Rude staff behavior

Instead of giving help the person was more interested in making fun of the mistake that we made while booking ticket. He even said "Ab tum bhukto hum kuch nahin karnge ". Waiting list ticket not refunded.

Hi, I had filed TDR for PNR No. [protected] as Train was delayed more than 3 hours (almost more than 12hrs). the TDR has been marked failed "Invalid TDR Timestmap : DELAY".
