Travel in lower class instead of 2ND AC in 3rd AC

Entry of unauthorised person in coach

Trans genders are entering inside the each and every coaches without any objection by railway. They are collecting money from passengers forcefully. On objection of any passenger they do violence and there is no security of passenger.
It is generating huge amount o[censored]n accounted black money. Which is utilised in illegal activities. It should be stopped as early as possible at least in the railways....
