I booked a e-ticket online for 3 members and given option to book only if my seats are available in same coach, whereas tickets have been booked in different coaches. The Details are as follows:-
PNR No.-[protected], Train No.-12312, D.O.J-30/06/2014, from Kalka - Tundla, berth no.-S11-22, 24 & S9-03.
Please do the needful to rearrange my berths in same coach.
Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
My ticket details are as follow-

My e-ticket did not cancel automatically before chart prepared. It showing current status as WL/25.I
have not traveled from that train as i could not board the train with an e-ticket with
WL status. and my money is not refunded automatically So kindly refund
my money back .Thanks
