Dear Sir/Ma'am.
My friend, Nitin Sachdeva booked e-ticket from IRCTC for Karnataka Express, from New Delhi to Manmad, Date Of Journey was 21-02-16. He got a message from IRCTC at 5:30 PM on journey date, that the train got cancelled. Same status was reflecting at NTES website. (Screenshots of message available with complainant).
As per IRCTC rules when train get cancelled on administrative ground passenger is liable for refund and concerned passenger get refund automatically on his registered account associated with IRCTC login ID.
Details of passenger and ticket details are as under:

But no refund done by IRCTC even after about 23 days of cancellation of train, i.e. till date. Despite frequent reminders to them.
Request you to pls take necessary action in this regard so that I get my refund ASAP.

Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
The food served was the worst i have ever tasted. I donit think a beggar would eat such food. and the charge taken was superb. The dal served was nothing but just a colored water and the chapati needed to be chewed by an animal with big teeth. and when i visited the chicken it was stinking and cockroaches were sitting on food, the cooks wearing dirty clothes and no cleanliness, not hygine at all.
the boggy was of three tier a/c but it was stinking and the it was old boggy manfuatured of 2008 and the sponge on the birth was as good as wood, bathroom was stinking, I dont think that the bathroom was every renovated after the manufacturing of coach.
