Amount deducted from bank account, but ticket not booked

Dear Sir,

I was booking a ticked from Indore to Bina dated 1 July 2014 by IRCTC but amount of Rs. 342 deducted from my bank account and ticket not booked.

Please inform me, this amount will return or not and when it will return ? If it will not return then what should I do.

money deducted, but still ticket not booked

it has been irritating .after many attempts i was able to book tatkal ticket. But money was deducted and ticket still not booked .It doesnt show in transaction history of irctc .further the customer care facility is useless as tehy never pick phone and its complex .It is very urgent as someone from my family died today and now all tatkal tickets have been filled up .

This is against the system which our indian railway is following ...As an Indian i personally did not understand why cannot we change this old system and apply new ideas for the RAC passengers .

Amount Deducted but ticket not booked, Yet not credited back

Didn't Get Refund of E-tickets Even After More Than 15 Days
