Respected Sir, I was to board a train called Panchvalley 59386 from GWL to JRC on 23 May 17. I was surprised that only one boggie of Panchvalley is attached to Chhatisgarh exp. My question is how a new passenger will come to know about only one boggie of different train is attached to different train. why no mention on the train ticket Even though in the announcement also it was not mentioned. Sir due to your silly mistakes i have suffered a lot. With no option left i had travelled in general compartment with general ticket.My sleeper confirm ticket got waste and i lost 380 Rs I asked for permission to travel on same e ticket in different train i was denied by railway staff at GWL.

    यह ट्रेन लखनऊ से आनंद विहार है जिसका किराया अनीय ट्रैन रिजर्वेशन से अधिक है पर यह ट्रेन जगह जगह रुख कर अनेय ट्रेनों को पास कराती जाती है यात्री के पैसे और समय की आपके सामने कोई कीमत नहीं है किसी को घर जलदी जाना है या नहीं 1 अंत में मेरा यही कहना है कि आप ऐसी ट्रेनों को बंद कर दो जिसमे पैसा अधिक वसूला जा रहा है और सुविधा के नाम पर कुछ भी नहीं है जनता के पैसे को लूटकर आप मजा मार रहे है

      I have booked 2 tickets in 2ac class in train no. 04501 date 23rd may2017, travel station lko to cdg.
      At the time of reservation our pnr status was rac but on 23rd we got message seat confirmed in 2ac birth no.*& *.
      Bt after chart prepared our pnr status has been changed from 2ac to 3ac (This thing happens only with us) & we forced to travel in 3ac while we paid amount for 2ac and deducted the same from our account.
      For this incident (Degradation of 2ac to 3ac) we dont have prior information & suddenly we have to travel in 3ac.
      My complain is that we spend our money for 2ac not for 3ac (In 3ac very bad washrooms with bad smelling and no water) why this thing is happens?
      Will be get our refund for 2ac?

        I was travelling from yeswantpur to secunderabad by train no 12736 garibrath express. The thief has cut the suitcase and stolen my jewellery worth rupees three lakhs. I have filed complaint in secunderabad p.s. on 20.3.2017 the day of theft itself. It is more than three months and no action has been taken. My daughters marriage jewellery has been stolen and I humbly request railway authorities to find my jewellery of 100 gms of rs. 3 lakhs. The loss is unbearable to me. Kindly take immediate action sir please. Iwill be grate ful to you sir.

        While I was on Nagpur main station, I saw water wasting during side filling of train that too in nagpur where we have scarcity of water and the main thing.. there was no one to look after the water tap to close it off.. please I request the authority to pay attention on such issues.. thank u.. I hope this complaint reaches to the main.

          I have a booked 5 begs indore to ahemdabad. But i have received at 4 begs in ahemdabad station. To begs loaded at tran no. 19310 slr. 57450. Loading beckside in 2nd compartment. But ahemdabad station unloading 4 begs only.
          1 begs are missing in station. Tran coach seal indore to vadodara and vadodara to ahemdabad. Ahemdabad unloading 4 begs.
          Please chek my 1 begs.

            I am traveling in Ala Hazart 14321 train in S4 seat 25 but other person are having general class ticket and travelling in reserved coach. What is the use of taking reserved sleeper coach ticket from Moradabad to Jaipur.No Ticket Collector come in the coach and no RPF security guard comes in the train. Reserved coach becomes general coach
            Kindly take strict action in this matter and improve the condition.

                  I am a btech student of computer science and engineering branch i was will to do summer training at indian railways signals and telecommunication centre, gorakhpur. As i was told by the principal that they intake cs students so i filled the form with identity cards photocopy and an affidavit in the name of s&t gorakhpur. When i went to submit they told me they will not take cs students at the end. Now at this moment of time i can't apply for any internship or summer training. If i was not eligible they must have told me in the first place. Please look into this matter as soon as possible because last date is 25th of may to apply.

                    Only one ticket was confirmed.
                    5 tickets was not confirmed. So i called to customer care within 24 hours. Customer service assured me that your money will automatically deposite to your account. But this is not happened till now.

                        The main entrance floor is full of water due to some leakage causing real discomfort.
                        We are unable to use the other 2 toilets..

                          Dear Sir/Madam- I would like to bring into your notice about the harassment received by RPF at Santragachi station in West Bengal. I was travelling by Steel Express from Kharagpur to Howrah. I got into the compartment next to disabled compartment with valid ticket. Before entering in the Santragachi Platform, train stopped on the platform for few seconds. Being on hurry i just got down and realised that the train started again. So i boarded again, but the other compartment. When the train stopped and got down finally i was asked by RPF to stop on the platform. I was told that i have boarded disabled compartment and should be booked. I explained them about my incident, but they didn't listen. The lady constable was adamant enough to listen any single matter. I was taken to RPF office and sat there for 2 hrs. After that i was sent to Howrah session court and kept their for 2-3 hours with criminal like treatment. After that i was told to pay RS 2550 to get bail. Somehow i managed and paid the amount. I dont understand why i had to pay such a huge amount, when i had valid ticket and i didn't commit the crime. I would like to know is this the way to behave with the responsible citizen like me. Why my statement didn't take any precedence. How do i get compensated? Are these RPF officials not doing crime by harassing people like me. I am looking forward for your kind help. I am totally shattered and traumatised by the behaviour of our own countryman. Regards, ranvijay

                              I had booked a ticket from Lucknow to Bhopal for 21 May 2017 in 1AC, train no.12533 (Pushpak Express) and PNR no.[protected] and[protected] under the names Rajeev Gupta, Geetu Gupta and Shlok Gupta. Even after the chart was prepared, the seats were not confirmed.

                              Due to this reason, I sent my employee for cancelling the ticket. Because o[censored]nnao tragedy, that took place on 21 May 2017, there was huge crowd on all the counters of Lucknow station. According to the clerk, my employee could not reach the counter on stipulated time even when he was standing in the queue and hence clerk did not refund my ticket amount and handed him a No Refund Copy of the ticket.

                              When my seats were not confirmed even after the chart was prepared then how can railway deny paying me and did not refund my ticket money.

                                Non receipt of refund of tickets booked through through atm/ debit card against pnr no [protected], pnr no [protected], pnr no [protected] and pnr no [protected] cancelled on 09 jan 2017.
                                The complaint was lodged twice vide complaint w/cr/pune/[protected] and w/cr/pune/[protected]. Both the complaint was closed by ccm mumbai with ref that the tkt were passed and fwd to account section. But the fact remain that i am still waiting for the money / refund.
                                Please refund me the amount at the earliest as four and half months has already passed.

                                Non receipt of refund of ticket cancellation refund
                                Sir,
                                This is brought to your kind notice that I booked a ticket for two adults in train no. 12042, Satabdi Express from Malda town to Howrah Jn. on 29.06.2017 by paying the amount through my debit card at Barrackpore Railway Reservation counter and subsequently on 01.07.2017 I cancelled the above ticket vide cancellation ticket No. KKK F[protected] and PNR No.[protected]. I was given to understand at the reservation counter that the refund for cancellation of Rs.1770/- will not be paid over the counter but the amount will be credited to my account from which debit card was used as a payment mode within couple of days. Surprisingly the payment has not been so far made for the reason best known to you.

                                It will not be out place to mention that the Govt has been encouraging on digital payment but in this case what I find that one has to wait for such refund inordinately. Then why we should opt for digital mode instead of for cash payment which I would have got the refund instantly at the counter itself.

                                  Hi i belong to a town Jeypore 764001 from district of koraput odisha. Nearest railway station is Umri where because of lack of negligence or monopoly of staff members we are not able to book goods since last 1 month. Strict action needs to be taken as this is one of the oldest station of odisha state. We have lot of problems regrading this and no one is looking after this.

                                    At Malda Station (MLDT) Shulabh Sauchalaya kendra, a board is showing urinating charge is nil, i.e. free of cost. But in reality the person sitting there is charging rs. 3.0 per head. Upon asking, the person started misbehaving. My question is who is getting the money. Who is the personnel from railway's end to look after the matter? And finally how to get rid of this kind of extortion inside railway premise?

                                    Malda station pay and use toiled besides ticket counter within railway compound- they over charge t klhe fare for use. The board displayed Rs- 5 for toilet and 5 for bath but they forcefully charged RS 8.it is looting the people like us by over charging the regulated fee . It is morning at 5:45 on 05/9/17 . Please any one look into this and hielight the matter against corruption.

                                      We had a travel plan from Secunderabad to Sattanealli on Visakha express for an important work.
                                      Visakha express starting time 16.50 at Secunderabad station.

                                      As per SCR Hylites app MMTS train schedule we went to Hitech city MMTS station by 15.30 to catch the MMTS train to reach the secunderabad station before 16.50.
                                      We collect the ticket they said train will arrive by 16.00, but right time shows on time table board even before.
                                      but still we expect if it comes 10 min late also not we can reach the station.. and they did not announce any thing about delays.
                                      MMTS train arrived on 16.30 and reached the secunderabad station by 17.00.
                                      Our main train Visakha express left by that time.
                                      we are so upset and our tickets money is wasted.

                                      there is no announcement on the train delays at Hitech city MMTS station.
                                      MMTS trains are not at all running on the scheduled times hence many passangers are missing their main linked trains at Secunderabad and Kacheguda stations..

                                      People are strugging like anything with these train delays...
                                      if they are not able to run the trains on time what is the point to maintain the train schedules with big time tables...

                                        I was travelling from pune to coimbatore on 19 may by kurla express train no.11013. My seat no. Was 32, 62, 64 in coach no. S 11. When i got up at erode i saw that my bag was not there. All the co passengers had got down in erode and i think they have taken my bag. They were a group of 5 who got in the train at guntalkal and got down at erode. May be if we can find there no. We can trace my bag. If any ine can just find a black duffle bag please inform at this no.[protected] or [protected].

                                        Such a useless lazy trains ... need to do something by railway department. but no use of saying to govt. because they cant imagine the suffer which the pasenger of brahmaputramail usually face.
                                        The train 12609 is delayed today by 1h 40minutes for reason not known. It's high time that if not the delay, such harassment to travellers can be avoided by sending an SMS to them about the delay, so that they can.manage their arrival time at station accordingly.
