I had booked a ticket from lucknow(lko) to varanasi(BSB) on[protected].the date of journey was on[protected] PNR no.-[protected] transaction id-[protected].The passenger did not travel as the train was diverted from its original route.Therefore i had filed a TDR to get back my money but the TDR has been rejected .please look into the matter.thank you...

I had one of nightmarish journey in doon exp. No good food, no pantry car, and cheating food suppliers in train in collaboration with coach attendants. Plz do something about this....

I would like to bring to your notice that due to negligence in cleanliness in indian railways, i have suffered a huge loss of more than 5000/- . All my clothes and other valuables got torn by rats, and this is because of bad housekeeping by IRCTC. I request IRCTC to think about this and compensate against my damages. Your quick response will be highly appreciated.

I booked irctc ticket online from secunderabad to vijayawada sleeper class. When i cancelled the ticket i got 105/- as refund but the original amount i is paid is 225, that means more than 50% of the money is cut down.Why you people are taking the middle class people money like that? Please change the refund policy to cut less amount from our pockets.

But they are just telling you will get the refund but we cannot tell you the exact date.

Us din unfortunately rajpura se train cancel hogaya station main train cancel allotment hogaya maine railway me call kiya wasa se mujhe bataya gaya train cancel hogaya apko pura refund milega irctc me maine t.d.r bhi kiya lekin abhi mujhe mail aaya tdr cancel hogaya refund nehi milega...

As during tatkal hours, few tickets were available in tatkal kota till the time of payment... but as soon as the payment was done..it came out waiting list..

also duranto reached late to jhansi on 26 january 2016 because of which i missed jhansi lucknow intercity. i filed TDR...

We, 2 people were traveling from Mumbai to Surat on 02/02/2016.
We got our ticket booked in BDTS SURAT EXPRESS, 12935 in First Class.
The seats alloted after booking tickets were FC2/25 & FC2/26, but during the journey we were given seats in general coach. The TC on questioning replied that there was only one coach of FIRST CLASS and there was no second coach.
Why do we need to pay for first class when we have to travel...

Hello Team,
Today ( 04/03/2016) I tried to book tatkal tickets and I'm not agent and I not booked for someone.
I went to payment page through my net banking and when I click on confirm it directed me to log out page.
And again login and booked my ticket and I'm in waiting list CKWL 77.
Why it navigated me to logout page.
Why I need to money for this type of faults ?
Railways can't its only few...

I tried booking a ticket through paytm for irctc on 25 feb. The payment was succsefull from paytm but the ticket didnt get booked. I contacted irctc. They said amount will be refunded but has not been yet. I keep sending mails but nobody responds....

This compliant is with reference to one of the rules that is being followed in IRCTC for the Waiting List category of E-tickets and the cancellation charges for automatic cancellation.

When a consumer's E-Ticket booked in IRCTC for a travel in a scheduled train is happened to be on waiting list category at the time of booking and if it status is 'Waiting List' at the time of chart preparation,...
