    Hello Sir, Below is the details of my TDR . PNR : [protected], Train No/Name : 12381 /Poorva Express, From: Howrah To: Gaya Journey Date: 14th Dec TDR Filed on : 15th Dec Reason : Train got derailed near Howrah (Perhaps Lilua). We came to know from enquiry that alternate train was arranged same day at 3 PM, but we chose not to travel on 14th Dec. Hence, I filed TDR and selected Reason For TDR : Train cancelled. Complain: My TDR has been rejected with following reason Train not cancelled. TDR not filed within actual departure of Train (Cancellation ID: [protected]). Both the reasons are inappropriate and false in nature ( cancellation of train due to accident, consumer can file TDR within 3 days). Can railway rectify its mistake and refund my amount?

    HI,

    this is with regard to my TDR which was file against PNR nr- [protected] wih the cancellation ID- [protected]

    Today i saw my refund status for the TDR which i files and i could see that status is showing TDR Repudiate and Reason for Repudiate TDR: As per chart, passenger has travelled which is totally nonsense as i dinot travel on that day because train was late and i ook the flight from vadodara to mumbai.

    Please look into this ele i will have to escalte this to higher authority and also let me know to whom i should escalate it.

    Please find the attached flight ticket for your reference which i booked and travelled from Vadodara to mumbai on 11th may as my train was late and i didnot travel by train.


    This is the fraud which has been done by TT in that train who has taken the money from another customer and sold my seat to him, i will file the case against him as well.

      Though I booked two tickets on 14th December 2014 and later I cancelled both Tickets, I got only one reimbursement in my account. My transaction POS [protected] is reimbursed after cancellation. However, POS [protected] though it is cancelled, the cancellation refund is not found in my account.         My Spicejet flight for two passengers (Ranjan Das and Anindita Dey) with PNR-F5H2RP from Kolkata to Agartala scheduled on 21 December 2014 was cancelled "BY THE SPICEJET" on 08 December 2014 . This ticket was booked from IRCTC on 12 October 2014 under the IRCTC transaction Id [protected]. Since the flight and the ticket were cancelled by the Spicejet Airlines, I must get my full refunds which is Rs.6148 (Rupeed Six Thousand One Hundred Forty Eight only). It was informed through e-mail by the Spicejet that the refunds has been refunded to the booking agency (which is IRCTC). However, until now I have not received my refund money for the above-mentioned cancelled ticket. Several times I have tried to contact IRCTC customer care on [protected], but everytime I got the message that all "customer care staffs are busy". I have also sent many e-mails regarding my above-mentioned refunding issue, but until now I have not received any reply from IRCTC. So, I request you to please help me to get my eligible refunds of Rs.6148 back soon. I am waiting for your kind assistance. Thanks and Regards, Ranjan Das Contact number: [protected]

          Sir This is to inform you that during the reservation at the online booking platform the reservation made for senior citizen person is absolutely wrong since they are having such age and the booking done in reservation was asked for lower births how can be such senior citizen persons are allotted the middle birth and upper birth ? its very inconvenient for them to adjust in such seats as they are unable to get into that seats while travelling looking towards there age dont you think that its problematic for them to travel in such a condition so i request you to kindly look into the matter for not only me but for all the senior citizen persons travelling across the country its just unfair with them. I think you will take necessary action for the same and oblige

            Dear sir, my sister is travelling in train no. 12897. one unidentified bag was found in that train they complain to the TT but he ignored that issue .Please take any immediate action against this type of thing .The train has started at 10.10pm from igmore.

              Guard of the train no. 19413- ahmedabad kolkata express mr. Nitin sharma miss behave with us when we complent him about the water problem in the washrooms and the dirtyness in the washroom. Also, he said nhi hoga saaf and pani bhi nhi bhara jayega..joh karna hai krlo.

                Dear Sir, I had booked tickets from YPR to RJY (PNR[protected]. Since the chart was prepared, I couldn't cancel it online. It asked me to 'file TDR'. When I went to File TDR, I get a message "After charting all passenger in waitlist so PNR will be drop and file TDR will NOT be allowed." Could you please clarify the same and let me know how do I get my money refunded? Thanks & Regards, Shamima.

                    Train No./Name - 12310/RJPB Rajdhani on date 12/01/2015 from new delhi to patna. I booked ticket three times in rajdhani on the above mentioned date but each and every time i never got at least any one lower birth as you can see in below attached ticket the passenger is senior citizen and also suffering from heart related disease. Most important thing is when i booked the ticket the birth availability was 101 available so my concern is there is no any lower birth among 101 seats. IS this your birth allotting system? This type of rough/cheap/meaningless/uncultural facility provided by IRCTC will not be acceptable. IRCTC needs to change its berth allotting system age wise. As you can see in attached ticket F26 is getting middle birth and M62 is getting upper birth, no one can appreciate this kind of system.

                          IRCTC website doesn't work properly. Many times there is problem in signing in. Also it says many times that the connection has timed out even after doing it very fast. It displays 'the connection has timed out' every time after clicking on option 'make payment'. It becomes very irritating to fill all the details again and again due to this IRCTC.

                            Hello IRCTC, Look into my case where in one of your customer support persons disconnects call when he can't answer and the other says TDR problem resolution is not in our hands... What is this? My PNR is [protected]. I filed a TDR against this PNR as I didn't travel on that day. I filed TDR within the time limits ( I received a confirmation mail from [protected]@irctc.co.in stating the same). But your CS agent is stating that Railways has rejected the case stating that I didn't file TDR in the time limits (What is wrong here: Your mail or Railways). When I tried to contact your customer care for the same, one of your customer support persons disconnects call when he can't answer and the other says TDR problem resolution is not in our hands. Whom should be approached to solve this problem? As a ticket booking agent, is it not your responsibility to rectify the problem with the railways? What is the kind of Customer support team that you have? They are not bothered to listen to customer complaints. Rather their tone is so rude that a customer can't call the again. Please look into this major issue.

                            Dear sir I was booked ticket from nanded to dadar as PNR Number [protected] i was file TDR on same day case No. [protected] your reply come with reason, As per chart, passenger has travelled . its ok passenger traveled but we book another one tatkal ticket agenst with PNR Number [protected] and Transition ID [protected] as per this pnr no your chart shows passenger traveled so you regret my clame my request is pass my clame agenst PNR Number [protected] So please granted and send refund as early as possibleor reply on [protected]@gmail.com or call on [protected]

                                I had the unfortunate travel in the train on saturday. The train number was 12686 chennai superfast express. We were in a reserved compartment travelling from Mangalore to Chennai. The allotted number of the compartment is 8. But there were nearly 20 people. All the persons who had seasons tickets etc entered reserved compartments and took our seats. When a complaint was given to the TTR, he dint respond to us. He was supporting them. How...

                                  Someone booked ticket giving reference of my cell no. upon intimating IRCTC to cancel the ticket they did not respond in positive way. Their careless attitude motivate people for bogus reservations. Please cancel the ticket PNR no. PNR:= [protected] The act is illegal and I have also submitted complaint in consumer forum. The respondents of IRCTC were Sonali Bansal and Amrit Pal Singh. If you do not cancel the ticket who used my cell no. I am definitely challenge it in consumer forums as case against IRCTC. This is for your kind information.

                                    On[protected], i was booking my ticket from ndls to ghy on north east express. The transaction id is [protected]. The amount of 1893.92 is debited from my sbi account... I used my debit card on this transaction. Aftr debiting balance from my account.. It showed the message that the transaction is cancelled. Its emergency for me to book the ticket... Plz refund the amount as early as possible. Itz 25 hr left but yet refund didnot made.. I tried to contact with care or irctc and on customer enquiry but no one pick the call. Two tymes they rejected my call.. Plz refund it fast.
