    Dear sir, I had booked e-ticket for journey on 7 sept. 2014 with PNR no. [protected] and with Transaction ID: [protected]. In this ticket Ticket for Passenger 1: Hoshang Solanki; was confirmed and for Passenger 2: Patel Mukesh; was wait listed and passenger 2 had travelled through the same train by general class. His ticket has been attached with the mail for your reference. I had filed TDR request for refund. But the reply I receive was panic. What the hell is IRCTC.!! Kindly go thru the reply which i received: Dear Customer, With reference to refund against PNR Number [protected] with reason Party Partially Confirmed/Waitlisted And Waitlisted Passengers Did Not Travel., it is advised that Railway has introduced Enhanced Coaching Refund System (ECRS), through which e- ticket refund cases against which TDRs are filed are directly registered and transferred to the concerned Chief Commercial Manager/Refunds. Your refund was dealt and regretted by Chief Commercial Manager/Refunds WR under case No. [protected] with reason, As per chart, passenger has travelled . In case you require any further assistance, please mail us at [protected]@irctc.co.in or call us on[protected] . This is an Auto generated mail. Please do not reply. -- With regards, TDR Team, [protected]@irctc.co.in What the [censored] is this.? your customer care is the worst ever. No one is bothered for the pain of IRCTC Passenger.       Earlier i could easily book a ticket from Guwahati to NJP or Allahabad but these days its not allowing me and Rajdhani Express is meant to travel from capital city to New Delhi as observed all over India so why am i not being ticket from capital GHY to any other city. It was not the same back in 2012 when i could easily get ticket for GHY to NJP please make it like earlier and there is no loss for you people its good only that you can earn more :)

        Sir, I'm a regular customer of your site IRCTC. It was very unfortunate that today while I was booking an e-ticket a notification informing "PAYMENT REJECTED BY BANK [ Transaction Id: [protected] ] You can choose another payment option and try again." like this came. This is the first time I'm facing such a problem and I'm confused. I'm sure that my bank account have the sufficient amount for this transaction.         For me also today similar message came when trying to book ticket during Tatkal booking..the otp page also not displayed
        IT HAPPENED TO ME 2 TIMES, MY PAYMENT GOT REJECTED.
        I booked my ticket on IRCTC .         I am also Facing Same Problem from last 1 month i unable to draw a ticket for my own journey
        whenever i tried to book under tatkal quota every time get payment error i.e. "rejected from bank transaction id : xxxxxxxxxxxxxx, You can choose another payment option and try again, "
        my all detail about my debit card is right but same error comes every time whereas ticket seats are available then also getting same error

        Dear Sir/Madam, today while i was booking an e-ticket a notification come out show "REJECTED BY RISK [Transaction Id: [protected] ] You can choose another payment option and try again." This is already the second time i encounter this same issue and I'm confused. I check with my bank and confirmed that my credit card was fine to use with sufficient credit limit.         did anyone got the amount back, today i tried 3 times 1 from debit card and 2 from net banking of a same SBI account, each time the amount was debited and the msg displayed that restricted from bank, will i get the refund?

        I got the same error multiple times while booking tatkal ticket. Seats were availbe, amount was also deducted from bank and creadit card(tried with two payment methods in single day, got rejected with same error both times).IRCTC has to look into this problem seriously and has to solve the problem .I am getting frustrated, most of the times tickets not booked even though amount deducted.

        This same problem happen's with me every day .
        Every time i'm getting this notification "PAYMENT REJECTED BY BANK" but the amount is getting deducted ever time.
        There are total of my 6 Failed/Refundable transaction.
        IT SUCKS a LOT !!!
        I am getting same issue frequently from IRCTC app when I am trying to book tatkal ticket.
        I booked continuously 7 times but all time its being rejected.
        Please resolve this issue as soon as possible otherwise please stop foolish to people .
        Mujhe to lagta hai IRCTC ka tie up dadal logo se ho gaya hai warna aisa pahle to nahi hota tha.

          I had made reservation from Dhanbad to Secunderabad on 3rd July by transaction id [protected], pnr no. [protected] and cancelled this ticket on same day i.e., 3rd July 2014, receipt no. was 16463422 and booked another ticket on 3rd july by transaction id no. [protected], pnr no. [protected] and cancelled that ticket on dated 27th july, receipt no. was 16819194 . But unfortunately the cancelled amount has not been debited till now in my account . On scrutiny of refund status shown as a gateway of axis bank ( axisvbvpg) for both ticket . I neither have any account in axis bank nor used gateway of AXIS bank. It is requested to search and debit my refund in my SBI account please because cancellation of first ticket had already been passed four month and cancellation of second ticket had already been passed 2 and half month. It is further intimated that for above said refund I have already contacted to State bank of India ( Kumardhubi branch) and AXIS bank, the axis bank given us a mail stating that “ We refer to your appended email regarding the transaction done on other bank’s Debit card. Kindly inform the customer to cantact SBI to claim the refund from merchant . However, merchant used axisvbvpg payment gateway to process the transaction. “ Requested to probe into matter of my financial gain as a refund please. Your early reply is solicitated please.

            On[protected] i booked two tatkal tickets (Kota to sgo) doj[protected] but when i was booking third ticket it showed error at the time of redirectiong that only two tickets can be booked from one ip address in tatkal so i asked my friend to do third ticket but after sometime mail was received from irctc that tkt is booked (From same ip address which showed error) due to this i booked two same tkts due to which i suffered loss of rs 1632. Details of all thre tkts are below:

            Tkt 2: pnr - [protected] transaction id:[protected]
            Tkt 3: pnr - [protected] transaction id :[protected]

                    This is to bring to your notice that my pnr no[protected] travelling from Baroda to Ambala cantt on 1st Oct 2014 the toilets were in filthy conditions they were not cleaned till the time we boarded on the train from Baroda till we got off the train in Ambala also there was no cleaner on the train when I brought this to the notice of the TT I was told till will be done I waited patiently but this didn't happen when I asked for a complaint book he refused to give it to me saying that it was in his bag. When we are paying the fares it the duty of the railways at least to provide with clean toilets on the train.                       I had booked eticket vide PNR Nos [protected] and [protected] for jouney on 26th Oct 2014 ex Madras Egmore to Nagapattinam and back in the name of Vanishree age 6 years I have been charged Rs. 140/- as basic fare instead of Rs. 70/- being half fare applicable to children below 12 years. Please confirm that this is the policy of Railways to charge full fare even for children below 12 years.

                          Hi, I have booked my tickets in train number 02265 (Sealdah-old delhi premium special) on 4th Oct 2014 by paying premium amount of Rs. 8730. Train was supposed to leave Allahabad junction at 4:40am on 5th October. I called 139 around 3:50am and they informed me that train is running late by 1 hour 45 minutes and will reach Allahabad at 6:25am. I called 139 number again at 6:00 to find out the status and they confirmed that train was running late will reach allahabad at 6:25am (talked to Customer care executive named Ayush) and when I reached station at 6:15 am at Allahabad they informed me that train left at 4:40am only. I have missed my train due to wrong information provided to me. Please refund my amount and let me know why 139 is giving wrong information. Pnr number is [protected], in train 02265. Also I have spoken to following ( Ratna/Sanjay Khan at 139) - any they all agreed they gace me wrong information as their system showed the same. Thanks, Archana

                              Hello Sir/Mam, I tried to book one ticket, 3-oct, In error case, Money got debited from my CITI bank account, but Ticket not booked. There is no entry in Transactions list in account portal. like Failed Transaction/Booking History list. Below is the details: Date Of Booking: 3-Oct-2014. Ticket Details: Ticket for Delhi To Jodhpur (Rajasthan), on 21-Oct. in Mandore Express, 12461/12462. CITI Bank Account: Ticket Booking summary: In Bank Transaction Summary: Ref:[protected] Ref No: 02OCT1505. One more transaction Done on same day . which was successful. Ref: [protected] Ref NO: 03OCT1440. Not sure which is being not completed correct. Both are displaying in bank transaction summary. Kindly look into this matter. & resolve the case.                                 To, Concerned authority On 6th oct 2014 at 10:00 am I booked ticket from irctc website and an error occur after I give my debit card details and no confirm sms & e-mail is come for this ticket immediately (transaction id :[protected] & pnr number is [protected]).So, I booked another e-ticket(transaction id:[protected] & pnr number: [protected]) and then ticket which I try to book before it is confirm .So, I cancel it ticket but I don't get any refund so please help to get my refund

                                    Frequently I travel through train. I remembered last year when I was travelling from New Delhi to Bangalore I took Rajdhani. The dinner they provided us that was rotten. When I complaint for that they replied " Madam sab koi kha raha hai aapko hi achha nahi laga bas". I don't understand why people of India feel insecure to raise their voice!! This time while I was travelling from Kolkata to Chennai IRCTC people were taking higher rate than MRP. When I asked MRP is 15 but why you are taking 20?? Then he replied it is IRCTC rate. Is it so??

                                      In kalka Shatabdi Express train 1201, on 04.10.2014: 1. Water bottle of 500ml served instead of 1000 ml. 2. Why the Menu card does not specify the size? 3. Isn't it done purposely to help the contractor? 3. Tea was no served with the Break fast, even on demand, though the tea is mentioned in the menu. Coach No. C11 PNR[protected]

                                      Standard Dinner (Casserole) was Charged Rs.120/- and Veg Breakfast was charged Rs.50/-. When bill was asked instead of composite bill for dinner and break fast separetly, two bills showing break up rates of individual items were given. I am a working in Railways and frequent traveller. For the same break fast i pay Rs.30/- and Rs.83/- for same dinner. This is a case of overcharging. Further no display rates of item was available and on query i was told that same is under repair.

                                        Got a Ticket Confirmation SMS saying chart reprepared after train scheduled Departure.

                                        Hi, I Booked a ticket with PNR number : [protected] with waitlist status for[protected]. on 5th october afternoon i received an SMS on status from IRCTC saying " Chart prepared with Wait list status", then we thought ticket would get cancelled automatically as it is an e-ticket and we went with other options. But again after schedule departure time we received a message from IRCTC saying " due to some tech problems chart was re prepared...
