Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — i am complaining about food and journey time of 12262 hwh-cstm duronto.

The train was 5 hrs late last date. And the food quantity served was very poor.
Earlier it was nice to travell on duronto. But now in all the catagories, duront is getting degraded. It was a very poor experience in travelling in such a high profile train. The passengers were frustrated and got very angry in the service. The waiter boys ask for tips at the end of every journey without providing proper service. Please look into the matter seriously.

12262 Howrah Duronto started on time on 22nd June 2022 but as of now at 0955 it is running 4 hours late.
No breakfast served till now. Quality of food served for lunch and dinner is abysmal.
While they classify Duronto a premium train, the service and punctuality is abysmal.
I dint know whether they will improve or continue like this as there seems no fear or accountability

Madarchod train hai or Government b aise hi hai Doronto ko hold khar ki Malgadi cross khar raha hai salee chor hai shaab ki shaab Hum log kyu chose kharte hai superfast taki time say pahuche fake government & India Railway

12262 Doronto Ek dum faltu train hai madarchod India Railway or Government morning 8am ka time hai cstm ka or mera flight tha Dubai ki liye 12.30 ka jo miss huwa kon dai ga madarchod paise train 4hr late huwa tha hum log superfast kyu choss kharte hai time say pahuche isliye Train ka price high hai too madarchod log time say chalo na behenchod

The veg platter's paneer is worst it's sour in taste.
