Reservation agitation at haryana. I had received an sms from the railway authorities 4 hours before the
Train was scheduled to depart, saying that the train has been cancelled. I even have a screenshot of
The same and now you people are saying that train was restored and running, it is impossible as there
Were no information regarding the restoration of train. Ok suppose, if train was restored then your
Authority should have sent the sms or any information which was not available anywhere.
I have repeatedly contacted the concerned authorities at irctc at the email id [protected]@irctc.Co.In and
[protected]@irctc.Co.In. They are saying that there is no record which shows this train has been
Cancelled. This is impossible as i have proof which shows the railways has cancelled this train. I have
Sent the screenshot of this message more than once to the above email ids. However there is no response
Whatsoever.
This entire matter reflects really bad on the competency of the ministry of railways and the government
Of india. I have raised the same on social media platforms.
I request you to please look into this matter and see that i receive the refund of my ticket for pnr
