I had filed a TDR for an E-Ticket(PNR-[protected]). The reason for the cancellation was Train was late more than 3 hours and passenger did not travel. The ticket was dated 18/02/2014 for train no 12322. The Reference No for the TDR filing was ekt[protected]. Please provide immediate refund for the same.

    This is Anil Kumar.S working as Banker Issue: On 26/09/14, I travelled from Rajamundry(a.p) to Samalakot(a.p) with express train ticket in superfast train, because of same timings in rajamundry station instead of express train(tirupati- puri express) at 00:10(27/09/14), travelled in surperfast Express (falaknama express) to samarlakot at 00:20(27/09/14) . Mr.Ravi Raju Ticket Examiner Checked my ticket no.5843 7405(VTS:61G6B2X7DE) ticket issue time:23:36 at samalakot. He said my ticket is valid only for express ticket. I explained him, because of same timings i travelled with express ticket. Even ticket issuer at rajamundry station also not informed anything on difference between express train and superfast train. Even explain the situation also T.E. demand for penality of Rs.265/-(two hundred and sixty five only). I afraid to pay the penality. For that he lodge police complaint at Railway police station. I explained same situation to police, those are also not hear my words. Those are also supported to T.E.. Because of Police force, Finally I commit to pay the penality as per the penality sheet/authorized sheet/ no proper justification. T.E. not showed any penality sheet/authorized sheet directly written Rs.265/- ((two hundred and sixty five only) Challan No.P443788.       Hi, Today I am travelling from Lucknow to Banda. When TC came to check ticket. I shown him the mobile ticket. After checking my ticket he just deleted my sms ticket. When I get back my mobile and saw that TC deleted my sms, then quickly I called him but he just ignored and went away. Next time when TC was passing near by my berth, I called him and tell about my concern that you deleted my mobile tkt sms. He was not accepting that he deleted ticket and he told don't worry nothing will happen. He also told that get mobile sms again. As of now I am travelling as a without ticket. I told him that when I will de board at Banda Junction then what is proof with me that I am having ticket. Because you deleted my mobile ticket sms. Here I am having two concern. 1st- TC deleted my sms but he is not even accepting this thing and blaming to me that I get deleted the sms. 2nd- He told that nothing will happen when you will de board. Kindly tell me is this he way to give direction? I am providing the below details so that your team can check that who was the person on duty at that time because I don't know even the name of that TC.       Hi,

        Station authority of Kolkata Station are not giving clear cause of cancellation of Train no. 13131 and further when i try to inquire with higher authority they said that please see the display and do not disturb us... Is this the rule? Who will be held responsible for my loss which will raise because of not attending my client tomorrow as per schedule..? Do Indian Railway will reimburse my loss? Please repond to that matter and analyse who should held responsible...

          My pnr is [protected]. I am travelling today from raipur R to ahmedabad ADI. my complaint is against attendant of coach a1 that he did not issue me bed roll. After asking he issued after 1 hour of journey. Same time on asking only he gave me pillow cover and that to used one and dirty. I asked to change it and he changed it. When i asked about hand towel he told me that it is wet. After journey of 5 hts i.e. at nagpur, on reminding he gave me used one and dirty hand towel. Moreover, he has not issued any towel to other passengers. so my point is he should be prompt enough to issue items to passengers. And not used ones. Passengers are not paying for these treatments. If he do not want to work as he should, why railway kept him? I need an immediate action in this issue and request set an example to others.

            Against the PNR No: [protected], I have filled a TDR on the journey date[protected]within 02 hrs. of chart prepared), as I have got the RAC seats in 3rd AC (TDR Reference no: ekt[protected]). I have completed my journey on another confirmed ticket of Slepper class. Ticket charges of the Third AC was Rs. 3210/- Till today the TDR hasn't been resolved (It is showing "Refund under process" and IRCTC ZONE : "Group General Manager-1/Eastern Zone (IRCTC) Kolkatta". Even several times I contact to IRCTC. Every time they are telling that it will be resolved by Railway, not IRCTC, so, they can't give me any information regarding the same. Almost 09 months have passed, no refund has come against PNR No: [protected], costs Rs 3210/- I have attached the screen shot of the same for your ready reference. I can provide if any more information is required against the same.

              IRCTC has collected entire payment (to the tune of Rs6.5k) on booking that has been failed. This is truly appalling Customer Service. If IRCTC cannot handle simple website functions, then it should simply close down its website and do offline bookings, but accepting payments for Failed Bookings is completely unacceptable. It is Illegal, unprofessional and completely unethical. It is not expected from Government organizations, but at the same time, I cant say that I am surprised considering most of Indian government functions are handled by incompetent fools. Additionally, their helplines are so inefficient - It is impossible to connect to it. I can also assume that IRCTC will take no less than 30 days to process any repayment. Absolutely garbage services.

                hello sir i want to complain for a agnet name ankit pathak who is working in indirapuram on a name of xtreme travels i want to go mumbai, Mr ankit pathak told me that the indian railway has upgrade the price of train 14% which is right but he told me the tatkal charges which he is going to charge me is Rs3000 excluding the railway fair. and when i ask the reasion why then he told me that he is going to book my train ticket through a software which is made by some hackers and the name of the software is Aadhar and it is in his laptop and he also show me that he can book 12 tickets just only to click on yes button... and they also have a kind of software in there group which can give a very heavy load on IRCTC SITE so that they can book the tickets every easily the address is 403 G (ground floor) naya khand 2 indirapuram.ghaziabad opp nathu sweets kala pathar road... so sir its my request you to please check what is happening

                    Dear Sir, This is pertaining to my train travel experience in Kolkata Rajdhnai - Train No 12306 - traveling from New Delhi to Kanpur on 10th Oct 2014. I have been trying to lodge a complain on the web portal but due to some technical problem it has not been working. Due to which I have already registered a grievance on the portal for public grievance (Reg. No. MORLY/E/2014/11244) and have also written to the PMO for the same. Then I came across this source and thought of reporting the issue here as well. I was traveling in a AC 2 coach - PNR [protected], from New Delhi to Kanpur. The dinner was served at 8:30pm. Despite announcements at the beginning of the journey that attendants will give you a menu to choose, there was no such menu. On inquiry I was told that the only choice to be made is Veg vs. Chicken vs. Egg curry. I opted for veg food. The parathas were thick and half cooked, the dal was bitter and the paneer was resembling with the white Natraj eraser that we used in childhood, in terms of hardness. I immediately called for the supervisor (Mr. Pratiek Kumar), complained to him and asked for the complaint book. Suddenly everyone was on their heels. A new dinner was arranged for me that comprised of mixed Veg, tawa Roti's ( I didn't even know that these existed on trains) and a lot of convincing that please don't complain. Well I kept pushing for the complaint book as it was not just about me but thousands of other who travel and face such situations daily. The supervisor finally asked for it but I think he gave instructions to stall it as my station was very nearby. Finally Kanpur station came but not the complaint book. I want to report that the manager Mr. Prateik Kumar not only served me bad quality food but also deprived and obstructed me of my right to complain by intentionally not providing the complaint book. Given recent fare hikes and promises made by the govt. and railway ministry it does not seem any changes are taking place in quality of services being provided. On top of that the officials not allowing you to register complaint is a serious offence. Kindly look into the issue.

                      Dear All, Please note I had booked for two persons, ALOK & RAJESH, for travel from YPR to DURG (PNR [protected]) 10 October, while it was confirmed for ALOK, for RAJESH it was waitlisted no 1 and hence he could not travel.. I have not received any confirmation of the refund for the waitlisted ticket for RAJESH.. Please send the confirmation for the refund of the waitlisted ticket immediately.. Regards.. Alok Dixit

                        This happened in early morning. When I went sbc along with my parents. Parents are travelling to chennai and first titime in train Even though we reached early I ccouldn't get a platform ticket due to rush even in seperate counter for issuing platform ticket.since my parents are old and new to tthe place I had to guide them to their seat. My concern is If a platform ticket vwndong machine or seperate counter is active I wouldn't paid the fine. I am not worried about the fine I paid due to the improper arrangements from Irctc this happened. Me like a fool paid the fine .while two other guys who was caught by the ticket checker ran away.

                              i had booked a ticket from madgaon to mumbai today for tatkal it proceeded well upto the payment section i enetered the debit card details it was processing for sometime later it showed could not connect to the server please try again i checked in the booking history it showed failed transaction.so i booked another ticket later they sent two messages that two tickets were booked why couldnt you show it before.now i will not get the money back also.it was 1300 irctc you need to help.its wrong

                                  Ref: IMPS Ref. No.[protected]. I tried to book a train ticket on 16/10/2014, through 139 facility from my smart phone. The ticket fare amount of Rs. 2, 507.47 was debited in my ICICI bank account on 16/10/2014; 13.30.52 hrs. and credited to the a/c of 139 services. But, 139 booking was not successful, as it displayed as "we are unable to process your request, try again later". Can you please look into the matter and refund the above amount to my bank account.                                   While logging in to mobile app of IRCTC ..with correct user id and password ...it takes to next page with an error message replicating as "unable to process the request" kindly let me know if wat should I do to get rid of this issue ...mobile we use with Redmi note 3.

                                    It is highly disappointing when i was booking ticket on 18/10/2014 morning at 10:00 am the website gets failed to deliver. The calender which shows date was unavailable for some time at 10:00 am. Because of that i could not book the ticket. I am working in a bank and frequently travels to my hometown. there are lot of agent who booked ticket despite that problem i dont know how they could manage. Being working in an organization you can not go to station for booking a ticket. My query is " Who is responsible for this?" Railway should seek the solution of this agent system which looted the customers on festivals for booking tickets. i booked a ticket 60 days before travelling at 8.25 am but got only waiting ticket 46 its not cleared till now.

                                      Hi, Today dated 17/10/2014, i have ticket from mumbai to Tadipatri for the ticket in train chennai express that start from Dadar with WL 25 & 26. This ticket i suppose to travel with my family having small kid for the diwali festival. As per the rule the chart should get prepared before 3 hrs or In worst case before 2 hrs. I have since waiting from 3 hrs for the chart get prepared and if by chances tickets get confirm i will go and catch the train.But unfortunately the time gone and i become hopeless before one and half hour of train get started from dadar and i cancel the train ticket as it is tatkal ticKet. Why i cancel the ticket is to reach dadar railway station it takes more than 2 hrs from my home. Later i found that the chart Status updated in internet was at 7:15 that was before 1 hour 15 min.Then w will catch the train even my tickets get confirmed after chart prepared in heavy traffic of mumbai Why the authorities not taking precondition and follow the rules.Where i will give my complaint in indianrailways. The government sectors should get punished for such kind of irresponsible behavior.who will enquire about my complaint that why it was late updated in internet and chart was prepared very late. I dont know how many families face this problem today with this train updates.                                         Hi. Today at 10.10 AM i tried to booking tickets through online in itctc.co.in.when i select journey date it is not selecting. i was log out and tried again. but same issues date is not selected. Due to this issue my journey cancelled.
