On 12th june 2017, i had booked a ticket in ispat express from howrah to kharagpur which was scheduled to be depart at 06:55 hrs. Every monday i go by this train to attend my office at 10:00 hrs in kharagpur. I take local via bardhaman main line to reach howrah comfortably by around 06:15-06:30 hrs. But on this day the local was more than 30 minutes late. I reached howrah by 07:15 hrs only to find that my train has gone. Now, i have lost my rs 95 just like that. Still i had no problem to buy an unreserved ticket even though it is loss for me. But i had no time. At 07:25 faluknama was to be departed. If i miss that i couldn"t have reached office in time. So, i boarded on faluknama and reached kharagpur in time standing the whole path. At kharagpur railway station t. C caught me charged me for travelling without ticket. I told him that i had missed my train in which i had reserved ticket and didn't have any time to buy a ticket for faluknama. But he didn't listen and i had to pay the fine of rs 320. So, if i do the maths i paid rs 415 (320+95) for travelling standing for 1 hour 40 minutes that too because of railways mistake because their local was late because of which i missed the train and all this happened. So, is this justice? It wasn't like i was travelling for free. I had paid more than for what i was been fined. So why i had to be in loss for railways mistake. I can understand that railway can't be perfect and sometimes it can get late. I was okay with that that by spending money for reserved ticket i had to travel in unreserved. But then railways should understand too the problems created by their mistake. Specially those stubborn arrogant t. C's whose aim is to just snatch fine so that it helps in their promotion.
I guess railway will do something regarding this matter.

    Hello team,

    I would require your help on the below issue!

    I have booked tatkal ticket for two persons with pnr number # [protected] and transaction id # [protected]. However, one was confirmed and another was on waiting name of the person ksahu, age # 32.

    Please find attached the ticket for your reference.

    As per my research in irctc site the waiting tatkal ticket will be canceled automatically and the amount will be refunded.

    However, the amount 1225 for the waiting ticket (Pnr number # [protected]) is not yet refunded.

    Kindly request you to look into this and resolve as soon as possible.

      Dear sir,

      I'm a senior citizen passenger travelling on train no 22916 hisar-bandra terminus today that is 13th june 2017 with my wife and my elder brother. Train doesn't have even basic facility of water and bedding. On complaining to the attendent, he ignored and behvaid roudely and said we can complaint wherever we want.

      My pnr no is [protected] coach a1 birth 8-9 and 36.

      Being a senior citizen we are facing tremendous problem and no one to attend us.

      I would like you to address this issue on priority and take necessary action at the earliest.

        Sir i want to inform you that i booked a ticket 8/05/2017 in brahmaputra mail from msg jn to aligarh jn which is confirm ed and alloted s4 12 but when i was there looking for my seat someone was already at my berth and he booked two day before and his ticket was confirmed same on my berth also show me the same seat and same birth booked from irctc

          This is to inform you that i have not received the refund
          Amount of rs. 1170/- of 3 passengers who were to travel from mumbai
          To goa pnr. No. [protected]. Ticket was cancelled at borivali station
          On 23.2.2017. Still we have not received the refund amount for the past
          3 months.

          From borivali station they told us to go the churchgate for refund and now from churchgate station, they told me to contact bellapur railway station. This is the service you render to the passengers for refund amount.
          Kindly make easy way out for refunding the amount and do not harass the passengers for refund amount.

                Service of train no. 04405 ac special from darbhanga to old delhi is pathetic, horrible and very much disgusting. I paid more then other train fro b3tter serivce but they didn't let the train go to washing area (Yard). All the coaches were cleaned when passangers were sitting inside. The toilets were not cleaned even after the train left from the station. This type of service is provided by indian railway? No fresh foods were provided all were stale and smelling. What type of nonsense is this. For what reason you are charging more when you can't even provide a hygiene coach. Totally annoying and unhygienic coaches. Provide better facilities or else stop this money you are just making us fool.

                Train number 16236 Tuticorin express total AC coach no water in toilet past early morning 3am onwards.but AC coach attender to not take any action. So that all passengers are suffering
                I booked a e-ticket and the amount was deducted but ticket was not issued I even contacted paytm with who me I made payment but they said the payment was successful from there end and it is Indian railway who is responsible for the mess

                and i form fillup correctly but yours ticket counter executive issue to wrong boarding station, so how can i do.

                  I was travelling from warangal to chennai in train on 12th june 2017 with train number 22632 anuvrat exp and my pnr number is [protected] and i forgot my wallet in train under pillow of my berth which i had kept in night before i slept and forgot to tae it back in mornig. My wallet is black in colour. I would like to know how can i get my wallet back

                    The transaction details for refund are showing to paytmag dt.3-3-2017. While i have booked e-ticket through bank of india accounts (Copy of transaction are attached for your ready reference.).
                    Therefore it is showing the refund are going wrong account i. E. Paytmag. Correct is bank of india account.

                    In view of the above you are requested please rectify the problem as soon as possible so that refund process may settle down timely.

                        I was travelling from indore to hoshangabad on 10/06/2017. I was changing my train at bhopal station, at that time in bhopal station my wallet drop or stolen i am not sure, and my all important identity pan card, adhar card, driving licence, atm (My friend om prakash ahirwar) & company (Param tech. Cad solution pvt ltd.) identity & 1500 rs were lost.
                        I didn't get positive response from rpf bhopal whereas at the place of incident camera are available and they pickup easily that who is these but rpf bhopal didn't give me response & finally i lost hope that my wallet will come back to me again

                        I want that just if there is illigal use any one of my identity then i will not be responsible for that.
                        And if any one found my identity then please inform me.

                          I know you can't do anything but at least you can provide correct information in train time table. I am talking about jharkhand express (12718/12717). Today dated 12/06/2017 time 16:38 pm train is appx 180km far from its destination and you are showing the train will reach on 6:40pm and departure train (12818) will depart on time i. E 19:45pm. Which is totally foolish. Please see track record of last 3-4 years or even earlier. Shame! Shame! Suresh prahu. Excellent track record only on paper nothing else. Can we see even a single time on your tenure the train will reach its destination on time. Why are you wasting money on paper advertisement. We are facing reality on ground not on paper. Please do something on track rest leave for people. You need not to say anything we are just watching.

                            At satna when train start to departure from station, the chain snatchers is on opp side platform1 pulling gold jewery from passengers.

                            And they walk out quickly, thr was dark on other side. So thieves taking charge

                            Pull and chain snatching seen many times, it happening daily

                            Request to put more light between plat 1 and 2. Also keep rpf watch on opp side of platform,

                              My friend came to drop me at the kavali railway station, parking guy came and forcefully charge 8/- rs.

                              We complain to station master but no response from him, we got the answer "railway is running lack of the budget so rules have been changed" this answer embarrassed me.

                              Could someone please let us know is this true? Dropping passengers also charged?

                              This Photo guy is the parking maintenance guy, talking very rude and saying that "tell to anyone I don't care".

                              This is a ridiculous answer. Someone, Please respond. I want to take this to central railway minister.
                              In kolkata sealdah express on date 4 of june . When i asked the catering person to provide the bill and call the manager he refused to do so.This is a hble request to you for taking proper action..

                                My brother serving in paramilitary force and he booked tatkal ticket through njp prs counter from jammu to njp in train no 15654 jammu gwhati express. My wife along with kids my brothers wife and kids boarded the train from jammu on being showing ticket on whatapp tte mr satish sharma said we are without ticket. I requested tte original ticket will be produced at njp if fails to do penalize 5time but illiterate and inhumane tte not agreed and issue duplicate ticket and compel me wrote application in this regard. I paid almost doubled for ticket. I have very less amount as usually carried in train, as u know our honorable pm stress on cashless and people following. The money was managed from co passengers my depend on the mercy of co passenger for food and water b. Now my suggestion are
                                1. Whom to approach for refund and mental agony
                                2. Why tatkal ticket from njp prs counter issued to perform journey from jammu to njp owing to fact that the ticket cannot be delivered to jammu in one day.
                                3. Why my family member treated ticketless as same person are travelled as mentioned in ticket and railway record and also duplicate ticket. 4. It is also well known fact that no refund on tatkal ticket cancelation.
                                5. Is it justified and logical to make money from innocent people by humiliating harassing, threat to deboard achieve target by tte.
                                6. Is it is justified to take money from the passenger which they already paid a
                                7. Such rules and illiterate tte never help in fullfilling the dream of our honorable pm""digital, cashless, paperless india""jai hind

                                  for Jabalpur in Somnath-Jabalpur express via booking window at palanpur
                                  through debit card paying 18, 300/- rupees, but due to some reason i have
                                  to cancel this ticket so i do it and cancel the ticket on 18th MAY from

                                    A special train was given train no:83204 named "suvidha express" and extra charges was taken almost 3times of actual cost. And it is already delayed for 5hours. The train promises for better quality and services. And by far i have received very bad and poor services.                                       Pnr no. [protected]. The train is running late by 3hr40min.ac is being kept off while halt of the train fr long as 2 hrs maximum its very painfull n suffocation to kids as well adults that by paying required full fares of ac, not able to get the benefit. It would lead to sickness to fellow passengers. Further train is running late by huge time. Dont understand why so much delay in timings. Request the concerned to help n do the needfull

                                        While getting a ticket from the atvm machine, the reader on which the card is put, released down and my smart card went into the machine. We immediately complained to the nearby ticket window. He didn't respond at all. And since we were in a hurry to board the train, we had to leave. The smart card is in the machine. This happened at 6:05 am at sanpada railway station, navi mumbai, maharashtra, india.
                                        Indian Railways customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
