    I was travellin with my family from Chennai to hyderabad and found lots of bed bugs on seat 15 and 16. We have registered a written complaint in train but the staff was not taking it seriously. I couldnt sleep for all night and waiting fror my train to reach hyderabad. It was pathetic experience and I will never ever travel through indian railways. We have reported the issue to the Onduty Ticket Conductor (Mr. Prasad ), Attender Mani and one more staff A Mubarak. Please take strcit action against the cleaning staff of this train.

      i was booking my ticket to my native the fare was 395 Rs for sleeper class but after booking for 4 members the total amount was 3411.this is not the first time i booked return ticket same time the total was 4611. what is this? is this a joke.I hope same servre action is taken and the money is refunded as well.

        As per your rules is ok but we are not reach the station within time and no network. No facility in KATRA VAISNO DEVI YATRA. Due to heavy rain and sliding area. It is popular off news and TV. So please see my mater. I requiested to refund my funds.

              web site designed by irctc is too poor to login. a person like me getting hurdle and trouble while logging the website for online reservation. previously I had also complained but of no use. for what purpose you created this web portal. early action and reply is solicited. I think the goverment machiner is set up for only commercial users and not for individual and needy person. a shameful webside for logging trouble. category given by you is also very rediculous wherein my complaint did not fit. artificial approach of you is experienced by me rather eternal.

                  We are inconvenient for the Rayalaseema Express Train timings from Tirupati to Hyderabad. All passengers are convenient for 17:00 Clock or above 17:00, because timings of Offices, Colleges and etc., upto 16:30. Passengers are daily travelling from different places like Kadapa, Yerraguntla, Razampeta, Pullampeta and Kodur etc., for various purposes. Sir, we are requesting that change the train timings please. Request - Regards Thanking you Sir

KINDLY CHECK THE QUALITY PLEASE. FROM THE SAME PLACE SAME TIME I BOUGHT A PACKET OF BREAD WHICH COSTED ME RS40/-(RUPEES FORTY) WHEREAS ON THE PACKET THE MRP WAS RS 30/- ONLY. ON ENQUIRING, THE VENDOR SAID THE COST WAS INCREASED TODAY ONLY. ON ASKING FOR ANY AUTHORITY LETTER FOR SUCH INCREASE THE VENDOR JUST PUT HIS HEADS DOWN.                         On dated 24th Sep 2014 I booked a ticket from Allahabad to Dadar, During ticket booking period a Axis bank gateway merchant message had come on screen to fill ATM card number & ATM pin when I submit Information my ticket would be Confirmed & the charges is 706rs only. But today at 7.33 am I received a message from my bank for debit amount rs 14750/- I visited my bank regarding this problem he Told me about fraud from Internet. S-4 में सीट न.1 में यात्रा कर रहे है । अजमेर स्टेशन पर हमारा 1 काले रंग का एक बैग जिसमे एक सैमसंग कंपनी का लैपटॉप, एक सोनी कंपनी की 1 tb हार्ड डिस्क, बैंक ऑफ़ बड़ोदा, खेड़ला बुर्जुर्ग, दौसा की 1 चेक बुक, 2 स्वेटर नीली व् हरे रंग की, 1 जैकेट ऊनी, 2 जोड़ी ड्रेस, 1 MTS Blaze data card जिसके न.                                 Today when I logged into my IRCTC account, it said, "Your account is deactivated." I was shocked at this unexpected message. I don't know the reason why IRCTC has done so. I request them to please re- activate my account. I have to cancel my tickets of next week (1 0ct 2014). Please help me asap. Thank-you.

                                Hello, I was using a account in irctc.co.in with "user id :subhani337", for which I was trying to change my mobile number which was not happening from my side. So, I approached irctc customer care. They said your previous mobile is linked with "user id: skreyaz" with same email id: [protected]@gmail.com which is now in deactivated stage from past 2years. So as the account is deactivated so I requested to activate the account so that I can delete the account permanently and use the website with my present is (i.e subhani337). But instead of solving my problem they totally deactivated both my user id's, stating you are using two Id's under one email account.

                                If they dint activated the account how can I delete it. If I am not able to login to my account how irctc is expecting to delete or change my account.

                                And till I gave all the reasons they never knew I had two accounts with same email id. How can they delete the account without having any confirmation or clarity on the problem what a consumer is facing.

                                  1. For PNR: [protected], I filed TDR on 28th Aug on irctc website. I haven't received any refund even after one month. Status showing as CR Repudiate 2. For PNR: [protected], I filed TDR 2 months back. I got less refund 580/- out of 1370/- Train was more than 3 hrs later (12 hrs infact).. I was to get full refund. I called irctc helpline. The executive agreed and asked me to email to [protected]@irctc.co.in. I mailed them but mail bounced off their server. I emailed [protected]@irctc.co.in and railway minister too. Have mailed lots of times. Complain number IRCTC #45322

Within next Hour . after moving the train, I filed a TDR for refund, but after some days We found TDR Status: CR Repudiate Cancellation ID: [protected] Reason for TDR Registration Failed: Invalid TDR Timestmap : DELAY. Kindly arrange for re-fund. Request to consider this case & action asap. I submit my photo Id Proof.

                                      I have booked a air ticket in air india flight no ai880 scheduled to depart on 21st sept 2014 with pnr no ytzjx but the flight was cancelled at the last moment. Air india told me that money will bwe refunded friom irctc. Please help me at the earliest.

                                        I have cancelled the ticket booked for date of journey on 13-Nov-2014 on 14-Sep-2014 13:16:47 HRS.In my account its refund status showing sent _to_bank. Amount to be refunded is Rs 1830. Inspite of repeated calls to your customer care no needful action was taken.My PNR No: [protected] & Cancellation ID: [protected].Kindly do needful action & refund back above amount in my account.
