly oppose the system.In case of auto cancellation full amount should be refunded.

                                        I had booked an e-ticket from allahabad to cnb on april12, 2016.
                                        My pnr : [protected]

                                        Ince i did not take the hard copy of the same and now i have to submit the ticket in my office, i am unable to print the same because these have been deleted from my irctc account my transaction page keeps on showing "no history found".
                                        Please help me in this regard
