Hello sir
Respectfully i want to register a complaint as my friend pankaj rawat is travelling in train no 12618 with ticket/ pnr no [protected]. Due to chart not in right condition in confusion he sat on s1 31 instead of s10 31, the tt has issued him aa new tkt wit rs 800 fine saying his tkt has got cancelled as 3 station is passed. My friend is in deep trouble as he is running short of money. Sir pls pls help!!!

    Why my tdr is not entertrained

    My family has to travel on 27th may 2017 by muu/jbp 15117 express train was late by 5 hrs at allahabad and my family did not travel (Ald — kte)
    I filed the tdr same day as soon as i got the internet connection

    I filed the tdr before the train reached the destination.
    Why tdr is repudiated
    I have filed the tdr same day

        I had a waiting ticket given on counter by the staff who said will be confirmed, we went to catch the train but our name was not there on the chart. So we went to cancel the ticket, there was a mad rush due to peak hours. Now after my number came they refused to refund my money sighting the train has left. I did not want to cancel i wanted to travel but was not allowed. This is a double loss monetary and now m stranded in ajmer with no where to go. I would request please help me get my refund as it's only logical. Ticket no.[protected]Ajmer-borivali)

        It is not making sense mr prabhu said they were helping passangers get other trains going in same direction if they cant board cos of waiting ticket.

        They cant gaurantee that a passanger will get to the window in half hour post the train has departed cos of the q.

        I had to travel by bus with 2 infants for 24hrs after lying in the hotel doinf nothing for 2 days, reached back monday evening so loss of pay.

        Why cant they pay me back it is not like they blocked a seat for me and i dint go.

          I had travelled with PNR [protected] dt[protected]. My reservation was for AC coach but we were made to travel in Sleeper Coach as AC coach was not present in the train. This resulted in serious trouble to me.

          Attached is the complaint I have filled in the book.

          Below is what I have to say regarding the whole issue:

          When we alter our bookings, we are penalized like the below:
          Cancellation charge per passenger on confirmed (reserved) tickets:-
          (i). 48 hours before the scheduled departure of the train
          minimum cancellation charge
          1st AC/executive class: Rs. 240
          2 AC/1st Class : Rs. 200
          3AC/ACC/3A economy: Rs. 180
          Second sleeper class : Rs. 120
          Second class : Rs. 60
          (ii). Between 48 hours and 12 hours before the scheduled
          departure of the train @ 25% subject to minimum charge as per (i)
          above.
          (iii) between 12 hours and 4 hours before the scheduled
          departure of the train @ 50% subject to minimum charge
          as per (i) above.
          ( iv) No refund after the above prescribed time limit.


          Now when Railways has altered the booking, same rule should apply.

          Reason
          Extra Cost suffered by me
          Ticket of AC, made to travelled in Sleeper Coach
          Difference of Rs 250.
          To beat the heat, I Had to drink extra fluids and purchased Frooti, Cold drinks, Water bottle in extra numbers which would not have been the case, had I Travelled in AC coach
          Extra Cost Incurred Rs 200.
          I was carrying perishable eatable items including some expensive sweets in the hope that I will be carrying them in an AC environment but that did not happened as I was made to travelled in non AC and when I opened them they were destroyed due to the heat they suffered.
          Loss of Rs 3000.
          My partner had to give me a valuable item for some personal transaction. This item was to reach Delhi anyhow by 2 PM.In Muzaffarnagar my partner could not locate coach C2. I tried coming on the door of the coach but since only one door was opened by the TTE present there it created trouble and as a result we both failed to meet each other.
          This created a major loss to me of amount of Rs
          15000.
          By the time we reached Delhi I was completely exhausted because of non AC coach and so had to unnecessarily hire a coolie to carry my luggage at New delhi station which would not have been the case Had I travelled in AC coach.I would have myself carried the luggage had I travelled in AC coach as body would have been relaxed.
          Extra Cost Incurred Rs 200.
          On Saharanpur station when I could not see my coach C2 as there was no markation, I and my coolie carrying the luggage ran across the train to find the coach. When finally some one told about the coach, in the hurry to reach the coach my coolie collided with someone and fell on the ground.
          I had to pay him little extra over the contracted amount .
          Extra amount paid Rs 100.

          Had I received the SMS /information from railway prior to the journey I would have rescheduled to AC coach of some other train but nothing like this happened and we were made to suffer.

          Enormous amount of physical and mental agony, pain, harassment, torture.

          Kindly compensate adequately as from the above it is clear that I have suffered a loss of Rs 18750 in this journey dt[protected] PNR Number: [protected] owing to railways

            Train no22207 pnr no [protected] chennai to salem 3rd ac coach b 8 seat no 14 compartment no 94101.
            I travelled on 2/6/2017 by the above train from the starting point ac was not working. Three ac mechanics attended the problem & could not rectify it fully up to katpadi, total ac was not working. After kpd some 25% effect was there. Up to salem ac was not at all effective & i was standing in the passage near by toilet. Still worse is suddenly more than 200 litters of water poured down from the ceiling of the coach near by toilet. Entire water went in side the coach & spoiled the travel atmosphere & spoiled the luggage. Year 1994 manufactured coaches still being used with out proper maintenance. Coach was heavily shaking & jolting while running. Kindly provide good coaches for the passengers. It is not justified to provide such old coaches, which were discarded in delhi side. Pls refund my ticket amount.

            22207 Chennai central to Trivandram.Date 22Aug2017.Train started on time 4.30PM.The train was supposed to reach Coimbatore by 10.57Pm as per IRCTC schedule but it reached only Erode by that time.very strange.New way of cheating by IRCTC in The name of superfast.Indian standards will never go high.But Showoff like Japan.
            22207 TVC A.C. express from Chennai.22Aug2017.Amount charged by IRCTC in The name of superfast.Started at 4.30pm and reached 12.30Am but supposed to reach at 10.t7Pm.New method of looting money from IRCTC day by day.Indian standards will never reach high but Showing off reaching Japan.

              My boarding was in coach b4, train no.12802, puri-newdelhi express. We have reached in platform no.9 as per station display 30 minutes before. As per station display we r waiting train in station displayed b4. While actual train comes just before 15 minutes, b4 coach of train stands in station displayed s12. For reaching at b4 my family has to cross 12 coaches with huge rush, chances of missing the train also there, my kids and parents were crying. Its not a big deal to correct the displays of both platform with train. Mr prabhu ache din kab ayega, please take corrective action.

                Me & my family is stranded in darjeeling due to band on9/6/17. We have booked dj to njp train with pnr [protected]. We are not sure if train will leave darjeeling​ tomorrow? Please make sure we reach safely njp as we have other connecting train and flights to catch with. Hope you will find a solution to our problem​. Please us help reach there safely.

                  I booked train tickets for my aunt (Pnr [protected]) and the journey date was on 6th june and the ticket was booked on 2nd june and it was on waiting list 1 & 2. I stay in sainthia, birbhum (West bengal) pin 731234 and the ticket counter here closes at 2 pm and it opens next day at 8'o clock in the morning. So basically on 5th june i didn't cancel my tickets because chart was not prepared till 2 pm and i thought tickets will be confirmed by night. But it was not confirmed and so i thought i will cancel on 6th morning when the counter will open but when i went for the cancellation, they said they will cancell the tickets but i will not get the refunds because the train left from sainthia by 8'o clock. So it wasn't my fault that i didn't cancel the tickets because i had no option to cancel it before 6th morning because the counter closed at 2 pm on 5th june and opened at 8 am on 6th june.ac chair cars tickets were booked and they didn't refund anything out of ₹ 660 and charged the whole money. So i want refund of my tickets.
                  Please look into this matter as soon as possible.

                    I am a passenger travelling in porvottar sampark kranti express ac 2 tier. The blankets and bedsheets provided in the train are very dirty and stinking. The blankets given was also not washed properly. However the bedsheets were changed on complaint but the blankets were not replaced. This problem was faced by many other passangers too. This is completely fault of cleaning facility of railways and pure example of ignorance and carelessness that needs to be taken care of. I belive i have paid for the tickets so i deserve proper facility and comfort what have been promised and expected. Plz see to it. Thanx

                      Dear Indian government politicians and administrate officers please listen i[censored] want reply to my question I have travelled several times in Indian railways as a passenger of tatkal system. Here my 1st question is why u are giving RAC if seats not available and why should we pay more than normal charges for RAC ticket and why you are not taking responsibility. As per my opinion you leaders are thinking that all Indians are fools and they compromise. You leaders are preparing rules for your survival u are not even bother about citizens problems. passengers instead of this u can give few people who ever willing to travel in RAC that to without cancellation charge
                      Please provide me clear statistics and service compliances.

                        This is to inform you that on 03 june 2017, i and my wife y. V. N. Pratyusha with 2 cousins were boarded in the train at rajahmundry to k. S. R bangalore by train no. 17210/ sheshadri express coach no s9, the side lower berth no. 23 rac, pnr [protected]. We are carrying a 3 luggage bags and american tourist trolley bag.in the trolley bag i have keep all the gold ornaments and kept in the below of lower berth.

                        We noticed that, the trolley bag lock has opened when we get down from the train; i checked the bag and gold ornament boxes got missed. I have lost all my gold ornaments containing jewelry worth around rs/- 2.1 lakhs and as below are the details:
                        1. Gold nallapoosalu 13grms – 1 no.
                        2. Gold chain 14grms – 1 no.
                        3. Gold rings 19grms – 4 no’s.

                        We are suspecting this theft has been happened an early morning around 1:30am to 5:30am on 04 june 2017 in between kavali to tirupati stations.
                        I have lost my all the gold asset. Please kindly request to take a complaint and do the needful.

                        Looking forward to necessary action against it.

                          T. No 12737 dt.07.06.17. A1 coach seat no 35, morning 5.30 am rpf asking to bags, my bag was not available at my seat it was found in a1 lavotary, fortunately no. Valuables in by bag hence they left bag with everything disturbed inside bag. But i came to know theft of cash and valuables in ha1 coach.
                          As per the copassengers information my bag was found at 3.00am informed yo coach attendant
                          Kindly take necessary action to safeguard the passenger

                            I m going new delhi to jammu on dated 06/06/17 by jammu rajdhani. My seat no. Is 6:8:10:12:24 and 26in a2 coach.in night ac temperature is very fast so cooling very high. Midnight after searching the attendent but attendent is not available i dont know where is he.in morning at jammu station tt and attendent misbehave with m when i demanding complaint book. Both are abusing m and threating m i[censored] r complaint us we are look u. Both are not a good employee they are road side tapporri.
                            Pls sir identify him and punish them.

                              Train should arrived on 05-06-17 at 19:15 hr but it was arrived on 06-06-17 at 08:49 hr and reached aljn on 07-06-17 at 10:50 hr. The train late by almost 21 hr its means almost a day. We booked 2nd ac and they provided 3rd ac due to some technical problem. It is a very common problem of this particular train.

                                Reminder no.1
                                A steel trunk was loaded from gwaliorparcel office in favour of me on 10/05/2017 vide prr no.[protected] to ernakulam junction by mr. Chandra singh but the said steel trunk not yet received. On tracking, it is came to know that the said item was loaded in train train no.18508 hirakud express instead of other direct trains moving towards ernakulam kerala.
                                In this connection, i have already lodged a compliant on 29/05/2017, but no action taken so far. Indian railway complaint status id no.1584259
                                Kindly do the needful and arrange to send my steel trunk to the destination i. E. Ernakulam junction on priority.

                                  I am living at akola m. S. As when ever i went to book reservation of tatkal booking, all the agent members are arrenge their position from early in the morning. They forcefully not allowed any one for tatkal booking. No one rpf or any police man present there. Nobody get the tatakal reservation then how agent give the ticket by taking more money?                                     We have booked a parcel from pune to ambala rly station on 3rd june 17. So till the date i do not receive this and all railway employee saying no comments on this.

                                    1st day they said matail was not unloaded from train and it gone to jamutawi rly station and will come back next day.

                                    Next they when we reach at rly station at 9 am, at 14:00 hrs parcel supervisor said this parcel is in bihar.

                                    How it can be possible. I m worried about this.

                                      I am come from ma vashino devi on dated 4/06/2017 in train no.12238/begampura exp with my family. Our seats are reserved from jammu tawi to ambala cantt coach no. S5 and seat no.37, 38, 40, 32, but on seat no.37, 38 are occupied by some gents and ladies and not vacant the seats by after several requests. We have requested from jammu kindly vacant the seats, but he has not vacant.in ludhiana we requested the tte sir these persons are forcefully occupied our seats and he only says leave the seats and gone from incident place, but he has leave only one seat and comments on me and my family up to ambala cantt. I think tte sir known these persons very well. The situation is very bad in the trains after reservation. Unauthorized persons are captured reserved seats and violent. My requests to you kindly look out on this matter and take strict action to not repeat this type of incidents with other passenger's.

                                        Sir we are in kalka mail train no 12311 running in sikohabad junction. Sir we are in 2nd sitting compartment which is reservation compartment. The general ticket passenger are disturbing and the compartment is full from general ticket passenger. We are facing problem. We are facing summer and gathering. They are disturbing to much. Please help us sir..
