Dear All, I have booked a e-ticket on 4/6/2014 and all details given below:- PNR NO.[protected] TRANSACTION ID- [protected] DATE OF BOOKING-04/06/2014 DATE OF JOURNEY-05/06/2014 And when chart prepared done at that time my e-ticket is in waiting status so ticket is cancelled mode but not yet money will be credited but so kindly check on urgent basis and do the needful. when i put a complaint regarding my e-ticket then instantly someone is calling and told me that he is saying from irctc dept. his name (Rohit mb.[protected] on 12/06/2014 time 11:33 am call duration 19:56 and they confirm me we don't credited your amnt in hdfc account so give me other a/c details and they deduct from my sbi a/c or idbi a/c of Rs.1600/- so kindly check all the call details for this no. and already i'm lodge a complaint in delhipolice.nic.in but not yet any reply from his side so pls do me a favour if you get any more details then i'll send you but pls caught him that guy who doing a fraud transaction in my account.

    The IRCTC e-Ticketing website is the WORST website throughout the world. The world wide web community should debar this website from putting up on the Internet. But since it is a free community, the Indian government should privatize the Indian Railway. The Indian Railway boasts itself that due to heavy traffic, the problem exists. But why doesn't anybody asks them - ARE THEIR SERVER MORE POWERFUL THAN GOOGLE, YAHOO, etc ? Is there much more traffic than Google, Yahoo, etc handles each second ? It's totally false because the Indian Railway is one of the MOST CORRUPT ORGANIZATIONS IN THE WORLD/INDIA.

      Hello, Recently we travelled from pune to nandura. day before travelling i booked ticket using tatkal scheme. but while booking ticket i don't have my id number so i put some values like 12345. I thought i will provide the photo identity proof in case TTC asked. so, i booked the ticket. Next day while travelling TTC said that you need to pay fine of Rs 500, for not producing the valid id proof.But I have provided valid id proofs like my voter id card which i have mention in ticket.         Hello sir, There is a new version for plan my travel page which is not at all working properly. The page is getting loaded after click on the class and fare, seat availability but it has never showing the result from past one week. Even in the normal hours its not working, and in tatkal hours its out of question. The webpage is expiring after some time. The maintenance is very bad. Please check what the problem is.

            when i use to go for ticket reservation while making paymnet in net banking select bank option there is no list of associate bank (sbi group) seen .it is inconvenient for me to do any reservation please amend from your end as earliest.

              I have cancelled my e-tickets on 05.06.2014. booking on 30.05.2014

              Status shows its refunded but the amount still not credited to my bank account. So please check my transaction and refund my balance.

                  I was trying to book a tatkal ticket today through my irctc account. Everytime I logged in I was taken to the intermediate page of the Next Generation e ticketing system. Everytime I clicked on Proceed for Booking, the page could not load, even after 11 am on different browsers. However when I tried the same from my friend's place, with my id, I was not taken to the Next generation system. Instead I was directly taken to the familiar Plan My Travel page and was successfully able to book the ticket, received pnr, sms as well as email. However when I try to log in from my own laptop, I'm again taken to the Intermediate page and the problem persists. This is awful as I can't even cancel/print the ticket from my id. I have tried calling the IRCT Customer Care several times on both the Toll free no. as well as the Mobile no. but either its too busy for the last 2 hours or the call can't be completed. I expected the Next Generation e ticketing system to be faster, but forget booking tatkal ticket I can't even view my new booked history. What kind of a shoddy system is this.

                    Hi IRCTC Support, I had an irctc account with userID (gaurjimmy) using my email ID ([protected]@gmail.com). A while back I tried logging in the account to get some tickets booked it showed the userID or the password is invalid (which clearly was the same I'd been using previously). Anyway, I tried using the "forgot password" option to retrieve my password and turns out the answer to my security question was also wrong. I clearly remember my password and the security answer but somehow your system is rejecting them. Now, if I try to create a new account it doesn't allow me because I can't use my mobile number again ([protected]). Please help me in this regard. I've been having a lot of problem with IRCTC lately.                       sir i have booked my tickect for 12/06/14 on 8/06/14 from new delhi to secunderabad in Ap exp...soon pnr no was also generated on my mobile no:[protected]...but unfortunately i have deleted my pnr no...when i logged in my irctc account to get pnr number it was showing that there is no booking history and also rs 596 was also deducted from my account...plz solve my pblm as soon as possible...

                                      dear sir, now days lot of people use vaireous software for fast booking in tatkal online reservation system, There is lot of fake ids on IRCTC. these people use fake ids in sell in Black ticket in doulbe prize. lot of people wait in long que at Railway reservation counter but there is no respone for a single customer. i am sufferd lot of time by this heavy problum. please do something to stop all these type false purchase by fake irctc ids holder.
