DEAR SIR, I HAVE TRAVELLED IN SHATABDI EXPRESS FROM MAS(CHENNAI) TO TUP(TIRUPPUR) BY SHATABDI EXPRESS TRAIN NO.12243 VIDE MY TICKET PNR NO.[protected].TRAIN SUPPOSED TO REACH 13-10 PM BUT REACHED AT TIRUPPUR ON 13-45 PM ON 16.10.2014. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY MEAL FOR THE SAME TRAIN. CATERING SERVICES FOR SOUP AND MEAL IS ONLY FOR COIMBATORE PASSENGER NOT FOR TIRUPPUR PASSENGER.     i had booked a ticket from madgaon to mumbai today for tatkal it proceeded well upto the payment section i enetered the debit card details it was processing for sometime later it showed could not connect to the server please try again i checked in the booking history it showed failed transaction.so i booked another ticket later they sent two messages that two tickets were booked why couldnt you show it before.now i will not get the money back also.it was 1300 irctc you need to help.its wrong

      DEAR SIR I HAVE BOOKED TICKET THRO IRCTC FROM A/C RTAPADIA07 DATED 19/10/14 TRAIN NO 12111 AMRAVATI EXP AC THREE TYRE FROM DADAR TO AKOLA having name as rajesh tapadia 40, poonam tapadia 37, aishwarya tapadia 18, i got only one reservation confirn RAC B 3 SL 63 AND TWO TICKET IS NOT confirm having wait list 1and 2 . so i cancell that ticket before arriving train no 12111 amravati express at 7.30 pm by filling cancel thro TDR FROM MY A/C IRCTC A/C RTAPADIA07 so i request u to return my money urgently Another problem is that AFTER departure of that train approx 8.40 pm i mate station master mr D K KARDHAN and asked him to give me acknowledge that i have not travel IN THAT TRAIN no 12111 amravati exp so i can have some proof if railway department will not return my money so i can show that proof to railway department so he refuse me to give acknowledge by saying its not my duty to give you and AS WEL AS u have purchase ticket thro irctc on line NOT FROM RAILWAY COUNTER its not Our job and responsbility if they have not any responsbility then why they r in job and taking salary from goverment BOOKING TICKET THRO IRCTC A/C IS IF ILLEGAL AND INVALID AS STATION MASTER IS SAYING SO PLEASE CLOSE THAT SERVICE AND AS WELL AS ALSO CLOSE A/C of GOVERMENT RECOGNISE RAILWAY TICKET AGENT ALSO BECAUSE NO ONE GOVERMENT OFFICER IS TAKING RESPOSBILITY OF SOLVING PROBLEM HAVINNG TICKET FROM IRCTC A/C AND FROM GOVERMENT RECOGNISE AGENT on line ticket thro internet another problem is that is that pl dont give partial ticket, make many problem of travelling person having 3 to 5 person in one pnr no ex is of my self i booked 3 ticket in one pnr no in that one ticket is confirm another two ticket is on wait list 1 n 2 i cant travel on that ticket in that train instead confirming my one ticket out of 3 ticket u should have confirm person who has having one ticket that make easy for all u make some policy like this that make easy for cancelling ticket [ its very difficult to take dicission person like me to travel or not in that case ] SO PLEASE TAKE ACTION HAVING THIS ABOVE PROBLEM AND KINDLY RETURN MY MONEY OF THAT TICKET WHICH I HAVE FILED CANCELLATION THRO TDR FROM MY IRCTC A/C RTAPADIA07 MY MOBIL NOS [protected] MY EMAIL ID [protected]@yahoo.in pl reply Thanking you RAJESH TAPADIA

        Ref: IMPS Ref. No.[protected]. I tried to book a train ticket on 16/10/2014, through 139 facility from my smart phone. The ticket fare amount of Rs. 2, 507.47 was debited in my ICICI bank account on 16/10/2014; 13.30.52 hrs. and credited to the a/c of 139 services. But, 139 booking was not successful, as it displayed as "we are unable to process your request, try again later". Can you please look into the matter and refund the above amount to my bank account.         While logging in to mobile app of IRCTC ..with correct user id and password ...it takes to next page with an error message replicating as "unable to process the request" kindly let me know if wat should I do to get rid of this issue ...mobile we use with Redmi note 3.

          It is highly disappointing when i was booking ticket on 18/10/2014 morning at 10:00 am the website gets failed to deliver. The calender which shows date was unavailable for some time at 10:00 am. Because of that i could not book the ticket. I am working in a bank and frequently travels to my hometown. there are lot of agent who booked ticket despite that problem i dont know how they could manage. Being working in an organization you can not go to station for booking a ticket. My query is " Who is responsible for this?" Railway should seek the solution of this agent system which looted the customers on festivals for booking tickets. i booked a ticket 60 days before travelling at 8.25 am but got only waiting ticket 46 its not cleared till now.

            Hi, Today dated 17/10/2014, i have ticket from mumbai to Tadipatri for the ticket in train chennai express that start from Dadar with WL 25 & 26. This ticket i suppose to travel with my family having small kid for the diwali festival. As per the rule the chart should get prepared before 3 hrs or In worst case before 2 hrs. I have since waiting from 3 hrs for the chart get prepared and if by chances tickets get confirm i will go and catch the train.But unfortunately the time gone and i become hopeless before one and half hour of train get started from dadar and i cancel the train ticket as it is tatkal ticKet. Why i cancel the ticket is to reach dadar railway station it takes more than 2 hrs from my home. Later i found that the chart Status updated in internet was at 7:15 that was before 1 hour 15 min.Then w will catch the train even my tickets get confirmed after chart prepared in heavy traffic of mumbai Why the authorities not taking precondition and follow the rules.Where i will give my complaint in indianrailways. The government sectors should get punished for such kind of irresponsible behavior.who will enquire about my complaint that why it was late updated in internet and chart was prepared very late. I dont know how many families face this problem today with this train updates. ON ACCOUNT OF SAD DEMISE OF MY MOTHER-IN LAW, ALONG WITH MY FAMILY HAD TO RUSH TO MY NATIVE PLACE IN BIHAR (MOTIHARI). I SEND MY WIFE BY AIR AS THERE WAS NO TICKET AVAILABLE ON 12/10/2014 AND TRIED TO GET TICKETS FOR ME AND MY DAUGHTER. MY DAUGHTER SHIVANI SEARCHED RAILWAY WEBSITE ON 14/10/2014 AND SAW AVAILABILITY OF TICKETS IN SOME PREMIUR TRAINS FROM AHMEDABAD TO DELHI (SR) AND FROM NEW DELHI TO PUZAFFARPUR. BOTH TRAIN SHOWED ONE FULL TICKET IN THE RANGE OF RS. 2500/-. (TOTAL BEING 5223.72). I ALLOWED HER TO GET THE TICKETS BOOKED THROUGH MY DEBIT CARD OF SBI. FROM AHMEDABAD TO DELHI THE PRICE OF THE TICKETS ARE REASONABLE BUT AS SOON AS SHE CLICKED FOR FROM NEW DELHI TO MUZAFFARPUR THE AMOUNT WHICH WAS DEBITED FROM MY ACCOUNT WAS SIMPLY EXHORBITANT 14232.72 . IT MEANS ALMOCT RS. 9000/- HAS BEEN ROBBED BY THE IRCTC BOOKING ON LINE. NOW I APPEAL TO HON. MINISTER OF RAILWAY TO DIRECT THE RAILWAY TO REFUND THIS EXTRA AMOUNT AS I HAVE TO TRAVEL FORCIBLY DUE TO NON REFUND OF AMOUNT. I AM A MIDDLE CLASS PERSON AND CAN NOT AFFORD SUCH LOOTING OF MY HARD EARNED MONEY. MY TICKET/PNR NUMBERS ARE 1.[protected] POS 2002 & 2. [protected] POS 2002. IF NO ACTION IS TAKEN BY RAIL AUTHORITIES I MAY BE FORCED TO SUE THE INDIAN RAILWAY THROUGH CONSUMER GRIEVANCE FORMS.                     I had booked the E ticket from NDLS to PNBE by train no - 12310 / RJPB RAJDHANI. on 05-Oct-2014.the under mention details are as PNR No - [protected] Transaction Id - [protected] From - NEW DELHI (NDLS) To - PATNA JN (PNBE) Date of journey - 06-Oct-2014 Date of Cancellation:09-Oct-2014 Cancellation ID: [protected] Ticket is cancelled because of WLon 06-oct-2014 and irctc status shows that the amount is refunded in account on oct 9th . But the amount was not refunded yet to my account. Please do the needful immediately .

                        From Raigarh(RIG} town I called 139 to know the late position of .train no 18478 & get reply that it is running 2hours late.But the train was only 20minutes late and reached only 25 minutes late. Kindly make an inquiry of matter why such wrong answer given.

                          This is regarding the TDR which was filed more than four months back Details PNR no : [protected] Cancellation ID : [protected] Its been 4 months since i have filed the TDR The reply i get from customer care is that they have forwarded the request and irctc is not laible for refund Where should i go then?? Please get the amount refunded on the urgent basis or I have to take the legal action against railways

                              I have booked a tatkal ticket having pnr no [protected] in train no 22849 on 14/10/2014 for 15/10/2014 in tatkal quota. Today when I checked the train running status in http://enquiry.indianrail.gov.in/ntes/ it was showing cancelled.The snapshot attached. Then for confirmation I called 139 also and they also confirmed about the cancellation of train . Then I cancelled the ticket from irctc.co.in . but their it shown refund amount zero where it should be full refund in case of a cancelled train. . I can't understand if the status is showing in http://enquiry.indianrail.gov.in/ntes/ which is a government of India website then how these irctc says like this.

                                I had booked an online ticket from Patna to Kolkata on 07/10/14, PNR No.[protected]. The trail got delayed by more than 3 hours. I chose not to travel. I filed TDR within 2 hours after delayed departure of train. Reason indicated 'Train late by more than 3 hours Passengers not travelled' But IRCTC repudiated the claim and did not refund any money. This is not logical. When Railways cannot maintain their own rules of being punctual for train arrival / departure -- they should not confiscate the entire hard earned money of consumers.                                   I had booked a ticket online from Varnasi for PNR [protected], BSBB LTT special, 21-Feb-2014, Train departure time in 16:40 from Varnasi to Etarsi . The railway train was delayed the train by 6-9 hours. Passenger could not travel. As per process I filed for TDR on railway website and saved screen shot . It shows Time stamp of 21-Feb, 17: 21 hrs with reference number provided as ekt[protected]. The online system did not allow to cancel as message came chart prepared. Even then railway has rejected my refund. The message from IRCTC "With Reference to your PNR No:[protected], we regret to inform you that refund is not admissible as informed by Railways through their letter no : DCR280214V67027 and the reason being : 'TKT not Surrendered/TDR not within 2/3/3 Hrs(CNF/RAC/WL) of actual departure of Train.' Following up with IRCTC since multiple months and no progress

                                    Hello. My name is Varepsu Vaghela. I have booked my tickets through Internet booking before a month in Normal Quota. The date of journey is 12th of October, 2014. Train No & Name:12905 / PBR HOWRAH EXP. PNR No. [protected] and Transaction Id: [protected]. I have cancelled this booking before 24 hours. I got the message that Rs.400 is refunded in my account. But I did not get any refund yet. So please help me to get my refund.
