    Hello IRCTC, I filed a TDR for my ticket - PNR [protected]. My reason is 'passenger not traveled' but after filing when I checked the reason has changed to 'party partially traveled'. The train has not even departed yet. And I filed this TDR 2 hours before departure timing. Please let me know how to go about this and how soon will I get my refund as I am not traveling on this ticket at all today.

          I have booked my ticket vide IRCTC User ID - sug1502 Booking date [protected] Transaction ID: [protected] ticket details Passenger: Giri Pallavi /Age 21/Female PNR Number: [protected] Train : 12897 PDY- BBS Express Journey date[protected] Quota Tatkal. But the train was cancelled due to HUDHUD cyclone i suffered lot, any how i came VSKP by next day by another train. Due to Power cut and non availability of net near about 15 days at VSKP i could not cancel my ticekt or frame the TDR within the schedule time. after restoration of the power and net i was applied for cancellation through IRCTC in response to my message IRCTC given one ID for further correspondence i.e. [ IRCTC#545209] but till date there is no response or refund of my amount. As i am a student kindly request you to please consider my grievance and arrange for payment of my refund amount. with lots of hope and expect no further my again any plea you will take necessary action

            While booking tatkal ticket through IRCTC I encountered an error "You are permitted only two ticket between 10 AM to 12 PM as per the IP address". I am a normal user of IRCTC & I haven't booked any tickets (normal or tatkal) in the past 15 days. I tried booking tatkal on very first attempt. Few days earlier also I have faced such issues that is something which is really unacceptable. I generally use my personal handset to book tatkal ticket. Log in ID : AKJMEHTA Kindly resolve this issue on priority.

              Dear Sir/Madam, Please find the following details which is not following properly in YESHWANTPUR RAILWAY STATION & they are cheating customers during leaving their vehicles in parking area., 1. Demanding extra charges while recieving the vehicles after parking, 2. Parking reciept not provide while recieving vehicle. 3. Parking charges notice board / display board not mention in all the location. 4.                 No PNR generated of a booked ticket.

                Hello, My father booked an IRCTC ticket via a travel agent. The first attachment is the softcopy of the ticket sent by him to me. Once I checked the PNR generated on the indianrail.gov.in website, it popped up with a message that " FLUSHED PNR / PNR NOT YET GENERATED" . The screen shot of the message is also attached with the mail. Please look into this and inform what can be done regarding this. Regards, Vineet Pandey....

                while booking tickets online the transaction got hanged after 3D pin secure id submitted amt debited from ICICI Bank Credit card through transaction authorisation number 699650 on 18.12.2014 for the value 191.24 ticket booked from madurai to chennai Ticket PNR number not generated and the amount got debited from my credit card to IRCTC pl look into this and get my amt credited back to my credit card

                While booking online transaction handed after submitted ATM debited from SBI bank credit card through transaction authorisation number #1445554 on 18/12/2014 at 15;41 for the value rs 522 ticket booked dindugul to vridhachalam ticket PNR number not generated and amount not debited from my credit card to irctc please look into this and get my amount credited back to my credit card

                    On 18 December-2014 morning @ 10.00AM, we had Login our IRCTC account for Tatkal Ticket Booking from Patna to Ahmedabad in Azimabad Exp. After feeding all details, while booking the message appears "YOU ARE PERMITTED ONLY 2 TATKAL TICKETS BETWEEN 10AM TO 12 PM PER IP ADDRESS" Whereas we have not booked any tickets from my IP address. There is no transparency in Indian Railways. Finally we didn't got tickets. Within 2-3 minutes after opening of tatkal booking all tickets has been sold out. How it is possible? Krishna

                    Hello,
                    My friend was also facing similar problem, but finally we found that problem is with ISP (Internet service provider). All the homes in our apartment, who are taken same ISP were given same IP. Usually this will happen with Local ISP. With Airtel, BSNL, Hathway etc, this problem will not occur.
                    I dont know what is the problem in your case, but after changing ISP, my friend's problem is solved

                            I had booked my season ticket for first class from Kalyan to Dadar on 17 Oct, 2014, as per following details: Name: Richa Sarode Ticket valid from 21 Oct 14 ID card no. 94JSAK105A STR No. : 9588B3I002 I have not received my pass till date. I have been constantly following up with irctc, and the email is just forwarded to the courier agency and there has not been any action till date. I even requested irctc to issue a duplicate pass, but the same was also not heard. I have been travelling with print out of ‘booking history’ from my irctc account and the email communication. Today it was very humiliating for me, when ticket checker asked me for the ticket and I showed her above documents. She still took me to Dadar office and the officers there were asking me only that what action I took if I did not receive my pass till date. It was too insulting for me despite of the fact that I have paid for my travel in advance to Indian railways. I am so embarrassed to take the same train tomorrow morning as all the passengers saw this, and would have thought as if I have been travelling without ticket all these days.

                                    Dear sir/madam, <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> This is with reference to the cancellation of e-ticket, As per the IRCTC rules there should have been a deduction of Rs. 90 if the cancelation is done in more than 24 hours for 3Tire AC. But instead 25 % of the charge was deducted when the ticket was cancelled even when the cancellation was done less than 24 hrs. Details of the ticket is as follows: Name: Arpita Biswas Age: 28 yrs. PNR: [protected] Train : Amravati Express (18048) Below mentioned is the clause for Refund policy- Cancellation before Chart Preparation:-All refund will be processed as per Extant Railway Rules: Cancellation Charges:-The amount deducted is based on the time of cancellation and the status of your ticket. Detailed explanations are given below:-For cancellation of confirmed tickets more than one day in advance of the scheduled departure of the train, excluding the date of journey, the minimum cancellation charges based on the class of travel as follows:-Flat Cancellation charges per passengerClass of your ticketRs.120/-AC First/Executive ClassRs.100/-First Class/AC 2 TierRs.90/-AC Chair Car/AC 3Tier/AC 3 EconomyRs.60/-Sleeper ClassRs.30/-Second Class For cancellation of confirmed tickets less than 24 hrs and upto four hours before the scheduled departure of the train, the cancellation charges will be 25% of the total fare paid by you, subject to flat minimum cancellation charges for each class.For cancellation of confirmed tickets less than four hours before the scheduled departure of the train and upto the prescribed time limits as mentioned below, after actual departure of the train, the cancellation charges will be 50% of the fare paid by you, subject to flat minimum cancellation charges for each class.

                                      Soon after filing the complaint I got a call from mobile no [protected] asking me to furnish the details of my Debit /ATM card so that I can get the refund as per complaint within 24 hrs. I denied to furnish the same and was told that money cant be refunded without furnishing the ATM detail.(call at around 0855PM). Again at 0933 PM I received a call from the mob no [protected] pretending to be Senior Officer of TRCTC insisted me to furnish the same and letter on started threatning me about knowing my bank account details through my PNR no. He started abusing me fornot giving details of ATM. It was really disgusting. Please look in to matters as many of customers like us might have been cheated in past and must be going to be cheated in future.
