Hi team,
This is regarding the pnr number [protected], i booked a tatkal ticket from ncj to tbm for the journey date 22-may-2016 with the reference of the transaction number [protected] with the total amount of 527.9 rupees + transaction fee of 9.50 rupees through my credit card. The ticket was in wl76 after the chart preparation, so the ticket has been auto-cancelled and i got the refund of 445 rupees per the below mail. I want the justification, if the tatkal ticket is in waiting list and auto cancelled means, we would get the whole amount right? Kindly refund my whole amount spent for this tatkal ticket to my account. Kindly do the needful. Thanks
