i had been booking my e-ticket for 2 pax via state bank net banking transation ref no. IG00HRCMY0 for Rs.4012.47 on 11/12/2014 01:43:34 ..My account has been debited successfully but my ticked is not booked and i didnt even get PNR no...my transaction id of e-ticket is [protected] .my date of journey is 04/01/2015 from howrah to nagpur .i want refund asap..

    Hi, On december 3, 2014 I booked a ticket for 2 passenger for super ACExpress Train Name:12624/CHENNAI MAIL and I made an payment through HDFC netbanking. Later on When I checked PNR status understood that ticket is not booked. Some transaction failure occured. I dont know how it happened, Even amount from my account was deducted around 2500. So I waited for refund for 1 week, still my amount didnt got refunded. So please do necessary steps to rectify problem

        I was booking my ticket throgh irctc e-ticket at last i make payment vai sbi debitcard ticket amount Rs 1878.72 on POS2002 at IRCTC txn#[protected]at 6.59 pm on 10_12 201. debited from my account. But the ticket was not shown only debit massage given by the bank .Kindly check the same and return back the debited amount

          On Dec-10'2014, I was trying to book 2 tickets online(irctc) and in the middle, the payment was successfully carried out (debiting 612 rs. with netbanking -sbi) but when it returned to the irctc site, it showed message like "Rejected from Bank [Transaction Id: [protected]] You can choose another payment option and try again" (refer attached image) I checked my online account and found like amount has been debited as I received an sms too. What should I do?

              Dear Sir, I am Suraj Kumar, PNR No. - [protected] Train No. - 12450 Boarding NZM to PNVL, When Departed from Nizammudding Station, Pantry Service People, They were sell Tea and Breakfast food and charged Tea for Rs. 10, Breakfast Non Veg - Rs. 50, and Lunch - Rs 120/150 (Veg/Non Veg - 3Chapati, Some Rice, Dal, paneer Subzi / Chicken 1 Pcs, Veg - 3Chapati, Some Rice, Dal) They were charged every pasenger in the Train.                   Dear Sir, Referring to the subject mentioned above, I have to state that I have not received the full amount; I am entitled to despite filling TDS on time. I had spoken to IRCTC’s customer care on several occasions and they assured that amount will be credited by IRCTC directly to the account number but nothing have been done so far from IRCTC. I am entitled to know that under what circumstances the IRCTC have not refunded my amount of the PNR number ([protected], [protected] and [protected]) mentioned above.                       I have done the booking from indb to gdya on 13th november for travel on 17th november 2014 by panchvely express. Ticket status shows cannot be booked.But the unnecessary deduction of money can be taken in my account.Details of amount deducted for a purchase worth rs1271.94 at irctc txn# [protected] on 13th november. Resolve this issue and credit the amount back to my union bank of india debit card account.

                          Hi, This regarding Misbehavior of TT to lady senior citizen for corruption. My Mom name Sumitra Goni was traveling from Bangalore to Alnavar in Rani chanamma exp on date 6th Dec 2014. I have book the online Tatkal ticket and mentioned ID proof as Adhar, However Mom due to hurry Mom got ORIGINAL VOTER ID CARD for proof. TT called Annop abused for not having Adhar and mentally harassed till midnight 3 o clock and try to drag her out of the train. Also called railway police on the issue but they left without any comment. When I try to convenience him over phone he abused me with vulgar words and challenged me that how your mom will reach Alnavar. As per the Law Passenger can carry any original ID proof. Kindly take up this issue and suspend the TT. We talk about women safety but in this scenario I don’t see any safety or respect given to our government SERVENTS. Ticket Details.                               Greetings, I filed a TDR on 29th May 2012 and after repeatedly mailing them they are giving following reply: Dear Customer, With Reference to your PNR No:[protected], we regret to inform you that refund is not admissible as informed by Railways through their letter no : CSE050612V03299 and the reason being : 'Claim can’t be finalized as old Records NOT available' In case you require any further assistance, please mail us at [protected]@irctc.co.in With regards, TDR TEAM This is not a single case. I have made some more TDRs in the same year ie., 2012 and still I am waiting for the refund amount. I have the documents which showed I didnot travelled on those trains but Indian Railways didnot reply those letters which were continuously forwarded by IRCTC. The TDRs applied are as follows: S# Transaction Id. PNR Number. TDR Entry Date 1 [protected] [protected] 30-Oct-2012 2 [protected] [protected] 29-May-2012 3 [protected] [protected] 22-Jul-2012 4 [protected] [protected] 11-Oct-2012 I wrote a mail to a greivance cell but they forwarded the same to concern people but no action till date.                                 Recently we visited Tirupati Temple by train and on our return trip we came by Train Name: 'Vivek MAQ Express' Train No: 22851 Class: Sleeper. But to our shock, the coach was already full with Youths and People of Northern States, they were occupying the whole reserved compartment although they did not have any reserved or general tickets. There was no TTR or Railway Crews to pour our grievances. Showing our reserved tickets we managed to get two sleeper seats for our 7 members. The students and boys around 80 numbers were inside the single reserved sleeper coach and they didnot even respond to reserved passengers. This as raised an important question as to whether we should reserve railway tickets for our journey or we may choose bus or other mode of transport ? Usually on recent various train trips, no TTR was seen in our entire journey time. The youths were sitting all over the coach, particularly near the entrance of the toilet which made embarassing for women in the compartment. The ladies inside the compartment were not able to attend natures call due to the presence of boys so near to the toilet throughout the journey. In Future, TTRs should be recruited at the earliest to avoid loss of revenue occuring due to prevalance of passengers without tickets. The Railway authorities should ensure that every passenger getting down from a train has a ticket.

                                  Dear Sir, I had booked tickets for travel to visakhapatnam. Trains were cancelled because of the Hudhud cyclone.We took alternate transport and reached visakhapatnam. I was not able to cancel the tickets due to unavailability of internet in that area. I sent an email to IRCTC to cancel the tickets and refund the amount. i received confirmation email saying that the email is forwarded for further action. But since then have received no reply.I also called the customer care number several times. They said refund would happen by end of October. I called them again in 1st week of November. They say it would take more time. i would hereby request irctc to please review the below details and refund the amount at the earliest.                                         Hi, I booked a ticket from Dhanbad to New Delhi my PNR number is [protected], DOJ 9th Nov. Out of two tickets only one was confirmed after chart preparation so I filed a TDR for waiting list ticket. I filed TDR two hours prior to the Journey and the IRCTC system allowed me to do that without giving any warning message. Now I received email from them "With reference to refund against PNR Number [protected] with reason After Charting No Room Provided., it is advised that Railway has introduced Enhanced Coaching Refund System (ECRS), through which e- ticket refund cases against which TDRs are filed are directly registered and transferred to the concerned Chief Commercial Manager/Refunds. Your refund was dealt and regretted by Chief Commercial Manager/Refunds NR under case No. [protected] with reason, Failed to collect TDR/TTE Certificate/GC .". I have two complaints 1) I lost INR1800 without even traveling. 2) If I was following a wrong procedure why I was not given a warning and why system didn't give me an error message. Whenever we try to print a ticket it is clearly mentioned that any un-confirmed ticket won't be considered valid. So how IRCTC don't refund my money. This is the way system of this country loot people. They keep a grey area so that they can make a illegal money. Thanks Pranay
