We traveled from bhopal to katpadi in 3 ac coach, b4 of train no. 04426.
Complaints are as follows :

1. This coach had no water in toilet and wash basin throughout the journey. Some repair was done at itarsii but worked only for 5 mins.
2.in the adjacent coach b3, toilet door was not closing at all.
3. There was no cleaning staff in the train through the journey.
4.ac was not at all effective.

Train was partially cleaned at vijayawada station.
I made online complaint by sms but got a reply that services are not provided for this particular train.

Tickets for this train carry extra charges (No concession for senior citizen)., then why no cleaning staff in the train? How was a coach with defective toilet foor was allowed?

Indian railways may please look into my complaints, take steps to improve passenger service and provide adequate compensation to us for services not provided.
Coach b3 should be immediately taken out of service and train should not run without cleaning staff.

    We r very sorry we have done family booking for 19th October 2017 for train no 16345, we have filled form of six, the family are scattered from here to there which is very wrong, the senior citizen are also not spared by allocating them upper berth, family should be kept together.This is our Indian railways, the railway minister of our country should look upon this matter very seriously as the family who book 6tickets, some may be on medical ground, children one cannot leave a child or a person on medical ground separate.the same issue has a raised for us

      My self hitesh parmar and i am from baroda. I have booked 2 tickets for tejas express (Train no 22120) from karmali station to mumbai cst. My pnr number is [protected] and. Travelling date is 11th june 2017. Train departure timing at the time of booking is 14:30 at the time of booking. But irctc has changed the timing of the departure of the train is 7:30 in morning and there is no intimation given by irctc and train has departured in morning. There is no intimation and information given on my registered number as well as no updation on irctc application and even log in site.
      There were so many customer suffered from this issue and we have to face so many problems at karmali railway station anf there was no support and any kind of help given by station master. So i requested to irctc to return my refund on my transaction account kindly
      I have the image proof of the notice placed on notice board that they have changed their train timing suddenly at 11th june. Some of passenger received the message about this intimation but i have not received messages regarding this and we have to suffer a lot and extra cost was there because of this issue. Please resolve this problem and take action regarding this. So many passengers twitted this issue at that day.

        With due respect, i, ashis kumar maity, a passenger of gokulpur to madhur under medinipur howrah route, bearing monthly no.15567826/704vb3e23d, beg to inform you that the local train that departs from midnapur at 9.15am is only way of me to reach my place of job as the train before this departs midnapur at 7.45am. But the train of 9.15am reaches madhur 10 to 20 minutes late regularly though it's time at madpur is 10.05am.
        I request you to take some steps for timely running of train,

          I am traveling in wb sampark kranti express 12329. The train is started yesterday from sealdah to delhi with 7 halt and as a non stop superfast but the original story is different and very harmful.
          After mughalsarai the train stop more than 50 time, before n after each n every station.
          My humble request to indian railway please look into the matter.

          No improvement... before aligarh stopped again for 30-40 minutes, without any reason... no crossing held.

            Transaction not exhibited in passbook for[protected]. I booked 2 tickets in wallet order no id.[protected] dt.[protected]. Irctc order no[protected] for rs.990.08 for my journey from coimbatore to chennai for journey to be performed on[protected]. The pass book transaction the order has not been exhibited (Upto[protected] it was shown and then to june transactions/.
            Now my problem is that i have not been able to cancel one ticket and i have been sending messages to paytm since 10.30 am today. As the journey is tomorrow 22-40 hrs delay in cancellation will result in heavy cancellation fees. Pl do the needful by restoring the transaction details for[protected], immeditely

              We, madhan, thomas, ramesh, abiroopan, booked a tatkal ticket from cngr to mas, dated 18th june 2017 pnr number [protected]. We boarded in the allotted s1 compartment. The coach (S1) was very dirty and there was no water inside the toilet. It was also occupied with lot o[censored]nreserved passengers. We asked them to go to general coach as we feel more uncomfortable. But they were not listening to our words. It was very noisy inside the train and some of them smoked inside the train. The stinking smell form the toilet made us extremely unpleasant and uneasy. We also complained to the tte in duty, mr. Santhosh kumar (Tvc division). He told us that he will inform the rpf and clear the unreserved passengers from our coach. We waited till the next station, but no action was taken. So we registered a sms complaint (Ref no[protected] to[protected]. At ernakulam, one rpf police man, mr sathish, came and enquired the about our complaint. We explained the situation to them. And we requested to clear the unreserved passengers from our coach, as we felt that we don't have any safety in traveling in our coach, as it was too crowded like an unreserved coach. He tried to convince us stating that this train is always too crowed to control the unreserved passengers and he added that we have to bear with that. Then with no other options, we hardly decided to drop our journey at coimbatore. And we took a private bus to chennai. It was waste of our time and money. It was really a very very bad experience with lot of tension and stress. We hope this is not the way of southern railways, to treat their reserved passengers. We deeply regret to point out that the experience in the above mentioned train was so tedious, unsafe, noisy, irritating, agitating, and distressful. We are also ready to the share the photos and videos which are taken during our journey.

                The condition of foot over bridge at Bijwasan Railway station is very critical from underneath and has be attended/painted on top priority basis.
                Though the upper part is reasonable but the underneath part is getting rusted and could be cause to a serious accident/incident.

                The maintance of washrooms are really wrost.. i suffered a priblem after traveling in the train. Kopargon station is very dirty. They hav not kept it clean n neat.. waiting room is filled with rain water there are no government washroom in the station.. please make sure proper action is taken

                  I was come after exam from chandigarh to yamunanagar (Haryana) on 18/06/2017 (Upsc and exam was end at evening 4;30 pm). I got bus of ambala cantt from chandigarh, at ambala cantt there was no bus from ambala to yamunanagar at night so i decided to travel in train. I went to railway inquiry in railways station, there two policeman (Rpf) one name is (Ds singh). They demanded me for money without ticket even i have just go for inquiry, i told them i will complain them. They got angry high temper, and bring me on rpf (Police station), and abused me and slapped. Then they decided to other way and call ticket checker and get my wallet and check money, and take money from my wallet and there was other man was which they caught they checked his wallet too. He was no money. They mention his name in my receipt too and charge me 660 rs, they got from me delhi to ambala charge with mention one more person name, and enter fraud train number and time, also that person charge bring by my wallet. Just in jealous. They misuse there power and post, one of name was (Ds singh). Second one was cover his name plate with hand. After that i have no money and i spend all night on bust stand.

                    Sir/madam,
                    I along with my family were travelling by indb bareilly express on 08 june 17 vide pnr no. [protected]. Since there was no pantry car i had sought help of coach attendant mr nadeem (Mobile no. [protected]) to order meals comprising two special veg thali (Rs 340) and one veg pulao (Rs 130). I paid an advance of rs 50/- to coach attendant for supply of meals at bhopal station. The meals provided at bhopal station neither met the quality nor the items specified at the time of placement of order. We could not consume the provided meals @ rs 470/- (Total) since it was not upto the mark. Please note that even on insisting for a bill/cash memo it was not provided. The issue was even brought to the notice of the tte who took no interest whatsoever.
                    It is requested that action against tte, coach attendant and vendor (Who had supplied meals at bhopal station) be initiated and refund of rs 470/- be arranged at the earliest.

                      This nizamuddin - lucknow summer special train was supposed to arrive at lucknow by 6:25am. It is halting at almost every small station for over 40mins and is just not moving. Currently we are at sandila. I had to take an unnecessary leave from my job because of this train. Is it so difficult to trust indian railways? Why run such a train if you can't comply with the timings? Highly disappointed and totally disgusted with this government.

                        In tamil nadu, the cities thanjavur and kumbakonam are not connect rest of north, west and eastern cities. One or two very rare. Due to this cities are best tourist center, mostly running trains are always booked. How will plan after 3 months from now especially going with family. Mainly public are not useful only agents are used most of reservations.

Daily showing the same status. Before reach to deatination shows reach to destination. Train will stop to outer on daily basis. Why its happened we dont know. Please help us. Please please please

                            Really very bed quality serve to eat & not support to all staff,
                            I request to you pls immediately change the pantry boy & contractor because 3rd time same issue the face really very firsted me & all passengers in this train. I had discussed to all staff & TT but not support to all of train staff.
                            All passengers say to very dirty & bed quality service provide in this train.
                            I suggest pls change the pantry...

                              My pnr no. Is [protected] and transaction id is [protected] and date of journey is[protected]. I have booked a ticket from vijayawada city to nizamabad train no.17405 (3 ac) but the ticket got cancelled by mistake during our process of checking status. The journey is very important to us due to some family problems. Kindly return us our tickets so that we can travel against the same booking and do not suffer the financial loss for such unwanted mistake. Please look into the matter seriously.

I had missed my train and when applied for cancellation they denied me my refund. Please take into consideration the fact that while booking the time shown for departure was 8:45 pm and not 8:15 pm.                                 It's a daily based train no 12893/94 bbs-blgr. I always get late for everything. 1st of all the minister of railway is the worst of the worst. He doesn't care as he always get his flight, but for common people it's a big deal. He doesn't care if train gets late without any reason, if it's not getting clearance then why, because everyone in railway industry are corrupt #.
                                If i compare switzerland railway vs indian railways.. It's 100 to 000 rating because there's 10 sec delay is also a big big deal but in india 24 hr delay is normal.. Don't care... It's actually indian mentality.. No care for anything...

                                  19035 intercity express is always leaving vadodra station 10- 15 min late every day. As being a constant pasanger of india railways i have to wonder why improvements are being only to trains and not the efficiency in making sure they leave on time. Or is it that the publics time is of no importance. I will also be sending this to the office of pm and other legal experts as most all trains are becoming increasingly late.

                                      I had a bitter experience with railway officials looting/ forcefully collecting rs 280/- for not producing a rs 10/- platform ticket. I'm on the platform 2-3, i can go to the counter and buy one and give him the same. He refused to allow me to go and buy one after the train left. I had to rush to help my wife board seshadri express which stops only for a minute. Now what is this damn behaviour of the railway officials?!
                                      Mr railway minister pl stop this daylight white collar robbery!! They cannot stand on the platform and collect fines. They can do so only at entry or exit. Not in the middle of the station. Moreover there was no water in the station. What are you collecting the platform ticket amount for?

                                      Introduce bhim app / paytm for platform ticket.

                                      Kill this robbery.
