Address: Nashik road railway station

I was waiting for my train when I decided to wait in the AC retiring room. The AC is always switched off and not enabled...upon requesting for it to be switched on, The receptionist told me to leave the area if I wanted AC, and all this while they are charging people the rate of an AC retiring space, why in the world were they charging the rate for an AC retiring space if AC is not meant to be switched on?
This is pathetic.

      Hi Aditi Ghela here on 16 i booked my quaterly season ticket from bandra to jogeshwari intially my payment got failed but finally my amount got deducted and on 20 when I saw it was showing ticket booked successfully but I can't my ticket under the show ticket bar.What i should I do abt this if tt comes an ask about it, my 270 rs got deducted i have done via UTS app

        Hi,

        The amount for the first class season ticket (505 INR) has got deducted from my bank account while making a transaction through the UTS app on 13th April, 2023

        On reaching the Chennai customer care, they said it will be refunded in another two days to my bank account but nothing happened. When I try to reach the customer care later, their number itself is out of order

        Kindly take necessary action to refund the amount asap

        Details are as follows:

        Mobile number registered on UTS - [protected]
        Transaction date: 13 Feb, 2023
        Amount deducted: Rs. 505 /-
        Transaction made via - PAYTM payment gateway
        Payment for : Booking First class season ticket from Chennai suburban to Ennore

            My Kamiliant trolley was eaten up by, l'm guessing rats in the train during my travel from Madgaon to Miraj Junction.
            I pulled out my trolley to discover a big hole with threads coming out and I think it was the rats.
            It is my genuine request to kindly look into this and address my concern as it was a new trolley

              I am a senior citizen and my age is 86 year, i have booked one ticket from lucknow to patna shocked to see that i have been alloted upper berth i am unable to climb stairs so request you to please change my berth to lower berth ..

                  I buy proper ticket from railway counter at Itarsi Junction.I buy 5 ticket from railway counter and i want to travel in sleeper class I gave my ticket to TTE for make proper ticket of sleeper class and take proper fare.TTE added excess fare on five ticket when I ask him to why you added excess fare after sleeper charge they deny to answer me and told me I dont tell you and misbehave with me.I ask for her ID he told me put your mobile in your pocket I don't show you and abuse me.TTe enter In Train near Narshingpur.

                      I have parked my bike MH14JC1450 on 6:45AM on 2nd Feb 2023 at panvel railway station parking...my bike handle was missing at time when i came at parking at 7:20 pm at 2nd Feb 2023..I have contacted parking staff/members but they behave like bike responsibility is not ours you can park outside also..don't came again to park here .I think Indian railways want to watch the issues related parking at every station.

                        I booked a bike for parcel as luggage on 28th JAN 2023 from Kurnool Town (KRNT) to Tirupati (TPTY). The Laggauge ticket no is : KRNT/002692. Till date i.e.,[protected] by bike did not reach Tirupati Station. There is no proper answer either from source or destination stations. Please ensure that i receive the bike ASAP at TPTY station.

                            TDR status is showing CR repudiated which means the refund is rejected by railways. But the train was running late more than 3 hours and reached destination late more than 12 hours so passengers didnot travelled and filed the TDR and status is rejected. Please look into this to initiate the refund

                              I had booked ticket from irctc app and due to train divergance and passenger health issues i had file TDR on 12/01/2023 and my journey dated on 14th January.

                                Booking clerk sh gagan deep and supr. Umed singh while booking my ticket from roorkee to nizamudin misbehaved with me and refused to book my ticket saying 200 note is not fair / dirty and get me out of line also said your ticket will not be booked.Both threatened me to be prosrcuted in police custody and used unparleamentry language .My ticket as booked with same note after 30 minute discussion.The behaviour was very rude with senior citizen.Pnr no[protected]. Action may be taken against such unruly officials.They are spoiling image of railway i public.

                                  I and travelling in 3 tier lower Beth of 16339 Nager coil exp from Mumbai .

                                  Cockroaches are disturbing and rubbing all over me after lights are switched off. I cannot sleep in such unhygienic condition.

                                  Railways is least bothered about hygiene .

                                  It's the horrible and distressful night for me.

                                    Today my mother in law and my wife were travelling from New Delhi to Jammu on Vande Bharat train.They reach at station in the morning.They had three suitcases and one bag.They entered through Ajmeri Gate to board the train.They ask the Coolie present there for charge to lift the suitcases.He demand Rs 1500.My wife ask them to charge reasonably but they didn’t not listen and ask that call any one and they will charge 2000.With old lady with her my wife gave him 1500.My request is to start prepaid Coolie counter like prepaid taxi to save people from such loot.
