    Respected concern, My name is Pikle Nileshchandra K., my user id is Nealesh. On 17th oct I tried for booking ticket(Tatkal) from mumbai to ratlam while bookin it showed 2 available seats but after completing transaction it showed CKWL 53 transaction id for this was [protected] and PNR was [protected] then I cancelled ticket and Rs 420 refunded on 20th oct. On 18th oct I have tried for same and error occurred "RESERVATION FAILED" and Rs 507/- deducted from my account and on 22nd oct I got only Rs 10/- as refunding amount. Transaction id was[protected]Why only Rs 10 refunded instead of Rs.507/-?Please reply as early as possible.Thank you.

      I have used SBT online banking service for booking tickets from Indian Railway and they have deducted Rs.11.25 extra ten times. Now I've lost Rs.112.5.The money is transferred to as commission to IGXxxxxxxxx. This is illegal ! I want my money back ! IRCTC is a total fraud.

          Sir, I am traveling by AP Express 12724 today 26-10-14, now train is before Nagpur (exactly don't know). I asked to your pentry vendor to give two teas, he was giving it along Marigold biscuit packet (quantity 2 biscuit) while I was asking to give only two cup of tea. He simply refused. On asking again he made an excuse of change of rupees while he was having the change because he was serving to others the same biscuit and tea. How one can make such a condition ? Already I given some change to other pentry members for water etc. How can your pentry member show rudeness and ill-behaviour. How can they sell food itemson their own.

                On 25.10.2014 I have tried to book 2 tickets for train 11463 /SMNH JBP EXPRESS transaction id [protected]. A sum of rupees 2167.47 was deducted from my icici account for railway ticket that was not delivered against transaction id no [protected] . So please credit the deducted amount to my account.

                      I have booked a Tatkal ticket in the name o[censored]dhaya shankar from Mumbai to Madurai today for the date of journey 26/10/2014 in Train No 16339. Although the amount was debited to my Indian Bank a/c but the ticket was not raised due to the server problem. Hence I tried for second time then also same thing happen, the amount was debited but the ticket was not issued due to problem. Hence refund the amount of Rs 1642.48p immediately as the tickets were not at all issued. .

                        Hi, i tried to book e-ticket under tatkal quota today on 25th Oct, after entering the detail in journey planner, web site say - You are permitted only two tickets between 10 am to 12 pm per IP address" refer to below screen shot, while i din not book any ticket using this IP address. it seems some technical fraud is being done by technical team to prevent general user to book tatkal ticket using internet, some of my friends also tried today and faced similar problems.

                            PNR-[protected], Trn-22133, journey Dt:[protected], Frm RC to YPR. Have two confirm seats. Only one berth is provided. Ticket collector did not even turn to check out our tickets. So we had to adjust two person in one berth only having confirmed two seats.

                              Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to bring to your notice the pathetic state of the toilets maintained in the Rock Fort Express (Train No. 16178). I travelled by this train from Srirangam to Tambaram on 23-OCT-2014 in B3 AC Coach. The toilets just at the entrance of the coach were wet all over, smelly and unclean. In fact, the Western toilet was leaking water from. I moved to the toilets in the adjacent coach through the vestibule. They were similarly in a miserable condition. As a passenger who has paid AC fare, I am very disappointed with your service. I request you to take necessary action not just to resolve this temporarily but also to have a permanent solution for the problem by having regular checks in place.                                   On 08/10/2014 I was traveling by Train No.12311 from Howrah to Kalka (PNR No.-[protected]) and I asked to the vendor of pantry car for the meal & they are charging me Rs.100 for Veg. & Rs. 120 for non Veg. Meal. When I asked for the cash memo they refused to issue. Similarly when I was returning back to Sealdah from Delhi by Train No. 13120(PNR No.[protected]) the Railway Catering vendor charging Rs.80 for Veg. Meal & Rs.100 for non-Veg. Meal. It also shocked when I called at[protected] the telephone No. Given with the ticket confirmation massage) several time, but the call was received but no response was made from that side. About two years ago the similar complain lodge by me when I was traveling by Saraighat Express from Guahati to Howrah. Bit no action has been taken by the authority for the interest of the poor passengers. Hope, the authority will take the necessary action to stop this type of fraudulent practice to help the bonafide passengers.

                                        Sir, i was tried to book 02 seats trough tatkal but on that time tatkal kota shows that 10 seats are available. But after booking it shows waiting list ck11 so that i was not taken the tatkal seat but my account has debited for approx rs 3500. The amount has not yet credited to my account which may comes in financial hardship to book another ticket. The policy of railway is not good as the amount of any ticket is deducted before confirm ticket. This type of intention from railway auth shows that the amount collected from users may be utilised to other sources for their undo benifit but the user comes under financial hardship this is unjustice. If ticket not confirmed or not taken by any user the amount of ticket should be returned back immediately to the user so that he can enable to book another train and not comes in trouble. We think that the govt is for our help or to resolve our problems not to increase troubles. Please resolve this issue immediately
