1. I had sent parcel from bhavnagar to vijayawada total 9 packages on 07 september vide prr no 694657 but i received only 8 packages on 17th sept at vijayawada.
2. It is very sad to inform that staff at [protected]@claims. Indianrail.gov.in has told me that they will come back to me on my mobile and email which they never did. Only two times they picked up my call on [protected]l, i. E. On 30th sept confirming the receipt of my letter and on 9th oct that they are sending team.
3.in this regard refer my complaint nos s/sc/bza/[protected], w/wr/bvp/[protected], w/wr/adi/00155475, w/sc/bza/155208, s/sc/cco/[protected], w/wr/adi/[protected], and it is very surprising to note that all the above are closed by your railways without resolving it. I have complained to each station and they reply that they have sent it by train.
4. Mr ramanachari is handling my complaint and he is never available on landline phone. Till date i have not received any communication either verbal or written.
5. It is very sad state of affairs at indian railways.
Indian Railways customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
