This is in reference to tdr request for refund against pnr number [protected] for reason "party could not cancel because chart prepared at originating or previous remote location", with reference no :[protected] filed on 1st jan 2016. From the last 5 months, the tdr history was showing cr registered against this tdr and nothing was done. Recently when i again checked the status, much to my surprise, the tdr history data is not showing this entry. I have not been intimated about this tdr ever since i have filed the tdr. I have just received 2 auto generated mails on my email id "[protected]@yahoo.Co.In" dated 1st jan 2016 and 8th jan 2016 saying that your tdr request has been forwarded to the chief commercial manager/refunds null to process refund through enhanced coaching refund system of indian railways (Ecrs) under the present commercial rules. Can you please let me know what is taking too long to process a simple tdr request? Is the railway waiting for the passengers to forget about their tdr request by removing it from tdr history and then banking on their hard earned money? Please look into the matter asap.

If we click the "Update Profile" in "My Profile" menu system asks for the password. After entering the password system again asking to for the relogin page. refer the attached screen shot
