Sir, I have booked in Tatkal and traveled from Namakkal to Chennai Central by Palani Exp Train No.22652 on[protected] Ticket No.58426020 PNR No.[protected] and I forgot to carry original ID proof which proof was submitted at booking counter. Needed Refund for Failed Transanction Id-100000128726916

Hi, On december 3, 2014 I booked a ticket for 2 passenger for super ACExpress Train Name:12624/CHENNAI MAIL and I made an payment through HDFC netbanking. Later on When I checked PNR status understood that ticket is not booked. Some transaction failure occured. I dont know how it happened, Even amount from my account was deducted around 2500. ticket amount debited without ticket

I was booking my ticket throgh irctc e-ticket at last i make payment vai sbi debitcard ticket amount Rs 1878.72 on POS2002 at IRCTC txn#[protected]at 6.59 pm on 10_12 201. debited from my account. But the ticket was not shown only debit massage given by the bank .Kindly check the same and return back the debited amount...

Transaction rejected status after amount debit
