website not working

IRCTC website doesn't work properly. Many times there is problem in signing in. Also it says many times that the connection has timed out even after doing it very fast. It displays 'the connection has timed out' every time after clicking on option 'make payment'. It becomes very irritating to fill all the details again and again due to this IRCTC....

TDR filed - Reason is 'passenger not traveled'

Hello IRCTC, I filed a TDR for my ticket - PNR [protected]. My reason is 'passenger not traveled' but after filing when I checked the reason has changed to 'party partially traveled'. The train has not even departed yet. And I filed this TDR 2 hours before departure timing. Please let me know how to go about this and how soon will I get my refund as I am not traveling on this ticket at all today....

Hello, My father booked an IRCTC ticket via a travel agent. The first attachment is the softcopy of the ticket sent by him to me. Once I checked the PNR generated on the indianrail.gov.in website, it popped up with a message that " FLUSHED PNR / PNR NOT YET GENERATED" .
