But the amount was not refunded despite of prolonged awaiting for the same (More than 3 months).     My phone Asus Zenphone 5 stolen in running train.PNR [protected], Train no 16382.My seat no S4-31, Ganesh Dharmadhikari.I m still in train.It happened when i kept my phone for charging.Please help

S-4 में सीट न.1 में यात्रा कर रहे है । अजमेर स्टेशन पर हमारा 1 काले रंग का एक बैग जिसमे एक सैमसंग कंपनी का लैपटॉप, एक सोनी कंपनी की 1 tb हार्ड डिस्क, बैंक ऑफ़ बड़ोदा, खेड़ला बुर्जुर्ग, दौसा की 1 चेक बुक, 2 स्वेटर नीली व् हरे रंग की, 1 जैकेट ऊनी, 2 जोड़ी ड्रेस, 1 MTS Blaze data card जिसके न.         Today when I logged into my IRCTC account, it said, "Your account is deactivated." I was shocked at this unexpected message. I don't know the reason why IRCTC has done so. I request them to please re- activate my account. I have to cancel my tickets of next week (1 0ct 2014). Please help me asap. Thank-you.

        Hello, I was using a account in irctc.co.in with "user id :subhani337", for which I was trying to change my mobile number which was not happening from my side. So, I approached irctc customer care. They said your previous mobile is linked with "user id: skreyaz" with same email id: [protected]@gmail.com which is now in deactivated stage from past 2years. So as the account is deactivated so I requested to activate the account so that I can delete the account permanently and use the website with my present is (i.e subhani337). But instead of solving my problem they totally deactivated both my user id's, stating you are using two Id's under one email account.

        If they dint activated the account how can I delete it. If I am not able to login to my account how irctc is expecting to delete or change my account.

        And till I gave all the reasons they never knew I had two accounts with same email id. How can they delete the account without having any confirmation or clarity on the problem what a consumer is facing.

          1. For PNR: [protected], I filed TDR on 28th Aug on irctc website. I haven't received any refund even after one month. Status showing as CR Repudiate 2. For PNR: [protected], I filed TDR 2 months back. I got less refund 580/- out of 1370/- Train was more than 3 hrs later (12 hrs infact).. I was to get full refund. I called irctc helpline. The executive agreed and asked me to email to [protected]@irctc.co.in. I mailed them but mail bounced off their server. I emailed [protected]@irctc.co.in and railway minister too. Have mailed lots of times. Complain number IRCTC #45322

Within next Hour . after moving the train, I filed a TDR for refund, but after some days We found TDR Status: CR Repudiate Cancellation ID: [protected] Reason for TDR Registration Failed: Invalid TDR Timestmap : DELAY.                 I have cancelled the ticket booked for date of journey on 13-Nov-2014 on 14-Sep-2014 13:16:47 HRS.In my account its refund status showing sent _to_bank.                     Sir/Madam, I called on IRCTC toll free helpline number [protected]. A male person received the called and he was sleeping i knew this from his voice. I asked 'is this IRCTC' he replied 'yes'. I wanted to know fare of train number 04410 from NDLS to MFP but he replied 'no inquiry is available here' and he disconnected the call. I called again and his answer was same then i asked 'this number [protected] is for which purpose' then he again disconnected. After that he not received my call again.                       Hi, I recently booked tickets. I really appreciate the new UI of IRCTC. After i entered the passenger's name, i selected on the option "Allot only if lower berths are available" option and made the payment. After making the payment, the page displayed error saying "There is no lower berths available as requested". So i proceeded to NO and again booked the ticket. I didnt get the money refunded for my payment before the error. When will it be refunded?

                          Hi, This is to inform you that I have travelled in Ajanta Express on 19th September, 2014 from Secunderabad to Nagarsol and again on 20th September, 2014 from Nagarsol to Secunderabad. I have observed that all the prices of eatables, drinks and edibles were being sold by the sellers at a uniform cost which is hiked by themselves. Tea was sold for Rs. 10/-, Breakfast of two Idlis and two vadas was sold for Rs. 40/-. When enquired with another passenger of other train (Krishna Express), the cost of same breakfast was sold for Rs. 30/-. I request you to take a serious action against such unofficial price hike of the sellers in the trains at the earliest.

                                Hello irctc . I have a complaint about staff in kakinda port station . on date[protected] we travelled in the train named kakinadaport to vijayawada fast passenger that we complied on the parcel counter officer and station master who are working in Kakinada port station.that my train[protected] early Moring 4:40 am ) i went to station at 3o clock to book my boxer dog to kakinda port to rajamandri station there is only one person who giving tickets and parcel counter officer he replied that to book dog if you want to book dog you must stay here at night it self. How can we suppose to do that even as girl i am only taking the responsibility about that dog. That we heard that and also done that to book a dog we want to come one before 1 hour even i went to station 1:30 mints before they are really talking very rude in nature they also giving comments wait for 4 hours and travelled in onther train its really very big insulting to a girl . Please respond to this

                                      This happened at Bandra station enquiry counter number9. 21 September 2014 at about 11am. Instead of giving help the person was more interested in making fun of the mistake that we made while booking ticket. He even said "Ab tum bhukto hum kuch nahin karnge ". When we objected he started raising his voice and kept fighfighting until we left the counter. I was surprised by this rude behaviror
