Train should arrived on 05-06-17 at 19:15 hr but it was arrived on 06-06-17 at 08:49 hr and reached aljn on 07-06-17 at 10:50 hr. The train late by almost 21 hr its means almost a day. We booked 2nd ac and they provided 3rd ac due to some technical problem. It is a very common problem of this particular train.

    Reminder no.1
    A steel trunk was loaded from gwaliorparcel office in favour of me on 10/05/2017 vide prr no.[protected] to ernakulam junction by mr. Chandra singh but the said steel trunk not yet received. On tracking, it is came to know that the said item was loaded in train train no.18508 hirakud express instead of other direct trains moving towards ernakulam kerala.
    In this connection, i have already lodged a compliant on 29/05/2017, but no action taken so far. Indian railway complaint status id no.1584259
    Kindly do the needful and arrange to send my steel trunk to the destination i. E. Ernakulam junction on priority.

      I am living at akola m. S. As when ever i went to book reservation of tatkal booking, all the agent members are arrenge their position from early in the morning. They forcefully not allowed any one for tatkal booking. No one rpf or any police man present there. Nobody get the tatakal reservation then how agent give the ticket by taking more money? How can ganaral man travailed by train. Now this is come to know that travailing by train is not in the hand of conman man. Pleas do need full

        We have booked a parcel from pune to ambala rly station on 3rd june 17. So till the date i do not receive this and all railway employee saying no comments on this.

        1st day they said matail was not unloaded from train and it gone to jamutawi rly station and will come back next day.

        Next they when we reach at rly station at 9 am, at 14:00 hrs parcel supervisor said this parcel is in bihar.

        How it can be possible. I m worried about this.

        My name is Anshul kothari.I was travelling from jaipur to jodhpur on 13th may. My black laptop bag was stolen which contained passport, IDs, laptop, cash, watch. If someone has seen it please help to send to address in passport or contact [protected]. Thanks.

          I am come from ma vashino devi on dated 4/06/2017 in train no.12238/begampura exp with my family. Our seats are reserved from jammu tawi to ambala cantt coach no. S5 and seat no.37, 38, 40, 32, but on seat no.37, 38 are occupied by some gents and ladies and not vacant the seats by after several requests. We have requested from jammu kindly vacant the seats, but he has not vacant.in ludhiana we requested the tte sir these persons are forcefully occupied our seats and he only says leave the seats and gone from incident place, but he has leave only one seat and comments on me and my family up to ambala cantt. I think tte sir known these persons very well. The situation is very bad in the trains after reservation. Unauthorized persons are captured reserved seats and violent. My requests to you kindly look out on this matter and take strict action to not repeat this type of incidents with other passenger's.

            Sir we are in kalka mail train no 12311 running in sikohabad junction. Sir we are in 2nd sitting compartment which is reservation compartment. The general ticket passenger are disturbing and the compartment is full from general ticket passenger. We are facing problem. We are facing summer and gathering. They are disturbing to much. Please help us sir..

Railways are lifeline of any country if lifeline is slow then how will be able to take breathe i. E to do development. As an indian we totally depend on railways for transportation purpose.               Pathetic train suvidha express . They charge you double no water in bathroom . Totally dirty train seats are damaged. No ttr to attend . Worst train.

                I have take student concesion from railway they told me my concesion amount will be deposited on my bank acount because i make pavement from debit card but still i am getting. I went to reservation counter they do not hear any thing. Please help me to get my money.

                  I was travelling in train no. 18621 (Patliputra exp.) in coach no. A1 dated 04/06/2017 from patna jn. To madhupur jn. During entire journey there was unauthorized passengers were travelling in the same coach. I had complained on indian railway complain mobile app "coms" which reference no. Is a/ec/dnr/[protected], and sms this issue on a number "[protected]" but no any action was taken on this complain.

                  I also told this issue to coach attended but he was not interested on this matter.

                  This is my humble request you to please look into this matter.

                    Sir i travelled from durg to sagar by durg jaipur express train no.18213, pnr [protected]. I complaint on railway no.138 during journey about cleaning of birth which was very dusty. On help line no. They told that cleaner will come on next stop and clean all seats. But during whole journey no one came. So what swatch bharat abhiyan when our complain was ignored. I want appropriate action about that guy who recieved call no.138 on that day. Kindly

                      Sikar jn. Se rewari jn. Jaane wali train morning me itni gandi or dhool milti h ki puri train me kisi b seat pe baithne se har koi hichkichata hai.
                      Train me lettering room ki smell se pura dibba badbu daar bana rhta hai. Passengers ko subh yaatra krne s phle hi in sbhi asuvidhaao ka saamna krna pdta h.

                        Sir, so many time i travelled from 19040/39 avadh exp from gorakhpur to vadodara but everytime this train run late from its scheduled time.
                        Today also i am suffering from same problem at initial it was late by by 3 hrs but right now its running 6hr 24 min late.
                        Plz do some needful for this train to run on scheduled time.

                        And if possible plz increase the no. Of trains on this route because we have only this train which connecting gorakhpur gujrat and bandra.

                        The rush is too much on this single train.

                        Please sir help us by giving better service on this route.

                        The vendors of pantry car also changing more than mrp of products and also charging more for the meals than the rate on meal card.

                        And since today morning from 0700 hrs there isn't single drop of water supply in toilet and wash basin of s4 coach and nobody is attending for same.

                            I had booked a ticket from kanpur central to new delhi for the date of feb 3.
                            The train on the date of boarding was at least 6 hours delayed. And i had raised tdr with the reason that the train was late for more than three hours and passenger not travelled.

                            I had to book another train in tatkal to reach home (3 passengers). This had caused us an additional cost of 50% over the original cost.

                            Initially the tdr was incorrectly rejected by irctc which they filed again from their end after having a discussion with customer care executives.

                            I have still not received the tdr even after 4 months and the current status shows cr registered.

                                Sir, today i could not start my journey as train 08354 vm vskp arrival and platform number was not announced at vijayawada station and later at enquiry said it was mistake happened and there were another 4 to 5 members also missed same train. My pnr number is [protected]. I lost my valuable time and money because of railway staff mistake. Requesting you to help me compensating the loss paying lump sum as compensation after analyzing the case. Please find attached the screenshot for your reference.

                                The train number and time of departure at vijayawada can be seen in one screenshot and also the date and time of display screen screenshot taken w/o updated departure and platform details can be found in another screenshot. Please analyze and do justice for incinvenience caused because of railway staff mistake

                                  Hay, why you made a mad of people's. I have purchase tickets of the train no 04041. Train time at darbhanga stn to 17:40, after ask to the inquiry counter i know train has no start and not a fix time for come on here. Tell me why u charged extra cost on this trains ticket's, when you not provide train on time. Why?, why?. Indian railways-very bad services, please close your counters, and wrote on a board. Acche din aa gaye hai.

                                      I would like to bring to your notice that i'm travelling from howrah to bikaner in train no - 12307. My pnr no. Is [protected]. Today morning i found a huge hole in my baggage created by a mouse.
                                      This had happened with my friend as well who had sufferred a huge loss because of this. This is not an issue to be overlooked. Please take my complaint into consideration and make cleanliness a priority

                                        Ticket purchased 27/12/16 pnr [protected] amount rs6500 by debit card cancelled on17/01/2017 and submitted claim to chief commercial manager refunds to serkolkata. Made online complain 18/05/2017 no a/se/ckp/[protected] which closed only by forwarding/ attending. But till date i have not received the refund amount or any communication. Please look into the matter for the early refund.
                                        I think i am being punished for following digital india during the pick period of demonetisation by our pm.
