There are so many transaction in my respective bank account without getting e-ticket. At the time of booking all details are fulfilled but there are no any ticket confirm or waiting not recieved by me, but irctc charges deducted what's going on! I am not understanding.
In this regard please do needful as soon as possible, we are facing a lot of problems for that activity....

My irctc ID is vishnunk23.

I have tried to book train ticket from shornoor to trivandum on 7th may 2016.
For the first time try, 714 rupees was deduced and ticket was not booked. I got transaction ID and I believe it will going to be refunded. But for the second attempt, 374 rupees was deduced and no transaction ID was provided and can not find any further action for refunding my money....

I had filed a tdr against train cancellation on 20 feb 2016 as train got cancelled due to jat akrakshan.

I had boarded the train from delhi cant. There was an official announcement at gurgaon station that the train is cancelled. After returning home i filed the tdr near about 1 pm. But at the timing of filing i was not able to select option that train cancelled so i choose option that train is late...

24×7 helpline service number [protected] is not responding even after repeated calls around 20 times. Every time after ringing bell, it says "called subscriber is busy" and then call disconnects.In any emergency situation, during ehich we need assistance or help, these customer care call service must be active if it is declared to be 24×7. Please help by giving another number on which consumer...

My pnr no. Is [protected] boarding from ujjain ticket booked from mysore to jaipur train no. 12975. Door is not working oil is leaking and getting split over mine berth no. 64. Attendent not giving bedsheet we boarded from station at 21:30 hrs on 8th may 2016 and till this time bedsheets are not provided its near about 23:30 hrs. Cleaniness is pathetic....

I had booked a ticket to coimbatore from aluva. The amount was deducted from my bank but the booking is not confirmed and irctc gives a transaction failed message. I want the ticket to be booked at the earliest as it is a train ticket for wednesday. Booking transaction id

The Pantry car service is very horrible. They provide inferior quality food and charge excess right from tea to any type of food supplied in the train berth. Worst is IRCTC food chain. They charge more and if asked for food bill, do not supply . Complainig to IRCTC has no remedy as they do not bother to enquire. One gentleman has rightly written - the panrty car fellow replied " go and complaint- my boss keep Prabhu (Rly Min) in his pocket"...

It was the incident in which the irtc fails to gave proper information to consumer and consumer are goes in big problem through irtc mistake.

I had booked ticket in waiting for valsad to nizamudin on 2a class. They total are 8 tickets of waiting in which 3 are confirmed and 3 are in waiting list and 2 are canceled without any msg or notification. So that is the problem without any information...

I have filed tdr reason for tdr: train late more than three hours and passenger not traveled. By cancellation id [protected], pnr no [protected], dt. 24-jan-2016 17:39:29 hrs. But till date no action taken. Still there are status shown "cr registered" in my login id. Its already three months late. Please look into the meter and asked to railway zone for refund amount into my account. Refund amount rs 2590. Please make fast refund process...

I booked ticket by using irctc site while booking I forgot to change the gender 'Female' in place of 'Male'.

Booked a tour of bharat darshan (nzbd168) for a group of four with tour confirmation id: [protected] & [protected] for an amount of rs43, 160. But the tour was cancelled by irctc on 23/04/2016. But no refund has been done till date (7/05/2016). On query with the care no proper reply is being given even after 16days. As being senior citizen it is very difficult to cope up the irresponsible behavior of irctc . It is a harassment at this age....

I have booked the ticket from coimbatore to chennai in tatkal through online.And my train ticket is in waiting status and not yet confirm.So I have canceled the train ticket.Still I have not received the money from IRCTC.Now they deducted 8.28 rupees without any notification.

This is regarding tdr case generated on 02/01/2016 for the "party partially confirmed/waitlisted and all passengers did not travel" for pnr number - [protected] with tdr generated reference number - [protected] even after continuous follow up refund is not processed. As per communication from customer care tdr case suppose to completed within 90 days of its filling. Also given calls several times to chief zonal officer which was received...

I cancelled my two ticket on date 11.04.2016 and it was conveyed to refund rs 2080.00 on each, and was also told to credit in account within 7 days. After 15 days i called to irctc helpline no. And it was told me to send a mail regarding my problem on their complaint mail id with my bank account statement.
I did the same but i got no reply. Again i called to irctc helpline no. And it was again asked me to send complete...

Sbi irctc credit card is not allowing me to redeem my points in irctc. There is no such option in payment gateway to select pay by rewards as mentioned by sbi in their faq's section of irctc sbi card. I am in touch with the customer service department and have written many emails to them but they are not resolving this issue but again and again giving new complaint numbers.

Dear sir, My IRCTC user account disabled saying wrong password/user name but i am 100% sure i have given the correct credentials however it is disabled and could not even recover the account through reset password. Hence I am requesting to remove my Mobile no from IRCTC database so that I can signup for with new user account.
