When the username and password has been saved in the auto-fill settings, the Year in the Card Expiry date field and CVV number field gets auto filled with the username and password respectively. I have faced this issue everytime a ticket has been booked.

Recently I have booked tatkal tickets for my parents with PNR number:[protected]. I have preferred Lower Berth(LB) for both of my parents, but the confirmation was done for Upper berth(UB) and Side upper(SU). My parents have severe knee ache and they cannot travel in upper berths. On 21st February 2016 around 9pm we saw a chart on the irctc site stating the cancelled trains on the 22nd February and it said our train 12650/KTK SMPRK K EXPRESS at departure time 6:40 am from NDLS to JHS was cancelled. Just for confirmation we checked the list for the last time at 1:45 am on 22nd February and again saw our train to be cancelled.

But in the morning around 8 am when we saw the train...

We are travelling in Train No.12471 Swaraj Express Coach No.S6 Birth No.9 and 10. We ordered for lunch food for persons, the vaitor of pantry car supplied us meal without water.
Please take it for action....

As Details given below, Booked tickets on the below mentioned date and on next day of the ticket booking extra money as commision was decucted from my SBI account without my authorization.. kindly do the nedful to prevent any such incidences in future and to return my unnecessarily deducted money.

I booked an e-ticket from NZM to Pune for train 04417 NZM-PUNE special. The tain starts from NZM at 5.15 am. However, due to change of plans i wanted to cancel my booking and saw on the IRCTC that the chart has been prepared 6 hours before departure as against 4 hours. Due to this, i had to file a TDR at 22:54 the previous day. The refund has still not been credited in my account.

I got booked 2 tickets of Air India from Allahabad to Mumbai for 29.09.1915.Then I got 1 ticket of Mukund Prasad Bajpayee cancelled on 27.09.1915. Pnr Z5BM5 was told as cancelled.Since then no refund is given.Many letters were written to irctc but in responce they ask to bear till verification from Air India is received.I wonder that verification could not come in about 5 months.

I had filed TDR on 19.11.2015. Money has still not been refunded.

I have booked 4 tickets from Hyderabad Deccan to Visakhapatnam on 10.02.2016 from Tatkal quota. date of journey: 11.02.2016, Out of which, only 1 ticket got confirmed. three were in waiting list. I have been using my IRCTC account without any problem but past few days ( after 12th Feb 2016) my account suddenly displayed "account is disabled", due to this i was unable to cancel few tickets. I have boarded train 12792 on 23 Feb 2016. In coach S12 we are being charged 100 rupees for veg meal where as veg meal price as per irctc menu is 50 rupees only. Please take appropriate action on responsible person/authority....

I have a reservation in train no - 12416, for which i have received a message from DM-IRSMSA just 2:30 hrs before the actual departure of train, that train no 12416 has been cancelled due to some unavoidable circumstances, just after that i confirmed the same on NTES which also shows the same status, but train is departed from the station after some hours without any intimation, finally i miss the train and not received...
