I tried to book a train ticket on 16/10/2014, through 139 facility from my smart phone.
The ticket fare amount of Rs. 2, 507.47 was debited in my ICICI bank account on 16/10/2014; 13.30.52 hrs. and credited to the a/c of 139 services.
But, 139 booking was not successful, as it displayed as "we are unable to process your request, try again later".
Can you please look into the matter and refund the above amount to my bank account.
