same problem happened with me since 15 Feb 16 and finally i got mail from IRCTC that "As per your concern your user id is inactive due to Fraudulent activity on NGET site it is not possible to active again you want to re register with alternate email id and mobile number."

My irctc account has been deactivated and when I called up the customer care number they said it has been deactivated due to fraudulent activity. I would like to know what kind of fraudulent activity has been noticed on my account . I request my account to be reactivated and also make me know the reason of the deactivation.
Below are my details which you might require for recognition and authentication.

While logging into the IRCTC SITE FOR ticket booking From 22.04.2016 login error is showing USER IS DISABLED message comes... i am unable login .
I am regular traveler, and i am using my personal use only and i am not do any fraudulent transactions.
I Send the mail on 23.04.2016 to [protected]@irctc.co.in and immediately I received a
alloated TICKET ID: IRCTC #3268165. But till i am not received any solution.
Please help me and actiate my user ID
hence i request you to activate my user id.

There are many reasons to deactivate the account but no such process is their to make railway ticketing process easy, harassment is their each and every day from railway, the vast service seen from railway always, No response seen from mail, refunds are pending from last 6 month, Its really E category services is their in railway site and team of the railway
