I am Jayshree Desai. On 28th November, 2014 I boarded train no. 12293 from Lokmanya Tilak Terminus from Mumbai to Allahabad. Travelling with me was a group of 18 other women. Since the time we sat to this morning while I lodge this complaint, the toilet facilities in our compartment are not working. Reason given- water is not there. We approached the TC - G.K. Retiring Room

Dear Sir/Mam, As per your policy, if E-ticket is not confirmed than the ticket amount by deducting some transaction charges will refund to the same bank account. I have booked ticket from my IRCTC ID "kamal_sub1" but ticket was not confirmed and I got the message in my mobile regarding cancellation and also refund of Rs.1170 to my bank account but it has not been credited yet Please do the needful for the same and let by refund. auto wrong flight ticket booked

Rash behaviour to consumers
