During tatkal hours it happened with me twice, As soon as I clicked on the make payment button it logged me out of the website and immediately after logging back in it says waiting List .. WT[censored] why did it logged me out when ticket was available and i was about to make the payment. It looks like to be a scam by some railway officials looking fter the website activity, where they want to sell out the tickets of fast filling trains by themselves to earn huge profit. BLOODY .

    On 27-October, I was threatened to be fined by a TTE(HARI KRISHNAN) because I boarded from the Booking station. I had kept the Next station as a Boarding Station. I have booked ticket from QLN to SBC and kept Boarding station as CGNR. But I boarded from QLN. He took 400Rs in bribes and left me travel in peace. PNR number: [protected].       I have recently booked a tatkal ticket on IRCTC website and happened to be the disastrous day for me. Transaction ID : [protected] PNR: [protected] The rule says the Tatkal ticket can be booked 24 hours before your "Journey Date". This ticket was booked on October 25, 2014 for Journey on October 26. This was the date selected while searching for tickets. Even the search results showed the available tickets for the requested date. But to my surprise, the ticket was booked for October 27, 2014 !!! How can that be allowed ?? That is 48 hours ?? To our dismay, we did not look into the journey date on the last page, as I cannot have expected that to happen. The next early morning when we reached, it was a horrifying experience for me. The ticket was for the other day. I need complete refund of the ticket amount from IRCTC.

        I have booked 3 tickets for 5 people on 5/10/14 but due to some reasons I have cancelled the tickets on 12/10/14 and its been 16 days but still the amount has not been refunded.the details of the cancelled tickets are- 1)ahmedabad to somnath Train no.11464, pnr no. [protected], journey date is 26/11/14, total charge is 3472rs 2)somnath to dwarka Train no.19251, pnr-[protected], journey date is 27/11/14, total charge is 3347rs 3)dwarka to ahmedabad Train no.16337, pnr no.[protected], journey date is 29/11/14, total charge is 3697 rs All the tickets are booked on 5/10/14 and cancelled on 12/10/14 and all the tickets are of ac 3rd class and general quota.tickets were bookedbookebookedbook online . But it showed as bank rejected in IRCTC and it's not been booked. Request you to kindly refund the amount to me.

            Allotment of seats through IRCTC is not proper. When two members that too senior citizens prefer two seats for their convenience at window side IRCTC allots seats at different places . I am a regular traveller between Chittoor CTO and Krishnarajapuram ( KJM) Bangalore. When ever we go for online booking of tickets they use to give one window seat and the other at three seats away or before. For example today[protected] I had booked two tickets through IRCTC vide PNR No. [protected] from KJM to CTO.( 2S) . in train No. 22617 for[protected]. Seats are allotted as 50 and 54 D3 coach. It is very much inconvenient. They could have allotted 54 & 53 or 54 & 55 . Why this IRCTC is allotting the seats in this manner. Why can't they allot as we requested. Today when I booked the tickets there were 602 seats.This method is to be modified. Please kindly allot the seats side by side only . I hope that you will oblige the suggestion

              On 25th oct 2014 i tried to book my ticket from guntur to bhubaneshwar through debit card.First i got message that the payment was successful but my ticket was not booked and it showed that transaction dropped.I dont understand what is meant by it.And when will get my money i lost Rs.577.49 /-.Transaction Id is [protected] and my bank account number is [protected] and it is state bank of india.Get me out of this problem

                I Sri Sourav Das tried to book ticket of Sri Amitava Das, Sri P. Roy and Sri. J Sarki for 16/02/2015 of APDJ KOAA SPL which from NMZ to KOAA thorough irctc online. I filled all the details of them perfectly .Unfortunately the tickets was not booked but the amount of Rs. 2763.72 was deduct from my SBI account includes bank charges.My transaction id is [protected]. Therefore I request you to look into the matter and refund my money to my bank account as early as possible.

                I have tried to book takkal ticket on 09th may(saturday) from my IRCTC User id (id- SPMCA) using ICICI and SBI accounts. It was loading for some time and finally shows time limit exceeded and the ticket was not booked. Refer my IRCTC account that no ticket was booked on that day. So please refund the below amount at the earliest. Thanks for your understanding...

COLLECT" through net banking on 11 Oct 2014 and transaction charges also deduct by bank of Rs 11.24 vide ID No "ICH[protected]IG00BHIKB6 Commission of IG00B" on 13 Oct 2014 but ticket has not been booked by IRCTC.                       I have book one ticket from Delhi to Solapur on 18th, Oct, 2014 from IRCTC.CO.IN. Instantly Rupees 872.48 paise got deducted from my account. The status came TICKET NOT BOOKED. 10 days have passed and no money refund has come back to my account. It is a complete case of cheating and fraud. Somebody immediately file PIL against RAILWAYS immediately and file complaint all over the media. When you are taking money then you should give the ticket and if ticket is not booked then return the money immediately. I am so much shocked from the railways doing this that I have become very cautious in booking my ticket from IRCTC. Immediate FIR and police complaint must be made and made public about this RAILWAYS FRAUDULENT behavior. When TICKET NOT BOOKED the computer must refund the money instantly to the bank. It must be automated process and their is no second thought about it. RAILWAY VALO KO BOLO ITNE BARE BHIKARI HO TO JAKE LOGO KI JEB KATNE LUG GAYE HO.

                        EVEN IT WAS SLEEPER CLASS, THERE WAS MORE THAN 150 UNAUTHORISED PEOPLE. NO POWER SOCKET FOR MOBILE CHARGING IN ENTIRE SLEEPER CLASS EVEN IT WAS LONG JOUNER (27HRS JOURNEY). COOLING FANS IN S7 COATCH NOT WORKING. THERE WAS NO LIGHTS. FULLY DARK. WASH BASINS WAS FULL OF DUST AND NO WATER IN MORNING FOR BRUSH. EVEN COMPLAINED TO TC REGARDING UNAUTHORISED PEOPLE, NO RESPONCE. AND THE MAIN PROBLEM IS THERE IS NO COATCH NUMBERS ON COMPARTMENTS. NO VEGETARIAN MEALS (LUNCH AND DINNER) AVAILABLE IN WHOLE JOURNEY.

                            I have booked a ticket ( pnr no.[protected]) from irctc (train no. 16232) from new bangalore to thanjavur. The date of journey was 21/10/2014 . The no. Of passenger was two. But i cancelled the ticket with irctc and it was approved. Till now i have not recieved my refund. So, i kindly request you to look into the matter and help me to get my refund as soon as possible.

                            If you cancel conform tickets before chart is prepared .. you will get refund money with some cuts by irctc but if you cancel tatkal conform tickets .. you won't get any refund by irctc.
                            So make sure, cancelled ticket was not tatkal ticket .

                                  Myself with family along with 3year kid, were not able to board the train as they were making wrong display and wrong announcement on gooty station while train arrival on 25th october evening 20:30. Train Details: Passenger Name: Suman S.H mbl :[protected] Train No:16570 Kacheguda to yeswantpur ( announcement was made yeswantpur to kacheguda displaying train No: as 16569) Dep: 20:15 DOJ: 25/10/2014 pnr No: [protected] Nobody taking the responsibility to accommodate and allow the passenger travel to destination on the next train even after complaining to both dy station master and chief station master. attchd is lady who made the error of doing annoucement, and very next few minutes station master out of his seat after complaning and before arrival of next train. see that authority is been taken action & written apology to passenger

                                    Team, please help, Cancellation ID: [protected] Transaction ID: [protected] Reason for TDR Registration Failed: Invalid TDR Timestmap : DELAY Train 02864 was delayed for more than 10 hours on 15th of Oct, we confirmed with e serrations ccounter and station master they ensured that we can file TDR and get full refund, till 16th Oct 5.00 AAM we were unable to file online TDR and we were getting error of chart not prepared and train not started. Hence we waited for few more hours to file TDT and now they have rejected the TDR, what kind of service is this ? We had death in family and we are in need of money the total amount was 19000+, please someone help us. Please contact me at 762O576633.
