Dear Sir
I did reservation for my journey from Delhi to Betul in Train No. 14624, Patalkot Exp. one month back. I got reservation in B1 coach for 28.05.17 with PNR No. as [protected]. After reaching station on 28.05.17, I was informed that Train no. 14624 has been cancelled. I asked for the alternate arrangements but did not receive any positive response.
There was no intimation from railways for cancellation of the train through any means of communication like SMS/ Email/ telephone. It is total humiliation. I have spent to and fro taxi fare without any reason. Moreover now I did not get reservation in any of the Train for now. This is total injustice on the part of Railways . The information should have been given beforehand so that I could have planned my journey alternatively or railways should have made alternate arrangements if train was being cancelled.
Shame on railways for running in professional ways .
I did not found any change in the system though claimed by the existing GOVT. with phenomenal increase in fares .
Utter shame.

    I have booked my bike on sleeper class ticket from new delhi to lucknow on 24 may 2017. The bike is yet not loaded and the parcel reference PRR number is [protected]. Pls see to it as it should have been booked by 24th itself. I have also asked that by what time it should get loaded then there they relief that it will get loaded by today itself but its yet not loaded

      Sir,
      Ratangarh to sardarshahar gauge conversion was complite by march 2017. Crs report received. Train for the last one and half year is standing at ratangarh railway station between 8.15am to 7pm. There is daily revenue loss of more then rs two lakhs per day only vating for innugration of railway it can start by vidio confrencing from delhi. Three train is sanctioned by railway. Public of sardarshahar tahsil and ratangarh tahsil is anxious.

        Hi all,

        I booked 3a ac tatkal ticket from ac ticket from achalpur (Elp) district amravati. State maharastra.
        The ticket is booked on 27/ may /2017
        The status of the ticket is tqwl/6, so by default it stands canceled.
        So i visited achalpur railway station do cancel the ticket around 10:am. It was closed.
        So i visited amravati railway station they refuse to cancel.
        I spend 1330 rs. I never used the service, nor it can be used as it was tatkal waiting.

        Request you to provide the refund asap.

          Respected sir/mam,

          I had booked a counter ticket from cheoki to asansol for journey on[protected] in train no. 12178 chambal express. Mode of payment was sbi debit card card no,... 5196 xxxx xxxx 8279. Due to unavoidable circumstances i had to cancel the ticket.

          This ticket was cancelled on 30.04.2017 from naini junction (Copy of the same has been enclosed in the mail). Further the ticket mentions the mode of refund will be electronic.

          But till date no refund has been received, hence it is requested to please refund the same at the earliest.

              Dear sir,

              Late attrival of train - njp to howrah station (Suvidha special on may 25th 2017)

              Train was scheduled for 12.35 am for 25th may 2017
              Train delayed and arrived at 18.30pm on may 25th 2017
              Train reached at 07.45am in the morning 26th may 2017 @ howrah station

              We had flight at 06.10 am indigo (Ccu to blr) 26th may 2017

              Because of this 6 hours delay we ended up missing flight to blr and paid hefty amount as penalty (65000 inr) for 5 adults and 1 kid and boarded 9.30am indigo flight to blr.

              My question is simple who should owe this penalty. Since this was not mistake from our end. This should be owned completely by indian railways.

              Please suggest how to get compensated.

              Note: we indeed asked train master to arrange alternate train multiple times and did not get any support. No message was sent about delay in train for us to arrange alternate mode of transport... All we were hearing is train is delayed by 3 hours 25 minutes and should arrive at 16.50pm at platforms and later got one more information at platform that it is further delayed to 18.30pm...

                Hi,
                I am travelling by ASR SHC GARIB RATH train no 12204. PNR No of 3AC reservation is [protected]. Ticket status just a few minutes before chart preparation was RAC 1. I requested the TTC to provide me a confirmed berth as I was first passenger among the passengers to be considered and journey time was 26 hours. But he just ignored and didn't reply. Again after waiting for 6 to 7 hours, I went to TTC's. They frankly replied that there is no vacant seat in whole train. One TTC asked to manage with other passengers and laughed after saying that if I wanted to have seat then request someone to leave before their destination. What kind of duties these TTC's have been performing. First they are not trying to solve travel issues and more than that they laugh on passengers and ask for bribe. Please look into my berth confirmation issue and kindly provide me a confirmed berth so that I can have safe journey for remaining 20 hours.

                  Dear Indian Railway.,

                  You are talking about bulet train or tejas train. But you are not able to provide available train service on timing. Today my family is travelling to jhs to Bvh and train running late more than 3 Hours.. Is it acceptable. PNR no[protected]. My baby is 4 month old how can they adjust in train if it is running so late... Please don't fool everybody just make sure train running on time. Thanks rakesh

                    I request railway authorities to consider this complaint seriously, yesterday i.e on 26/5/2017 I was travelling from Kayamkulam to Katpadi in train number 12624 I don't have sleeper ticket so I boarded the train with local ticket which cost 220 INR and immediately after train departed from kayamkulam I went to Ticket examiner to check for availability to update my ticket from local to sleeper class and there were two T.E's sitting together i went to them and asked them for updation, instead of responding to my question they both are talking and laughing at me and talking in malayalam and when I asked them to speak in english then they said no seats are available, so, I thought I should go to general compartment and was standing at the space between toilets till next station . in between one of the T.E came to me and said go to general compartment at next station and again i asked at least after some other station they can provide me atleast RAC seat, suddenly he got angry on me asked the ticket and told me to pay 450 INR in order to stay in sleeper which means i won't be given any rac or berth but still I need to pay 450 which means 220 +450 =670 INR for standing in sleeper even the tatkal ticket cost for kayamkulam to katpadi will not exceed 530 INR then i said for standing I have to pay this much? . they got angry and asked me to get down the train .and after the station came I went to board in general but there is no space even to step single foot of mine so I came back to T.E saying there is no place and asked them in pleasing manner to allocate me RAC, the moment when I went to him he started scolding me in Malayalam like hey who are you?? I understood that he was intentionally doing that and i kept calm seeing at him he was telling go get out of the train like that every one in the compartment were looking at me then I said I will pay the fine, please allocate me a Rac and took money from my wallet seeing money he took ticket from me and took to his friend i.e to another T.E. and told him something in Malayalam and laughing at me I really felt very bad about that and he took 500 from me and portrayed a bill of 450 and when I asked for a berth he was telling are you mad .so totally i paid 720 INR just to stand in sleeper class the original ticket cost is 430 INR
                    and they both got down at palaghat junction before getting down they were telling to each other that they fined me with extra charge. is this the way they treat the passengers i am uploading you the photos of what i paid, and the T.E'S NAME IS : MAHESH KUMAR i request the railway authorities to take action against him immediately or atleast warn him not to repeat this and tell him to learn some english as my suggestion .and when all this was going i am like a person who is down to earth I never got serious on them its because i felt that consent authorities will take care of him so please make sure what I felt is true

It contain camera, mobile and 6000 to 7000 on cash. Mobile is still working with no. [protected]౩. Please do need full as I am not able to lodge complaint untill I reached my destination.

                        Jaipur junction, platform no. 3, stall no. 16.
                        I asked for a bottle of water. Seal of the bottle was attached with the cap, and as i twisted, it came right out with the cap. I asked the man in the stall, as that's not how a seal is, he started shouting on me, behaved very rudely and asked me to leave. He took the bottle and didn't gave it back.
                        I doubt the water was filled the the man him self, and was not mineral water.
                        I was there to buy the bottle, i was suppose to break the seal, even then the guy was shouting on me. When i asked to return the he didn't gave me back.

                          Wl 5 ticket PNR no [protected] was not refunded by railways at Rajendranagar station Patna. Ticket was presented at counter at 21.00 hours on 20.05.2017. Train no. 13288 from rajendranagar to durg on 20.05.2017 departure timing was announced as 22.35 hours that day but train left only at 23.13 hours. Please instruct for refund.                             Employees are Not present at railway ticket window during train coming time sometime in urgency passenger get in the train without ticket and makeing great request and no one will update about train coming time even if one can question than they reply harshly and told that it is not his duty, than why they take salary and called as government employ. Such a backward management.

                              Train number 11068 Saket Express. My PNR number is [protected]. Date of journey 26 May 17 from Nasik to Kalyan. The reservation coach S1 is occupied by passengers of general class. I did not hv place to stand or passage to my seat. I had to pass through every single person sitting on the floor. I had a doubt whether I am travelling in General coach. Pls look into the matter. Passengers who reserve seats deserve better services. I had to take luggage on my head till my seat as the coach was full of people sitting on the floor. I had a lot of inconvience. Better services may be provided pls.

                                I am sorry to bring certain facts for your urgent consideration and favourable action:

                                My friend sri prabula kumar, editor mukhangal magazine, chennai booked a parcel of 11 kgs. Vide parcel receipt no.[protected]Pwb/sa-sa-salem jn./cash on[protected] addressed to me at salem. The said parcel is yet to find its destination. It is ascertained today by my friend that it is still lying in the parcel office at chennai.

                                It is further brought to your kind notice that when he was booking the parcel, some agents/touts told him that if he spend rs.400/- the parcel will be sent in the same day or it will go in due course. Now it is evident that the person at the parcel counter in connivance with the unscrupulous agents is deliberately delaying sending the parcel.

                                Hence it is prayed that the matter may kindly be looked into and ensure that the parcel is sent to me immediately without any further delay.

                                  It was a real bitter experience​ while traveling from Howrah to Chennai by Howrah Madras mail.

                                  Though our luggage was secured by chain lock, it was lack of TTE to prevent unauthorised Traveller to be present in the coach during night hours, as the burgler had cut the chain lock and stole two suitcases containing valuables.

                                  This incident happened during the wee hours between Kurdha Road and Cuttack.
                                  Inspire of complaint and FIR, no action has been taken not any intimation of our stolen luggage.

                                  It's clear that Railways has to be held responsible and need to compensate accordingly.

                                    There is no display of the coach position and escaltor in shoranur junction as it is a junction but no facilities are there also there is a difficulty of the platform at which platform the train is coming. Please i request you to solve this problem as soon as possible because there is very much difficulty for us and the old persons who could not run or walk properly...

                                    WiFi is available in all platforms but hardly 2 toilets for the public is available. Very difficult for normal passengers to find out these toilets too. Govt spending huge amounts of money on advertising swatch bharat campaign, at least good toilet facility can be provided here in a railway junction like Shoranur. Total platforms here are 7, out of which only two platforms has toilet. That too very dirty without a mug. Toilet for handicapped is locked with a steel wire, which seems to be not working.

                                      I had booked my hero pleasure from ambala cantt. To nagpur on 06.05.2017 with prr no. 773688. While booking, i was told that once my vehicle reaches nagpur, i'll be contacted on the contact no. Provided. I tried tracking the parcel but it showed no result. After waiting for a week, when i went to chaeck the whereabouts of my vehicle on 13.05.2017, i was told that i'll have to pay rs. 711 as it has arrived on 09.05.2017 at 11:00pm and they had to keep it safe since then. On asking about being contacted, they gave a number of different statements like yes we did call you, the person who called you is on leave and we are not supposed to call you to intimate about the parcel. On checking their register maintained for keeping records of calls made, it was found that no call had been made on my contact no. It was also found that they had called everyone whose parcel was loght in weight but not others with a heavy parcel. Thus, i had to bear an expense of rs. 711 that too not because of my mistake but because of their negligence or we can say intentional negligence towards their duty.

                                        Sir today on dt.[protected] i was travelling in train no. 14674 from amritsar to sirhind.
                                        Train reached 35 minutes late at jalandhar city. But running status was showing that train has passed jalandhar can't also and running just 10 minutes reja. It always happening at online rail enquiry running status update. Trains reaching amritsar always shows running status at right time while trains run late. Pls do the needful at the earliest.
