eticket canceled on 01/05/2014, till date money not refunded

Bed bugs in 2ac coach bedspreads pillows

I travelled with my family in Chennai express-no-22681 in 2AC coach A2 on 07/05-
Bedspreads given to us were dirty and full of bedbugs. Even pillows had blood stains and had stinking smell.

Due to bed bugs biting, my kid developed skin rashes and we could not sleep during the entire journey .

1.After spending 2710 Rs for the comfortable journey, I fail to understand why I should undergo such painful...

Tdr filing, not yet resolved, more than 6 months

I have booked a ticket to vizianagaram from bangalore on 17-oct-2013. The train was scheduled to depart on 17-oct-2013 at 23.00 hrs. But it was re-scheduled to 18-oct-2013 at 17.00 hrs. i.e train is running late more than 17hrs. So, I have filed a TDR with IRCTC by email on 18-oct-2013. The TDR no .is ekt[protected]. my ticket has not been booked, but money is deducted from my account

i have booked a ticket from irctc on 7 may 2014 from NDLS to LKO through NDLS LKO AC EXP.for date[protected] with transaction id [protected].Payement is deducted from bank andpayement status is showing"SETTELMENT REQUESTED" in "Failed Payment Refund Status".Where as from my bank amount of Rs.1442 has been deducted and i had also not got any ticket against such payement. kindly refund my money which has been deducted....

IRCTC Site very slow and Customer Complaint number not working

I have been trying to book railway tickets since last two days using IRCTC site but even after multiple attempts could not book tickets. Site is running extremely slow, getting stuck at payment gateway and all other problems. At the same time your customer complaints number are also not working. What a utter pain for people like us. Now I am forced to rely on travel agent...for no reason....

Water Bootles sold at excess rates than the print rates

Hi, I had a stoppage at Mathura railway station and had to buy a bottle at Rs 20, which had a print MRP of Rs 15. I also saw that it was being sold to everyone at Rs 20, as fellow passengers were buying it and said nothing can be one about it. i have my ticket reserved which is of 30-apr-2014. I am not travelling so i wanted to cancel the ticket. The website is down and i am unable to cancel my ticket and when i will cancel on my ticket on 30-apr-2014 i will get less refund amount which i would have got 1 day before. This is the fault of irctc since they are unable to keep the website running/up. The extra money which i will have to lose is the fault of irctc....
