    You are right sir..
    I always purchase platform ticket at Durgapur railway station Jaipur, but this time when I went there was no employee who always issues platform ticket, and there was no other employees responding, because of big lines of customer on window, I asked 2-3 times to him, but he was not responding, then I go without platform after few minutes same person who was not responding says that I have not come for platform ticket and not asked him, he did not seen my face. He refused.. they do not believe me regarding anything, my efforts for platform ticket for purchasing, no humanity or belief is left, they just want either bribe and when there is no bribe they charge big penalty of RS 295. And was threatening again and again for a case and police.
    The law to protect government employees is very nice in India. The government employees at the time of bribe do not follow law, and for protection themselves against general public, they need police support and threatening to public.
    At last always general public suffer.
    No other option, because we are just 'COMMON MAN'.

      I am a single lady travelling alone by train no. 12617 on 2nd july 2017. My pnr no is [protected]. I had a confirmed booking in s9 coach seat no.49 which i upgraded to a3 coach seat no.11.
      The train arrived half an hour late at kozhikode and was held at koyilandi for one hour. I am traveling from kozhikode to mangalore and onward by bus to davangere. The bus leaves at 9pm from town. No announcements were made. There is total disregard for people travelling. This is the most irresponsible transportation in india. I am ashamed of the indian railways. Tall claims and no commitment.

        Dear sir i am traveling today in dhn-allepy train no-13351 one of old person with family was accommodated in s8 coach, who have board train with xerox /fax copy of indian railways counter ticket, but he have the pnr status update sms on his mobile. They are wl status but tte at dhanbad were forcing him for penalty and threatening him to deboard from train. They were asking fine/money, but that old man continuosly shows that he have only calculated money for his journey.

        Kindly could you suggest is pnr status update sms is sufficient enough or not for travel in indian railways?

          I was travelling from Allahabad to kanpur on 1/07/2017 with train no.12948 on requesting the tte for aloting me a seat in reservation sleeper class he asked me to sit in S4 after which I didn't get the seat and when tte arrived he asked me to pay 100 rupee but when I asked for the challan he refused and made the penalty of 320 rupee. Sir if you really willing for the corrupt free nation you should strictly take action against such corrupt officers and terminate them from their job .thankyou

            Dear sir/ mam,
            This is to inform you that i am sourendra ghosh. My pnr no is [protected]. Today travelling to kolkata by garibrath express. My boarding was from goalpara station.
            I am traveling along with my wife & 2years old child. Just after board on the train i asked for bedding to the coach attendant but he told me that he have nothing left for me. After a several request he gave me two bed sheets only.
            Now my child & wife are adjusting with those.
            May be this is very small issue but this is sensitive for a father.
            Is this expec hospitality of indian railway?
            Please look into this matter.

              My name is Rahul Vetal.I am a resident of Talegaon Dabhade (PUNE).I am lodging this complaint against the Parking Staff (2/4 wheelers)of Talegaon Dabhade Railway Station because I am unhappy about their misbehavior towards people. To be specific they behave badly, sound arrogant to the daily commuters and act as if they own the place.This type of behavior is unacceptable in any Government Services.Many of the commuters suffer daily because of this Parking Staff.
              Therefore I demand the concerned authorities to take strict action and even cancel their tender if needed.I am keeping a copy of this complaint and will share the details of the related issue on the twitter handle of Railway Minister Mr.Suresh Prabhu if needed.
              I hope my complaint will be resolved as soon as possible by Indian Railways.

                  Dear Team

                  I am travelling from Jammu to Meerut PNR No- [protected] dated :01 July2017. I reached station at 06:05 pm from amarnath yatra to back home at meerut .when I was entered in 2nd class waiting room with my friends there were 5 ACs but no one is worked properly but only one AC fan is work.
                  We were go to enquiry they send us station master room where no one is available from railway staff however someone was seat there and he send us to TT room.

                  In TT room one officer said that there is staff problem so we can not check the ticket properly who is having the reservation ticket for this waiting room.also said that you can't allowed in waiting room before 2 hours at the time of train departure. When I checked at Internet however where is mentioned you are allow before 3 hours at the time of train departure.

                    As indian railway decided to withdrawing ac coach in kolkata-balurghat 13161 tebhaga express, we are again facing problem to avail a ac coach for boarding in stations like kolkata, burdwan, rampurhat.in this context i am requesting kindly consider to give a stoppage at burdwan station for hwh-
                    Njp 12041 satabdi exp, so that we, the daily commuter for malda and north bengal can avail a comfortable journey.

                      Though overwhelming response from passengers regarding temporary AC coach in 13161 Kolkata- Balurghat observed, Indian railway decided not to continue AC coach in this train. So, my request is kindly continue AC coach as we have no other option of availing AC seat in hwh- njp satabdi express for boarding in stations like Burdwan, Rampurhat, Pakur etc. Plz kindly consider it. Thank you

                        If the said train is not meant for general public then why tickets for the said train was sold and why GRP is not present on the platform to protect the interest of general public. I felt very much disturbed that inspite of having proper ticket i was not even allowed to enter the train and on compaint to guard he said i am helpless. Please look into this.

                          I travelled to bangalore from basti, UP on 24 june' 2017 in AC third tier. My train was GKP-SBC express. I found bugs in the train. The journey was of 2 days and 2 nights. The availability of bugs in the train made it impossible to lie down on the berth.
                          I also found a lot of passengers with waiting tickets for such long journey in my coach. It was very uncomfortable.

                          Another issue which i would to like to point out is a certain rule where senior citizens are allotted lower berths. The passengers after attaining lower berths do not allow other passengers to sit which makes it real uncomfortable and an atmosphere of tension. I do not say that the rule is wrong but maybe they could get side lower berths or the rule that passengers are allowed to sit after 6AM be implemented strongly.

                            (1).The seat numbers mentioned on the luggage carrier are not clearly visible and bold. The passengers who are in hurry to board the train and to locate their seats sometimes find problem.
                            (2).There are upper and lower compartments. But some seats near the entry gates are neither upper or lower. They are in between and should be called MIDDLE berths or seats. Presently these are marked as lower seats.

                              Sir, i have booked bajaj motor bike - discover (Uk08aa-3096) biltee no 376700 from roorkee (Rk) to secundrabad (Sc) on dated-24/06/2017 with journey ticket i have also train reservation roorkee to secundrabad (Pnr-[protected]) roorkee to h. Nizamuddin (Train-19020) & h. Nizamiddin (Train-12722) on 24/06/2017 bike loaded at roorkee on train-19020 but as per my knowledge not unload at h. Nizamuddin & one parcel person tell to be unload at kota, i have contact there station master & complain help office but not listen / no result. Due to my next train - 12722 time i have start journey. Till on 29th i have not recieved bike. At secundrabad tell that not tractability is possible due to manual booking.
                              I have not understand this type of railway system why not unload at h. Nizamuddin while train stoppage more than 45 minutes.
                              I am afraid to think that what is the condition of my bike and when i will have recieved.

                                My parcel no [protected] as attached below. Booked from PNBE on 19th June 2017 to Bhopal Junction. i did not received my parcel. I did complain on favour of Bhopal Parcel office with complain no. W/WC/BPL/[protected] and after receiving of reply I went to parcel off again. But the officers there said to me my parcel is not getting exactly, please do enquirer from Patna parcel office. So, i am now here. Please search my parcel and dispatched to me soon.

                                  Journey dated 26.05.2017 of Hyderabad Deccan express (17032) reservation from Hyderabad to Pune
                                  Ticket was PRS counter ticket which was paid by debit card.
                                  It was cancelled on 24.05.2017 at Churchgate reservation counter.
                                  As per the information given by the counter person the refund was supposed to get back in the concerned account within 7 days electronic refund process.
                                  It's been more than a month and refund is not yet received.

                                  Near ambadola a thief snatched her golden chain and jumped down the train.
                                  The railway police came later and suggested to give a complain at sambalpur.

                                  I am going mariani jn (assam) to howrah, Kamrup Express, two nights and one day journey, I reserved my seat sleeper class s10 but there is no deference between reservation and general Compartment.
                                  Now s10 compartment is full with unreserved persons. Now train arrived bongigow st.

                                  It was counter ticket which is paid by debit card.
                                  It was cancelled on 21/10/2019 at Andheri reservation counter.
                                  As per the information given by the counter person the refund amount was not accepting please refund my money as soon as possible thanks.

                                    While traveling between patna and ara stations on 27th of june 2017, we found that atleast 40-50 local passengers got into our compartment, b2 of poorva express and sat on the reserved seats of passengers. The tt ran away, the railway guards couldn't ask them to get out. Even the train care taker didn't give us bed sheets in the fear that these local passengers would use them. I was later told that it's a daily practice and neither the train staff nor the passengers like it. However nobody wants to raise their voice in the fear that they have to do their daily duties and don't want to get into a brawl with the locals. It is my sincere request that a surprise raid be conducted on the route and law offenders be punished otherwise this practice will continue and travellers will continue to be harrased, might even result in serious consequence if an irritated passenger gets into a brawl with the locals.

                                      Respected sir,
                                      I k. Logendran a senior citizen booked train ticket to travel on 27/06/2017 from ypr to kcg through train no 17604 vide pnr no [protected] and allotted rac seat in s 10 55.in the running train the tc came from starting station could not confirm our birth to rac holders, instead he has allotted berth to a general ticket holder. The reason behind it we donot know. This also we came to when the actual ticket holder for berth no. 53 came and told he will be back at bed time. Then the general ticket holder showed the ticket, that this berth was allotted to him by the same tc. Again the t c changed the berth to the general ticket in another compartment. After the next tc change, i raised the issue and all the passenger also informed including the original berth 53 allotee. He cannot do anything, when i requested the complain book, he advised it is in ac compartment and i have to go there and write it. This is the fate of senior citizen and how we are treated. Pl advise what to do.

                                        We travelled in 3rd ac in train no 17416 from hospet to tirupati on[protected] and the pnr no is [protected]. Berth no 9 and 10 the berth full of bed bugs are there and they bite severely to my daughter which i'm attaching pic whole night we suffered and i inform to tt he advice to inform cleaning staff and i gave complaint to them they told that it is not their duty so please provide solution for these problem and why action should be taken
