By Mistake Confirmed Tatkal ticket cancelled and ticket cancelled but no refund in my account

Sound trouble of wheel axel at high speed.

I, Ghate N R passanger in train number 16589 from SBC to BELGAM, noticed that entire night at high speed huge hitting sound comming from wheels of S- 1 coach (13257). this matter has been notice to TC at HUBLI Jn. on 29th Aug.2014, Being a Sr. citizen I am always alloted S- 1 coach this is the 4th time I've complained to railway TC at HUBLI Jn. but so far nothing has been done. stupid ad coming on the way while booking

I can think this as the most stupid and irritating error that a web developer or ad poster can do. Please see the photo attached and you get to know what is the problem. The ad window comes in between and blocks the time/date selection!!! Unfortunately the time/date cannot be edited !!! it can only be selected from the drop down Calender !!...
