Dear sir,

I booked 3 (Three) 2nd class ac confirmed e-tickets for travelling from guwahati (Ghy) to new karimganj (Nkmg) by train no. 01665 on 20.04.2018. But the onward journey of the train from guwahati was suspended / cancelled due to railroko called by some local organisation.

Under this circumstances i shall be glad if you please let me know whether i am eligible for get refund of those tickets. If yes, what is the procedure to claim for refund.

    Sir, i am going to iit patna for phd interview by 13133 sealdah varanasi express, but this train is stopped in dharhara railway station for about 2 hr. I lodged a complaint in indian railways website but nothing happened. But from public i got to know that this delay is because of an accident in which 1 father and son died. And because of that all train in this routes are stopped.
    So, i request you that please look into this matter and as soon as possible please release the train from station.

      Last night i was about to travel from jrc to dli by hsx-dli express because o[censored]navailability of reserved tickets i have to travel by unreserved coach. One of the person who introduced himself as tc and he is also handling enquiry detained me at jrc railway station, i said ticket is with my friend n he just went outside, once he will come will show u the ticket, i have shown him ticket also still he asked for money and left only when i have given 100₹, it's not about money it's about the way tc harass passenger, fir such small amount. Sir i am a student i showed him my college id also but he wasn't listening. Please make sure a proper action must be taken against that tc, otherwise have to forward my complaint to pmo.

        Though I have a valid monthly ticket and am going in general compartment like many daily passenger yet one ticket cheaker come and fine me Rs 280/-...on the back side of ticket a number ERMV[protected].Ticket serial no AA 927393.And given cause without ticket by a mobile TC of Bandel station.Many a times they come and hurras the daily passenger having valid monthly ticket.

            Train no 22419 pnr no - [protected].
            Is train ke tt ne hamse 700rs liye hai ticket hone ke baad bhi, sirf is reason se ke kisi ladki ke jagah par koi ladka safar nahi kar sakta hai ye bol ke, jabki ticket price to same hee hai male or female ki or sheet bhi confirm hai.

            Irctc ke ticket pe kahi bhi aisa nahi likha hai ke koi kisi ke sheet ot travel nahi kar sakta hai.

              I was travelled from train no. 12330 (Syaldah express) from new delhi to dhanbad. Train was departured at 8.10 pm on 9th may 2018 from anand vihar station but during the travel many problems we have faced. Many times signals were not there. During the travel train became late by 12 hours in dhanbad. We have returned thorugh purushottam express (Train no. 12801) on 14th may 2018 from gomoh to delhi, it is also delayed by 5 hours 30 minutes approx.
              Why such problems arise many times? If any person has to attend serious meeting they have to leave place one day before due to mismanagement of running the train. Anybody has to attend doctor on time he has to leave early due to delay of the train.
              System should be improved. If train is delay more than 3 hours there should be system to return the fare.
              Time should be proper maintained. Mismanagement should be avoided at higher level. There is no need to increase the train firstly track should be increased in that way.
              Monitoring should be done. Why such problems are arising? Public should not be suffered.
              We request to concerned minister look into the matter seriously, now fare is too much high in compare of previous day.

              On 25th april 2018, i booked a 3ac waiting tatkal ticket punjab mail from csmt-gwl for rs 1885 . It remained in waiting after chart was prepared my pnr was [protected] . On 27th april 2018 i got messaging regarding refund would be done in 3-4 days . however till date refund is not made . So i would request you to please look in to the matter

              Fare:5660.This rail travel is insured
              Note: sir.request to please arrange at least two lower berth in the same coach
              Train no. 14235 BSB BE EXPRESS this train many time reschedule and not give a proper reason why train is late because Varanasi is starting point of the train. Sir this is a worst thing in Indian Railway.

              I have booked the return ticket from SVDK TO BVI and instead of Rs.2650 amount.
              The amount deducted from my account is Rs.5300.

                We had exam on 8th may at iit madras through gate exam. My tickets were already booked in "raptisagar express" to be depart on 6th may 21:20. My seat no. Was b3 19.
                Due to train was late about 26 hours 47 minutes. We were not able to go to our exam and interview
                And also no help were provided by bhopal railway staff for any other train. No help by railway commissioner. He told nothing can be done and since i am a girl he told to book in slipper ticket but at ticket counter they told no tickets are available in any train to go to chennai before 8th may.
                It is very sad for my career and my career is at stake. I was not able to give test and interview. This is very worst situation. And also no reasons were specified by railway staff and commissioner that why the train is late. He told and didn't response kindly and he angered and said that it is not yet departed so how could i say. So notify me about my career loss and who will pay for that. And it must be paid by railway. "railway railway murdabad".

                No updates.. not resolved yet...
                Train No. 15631, BME - GHY EXPRESS is standing at LAVA Platform since 3 hour. AC in A-1 coach is also not working. However the passengers will survive. 10 May 2018.
                Sir, rail me kinner bahut pareshaan karte hain chahe reservation coach ho ya general har jagah har train me zarur Pahuch jate hai. Aur paise mange hai na dene par pareshan karte hain. Ek train me bahut sare log rahte hain ye un logo se jabardasti karte hain lekin indian railway inke khilaf kuchh nahi karta.jabki train ka karaya lagatar badta hai.

                  Before traveling through the train i heard from few person that indian railways is widely known for its delayed response and deliver. I searched, however i thought that it might be one of there bad experience.
                  But they were absolutely right. Right now i am travelling with train no 13005 from msg since yesterday. At the time of departure it was appropriate with timing. The time for arrival at jalandhar city was 6:30-6:50. I thought that this is best time for me as the my timing to reach at bank is 9:30.
                  But the hell is that the train is not 1-2 hour, but the # train is delaying me by 6 hour. Is this the status of indian railways???
                  How one could suppose to travel with nonsense trains. It was my first and really very bitter experience with indian railways.
                  I am thinking that in future i am going to travel with indian railways.
                  Instead of giving excuses why you are not providing solutions???
                  Excuses are only for duffer one, it's not suitable for irctc.
                  If there is any excuses then just leave it, or if there is any solutions which indian railways is going to take in future, kindly adopt it very strict with reference to the timing

                  Sir we are travelling in garib rath taking window waiting ticket. So many people travel with waiting ticket. Tt taking money to allot confirm seat. No receipt issuing. Why sir. I am not paying RS 500*2 means RS 1000)_ tt dis allow the coach to us. We take first coach g1. What are to next tt will say. Please help us mob. [protected].
                  AC not cooling, dinner was not up to mark and cleaniless of train and its toilet is pathetic.Train is ranchi rajdhani, date of journey, 12 may 18. Coach no B1, seat no 6 and 8
                  Train no. 19714 going from Secunderabad to jaipur is alreasy running 5 hours late from the given destination time. The train has been stopped several times on no such stoppage location for more than 30 minutes.
                  So, we kindly request you to take an action against it as soon as possible.

                    It is very sad that when train is starting from abad itself it has not been cleaned properly. There are waste leftout of the previous passenger which is stinking and there are flies around. It was visible only when the middle berth was lifted. When it was told to the attendant he told it was not his responsibilty. Is this swachh bharat? Prior to the journey the train should be cleaned thoroughly.

                    No difference regarding rail cleaning in this govt and previous govt.sheer hollow claim of bullet rail
                    I was allocated B4 33 34 36 three-tier AC for train no 15629 and on arrival, we were allocated sleeper class non-ac without intimation. The railways stated that the number of AC boggies were less and hence we had to adjust in Non AC. Since I had 2 children we did not travel and the authority further said that they cannot cancel confirm tickets.
                    Dear sir my pnr no is [protected] i am traveling alone with 3 kids no man is with me and 3 people came and seat on our booed seat.
                    That say they payed 300 to tt for seat here.
                    Please help us.
                    We cant eat we cant sleep on our seat.

                      Nowadays they have taken technology to do smart corruption. Please don't trouble normal citizens in the name of the premium tatkal ticket.

                      If you can do any good things to people... If you wanted to do... Please remove the premium tatkal ticket scheme at all... Because govt is charging a fee of 100rs as a tatkal charge. [even that itself very hard for people].

                      So please don't loot people money...

                        Sir apki railway ki service kab sudhregi ya sudhregi bhi ya nahi. Me abhi jammu tawi to indore malwa express me journey kar raha hun. Ye train filhal 7 hour late hai. Es train ko jagah jagah rok ke dusari traino ko pass kita ja raha hai. Ye kya bhadda mazak kar raha hai apka railway department public ke sath. Kya humare waqt ki koi kimat nahi. Kab tak aap sirf jumale bazi karte rahoge. Bullet train chalane ki baat kar rahe ho par pahle jo service already hai usko to sudharo. Agar flight kisi wajah se late ho jaye to passenger ko fligt company wale panelty dete hai to fir apka railway department kyu nhi deta. Aap logo ne kyu ese public ko lootne ka jariya bana rakha hai. Meri train to 12920 kyu etni late ki ja rahi hai. Eski mujhe puri jankari chahiye. Abhi filhal 1.5 hour se ye bhopal k bahar hi khadi hai, kab chalegi pata nahi. Jabki 12.50 ka indore pahunchne ka time hai. Kab sudharoge apne department ko.

                            Hi,
                            This incident has been occurring almost every single time i'm travelling in mysore-bangalore route, eunuchs are troubling a lot to the travelling passengers by touching inappropriately and speaking vulgar language.
                            Yesterday i traveled in basava express from mandya to yelahanka where this incident re-occurred.

                            These are my ticket details:

                            There was this eunuch who came to our compartment after passing yeshwanthpur and started harassing us asking for money, by speaking vulgar things and touching inappropriately. When i asked eunuch to leave then, she started cursing and spoke filthy things. She got down in yelahanka station.

                            I request you to please avoid such people from entering the trains and harassing passengers. I had encountered similar situation and had reported it in railway complaints portal: www.coms.indianrailways.gov.in (Complaint no.: w/nw/bkn/[protected]. I was assured that these things would be taken care of but there are no changes.
                            Please do the needful at the earliest as it's very embarrassing for passengers and also it's a revenue loss for indian railways as these eunuchs are travelling without valid tickets and harassing passengers who have rightfully bought respective tickets.

                              I travellegd by train no 07210 from eluru to tirupati in 2nd a/c, pnr[protected]. The scheduled arrival for eluru is 21:31. Train came at 23:23. Finally reached tirupati at 8:34am against right time 6:30am. Why we canot minimise the late??
                              When the train arrived to eliuru, the a1 compartment doors found closed. I entered to some other compartment and occupied my seat19 in a1. No tte came, no attender found. Only at vijayawada the tte came and verified my ticket. More over that the attender started begging money from srikalahasti.
                              Why it happens like that.

                                unable to renew ewallet at irctc website

                                I am unable to renew my e-wallet account. I have called the customer care center multiple times since 2nd-may 2018. My wallet renewal is due by 2nd june. Kindly provide a solution asap.

                                I have opened this account on 2nd june 2017.
                                Also i want to change the password for my e wallet, but unable to this also.

                                When i am coming back to my home chandigarh than my ticket is in train no 04973 from chapra to ambala date 10 may 18. When train come on the platform no 2 than someone has theft my luggage in my luggage there are jewelry around 20 lakh and some important document and your camera is also not working at time. Please take necessary action. [protected] my contact number i want to know from you that why the camera is being set there when they are not working i need reply from you as soon as possible and take the step to catch the theft if you need any information than you can call me any time in the station there are so many people are travel from one place to another than why your camera is not working in very important place.

                                  I boarded train no. 12561 from varanasi jn. On 12th may 2018, and there in my coach s-5 due to over crowd i got slipped to climb over my side upper birth no. 16 resulting a cut by a sharpen strip (Used to support birth) causing bleeding and severe pain on my left elbow saving my bone. The tte even didn't arrived to crosscheck the ticket, else i would have reported him. Hence the claim of rs. 1, 00, 000/- stands against the railway department for not maintaining the coach and creating problems to the passengers. Kindly take strict action against maintenance department and settle my claim else i have to knock the door of media and court for the justice. The photographs are attached in the support of my injury.
                                  Not only this wash basin was too dirty and seems that it has not been washed for many months. Please pay attention towards the hygienic problems also.

                                    I had booked my Branding Material parcel of 16 pieces which was arround 400 kgs, from Bangalore SBC to Jhansi JHS and Having a PRR NO - [protected] on 6th May 2018 in Karnataka Express Train No - 12627, for my surprise i had recived an SMS on 8th Morning stating the Parcel has been unloaded in NDLS, I sent my Colugue to find out the parcel in New Delhi but after requesting almost all the staffs in the parcel office, who were very rude and arrogant and told him to find out for himself if the parcel is anywhere in the platforms. after looking for almost 2 days and more than 30 times all on all the platforms the parcel is nowhere in the station and also took the help of a coolie to find it in the godown still the result is same "nowhere".. I enquired in Jhansi station on the same day when my collegue is searching in New delhi, and there thay said it is over carried to New Delhi and it will come back to Jhansi pleses wait.
                                    I have been waiting in the station from past 3 days with out going anywhere else and they still tell me to wait.. No body here is worried or showing any response towards tracking my parcel, and the same in New delhi as well.
                                    Please help me reach this Msg to the Higher Authorites in Indian Railway and sort out these issue as I am tired and really need to go back to Bangalore.

                                      I am totally disgusted and annoyed with the way seats are given in the irctc. My parents are senior citizens and also have heart problem. There are several seats available at the time of booking for a journey of 31 hours they have allotted upper births. Irctc never treats senior citizen with respect as i feel. What foolishness is this? I totally hate this ticket booking. Irctc should show the birth number/type before payment. I[censored]ser found that the available seat is not based on their criteria, they may leave the booking.
                                      I have booked an e - ticket through www.irctc.co.in on 8th may, 2008 at 08: 25: 00hrs for 5 passengers. The detail ticket is as follows:

                                      Two senior citizens traveling together my mother aged 68 and my father aged 74 both are senior citizen and suffering from heart problem and lower berth quota is only for senior citizens. Irctc must allot lower births to senior citizens, but it is observed that after giving choice lower birth is not allotted i have opted lower birth for my parents at the time of booking the ticket, and despite of the fact that there were several seats vacant, they were allotted upper birth to both. When i prefer some seats it does not give as per our choice. It’s really irritating.
                                      Just you imagine how a senior citizen in this age can climb up? Please suggest what action should i take for this? I request you to kindly do the needful so that she can travel comfortably. Please confirm me the seat status if possible.
